Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the United States, focused on ElevenCreative. The US enterprise segment has the largest existing pipeline and revenue base for ElevenCreative, with strong deal velocity and expansion revenue. You will work named enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and high-value deal potential.
ElevenCreative is our AI creative platform - the place where enterprise creative and marketing teams generate and edit speech, image, video, and music using the best AI models available. You will sell the full ElevenCreative suite alongside adjacent capabilities like dubbing, Flows, and Studio to enterprise buyers who are looking to modernize how they produce content at scale.
This role focuses on enterprise accounts (large organizations with complex procurement and multi-stakeholder buying committees). You should be comfortable with 3 to 6 month sales cycles, executive-level engagement, and six-figure deal sizes.
This is a green-field role. You will define the playbook, build the pipeline, and close the deals - working cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions, and customer success.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue in your territory, identifying new business opportunities where AI creative tools can transform how teams produce content
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI creative capabilities into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch, including target account identification, outbound sequencing, event strategy, and pipeline building
- Develop a deep understanding of the AI creative landscape - customer use cases, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, consumer brands, or technology
- Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders, educating them on how AI is changing content production and where ElevenCreative fits in their stack
- Represent ElevenCreative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in your territory
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines enterprise sales instincts with genuine curiosity about how creative and marketing teams produce content at scale. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers, ideally with exposure to the creative tools, digital media, or content production space
- Have deep familiarity with the AI creative tools or digital media landscape - you understand how enterprise creative and marketing teams evaluate, adopt, and deploy new tooling, and you know the industry well enough to build credibility with buyers quickly
- Have proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement
- Can translate technically complex AI capabilities - voice synthesis, image and video generation, dubbing, music creation - into clear business value for non-technical decision makers
- Are comfortable building pipeline from scratch in a new market or territory, including outbound, events, and account-based strategies
- Have strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships at the VP and C-suite level
- Thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments where the scope expands faster than anyone can fully prepare for, and treat that as a feature rather than a problem
BONUS
- Experience selling creative, design, media production, or content platform tools to enterprise buyers
- Familiarity with AI or generative AI products and how enterprise buyers evaluate them
- Experience with localization, dubbing, or audio and video production workflows and the buyers who own them
- Deep knowledge of the media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, consumer brands, or technology verticals and the enterprise buying dynamics within them

Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need:
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus:
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
Why this role is worth your time:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits:
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K.
The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.

An interview with the AE about a deal you closed.
An interview with the Chief Commercial Officer.
An interview with the CEO.

We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll sit in the Product Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You’ll work closely with our international commercial teams alongside Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to champion our international customers, identify what drives their booking choices, and uncover where loveholidays can win. Together, the team will turn customer empathy and market intelligence into high-impact proposition improvements and rapid experimentation that accelerate growth across key international markets, starting with a strong focus on Germany and the Netherlands.
The Product Marketing team acts as the critical bridge between local market dynamics and core platform execution. Collectively, the team combines qualitative customer research with deep commercial analytics to evaluate competitor models, diagnose performance gaps across the end-to-end booking journey, and define high-value opportunities that scale effectively across borders.
Product Marketing sits within our Platform function, which builds the technology and shared capabilities that power the loveholidays experience. By creating scalable products, systems and tools, Platform helps the wider organisation move faster, work more independently and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Your day-to-day:
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND COMPETITOR EXPERTISE
- Build a deep understanding of customers in each international market: their needs, motivations, booking habits, expectations and barriers to choosing loveholidays. With a specific focus on Germany and the Netherlands.
- Get hands-on with customer research, feedback and the end-to-end holiday journey, building real empathy and bringing the international customer’s voice into decisions across the business.
- Understand competitor propositions and business models in detail. Experience their products, assess how well they meet local customer needs and identify where we need to close gaps or offer something more compelling.
- Share customer and competitor insight broadly, helping teams distinguish between needs shared across markets and differences that require a local approach.
MARKET PERFORMANCE AND OPPORTUNITIES
- Understand performance by market, customer segment and stage of the journey, working with commercial and analytics teams to connect customer behaviour with conversion, repeat booking, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Identify where our proposition and experience are strong or weak, combining performance data with customer and competitor evidence to understand why.
- Prioritise opportunities with clear recommendations on the customer problem, expected impact and how we will measure success.
HANDS-ON EXPERIMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT
- Propose and run tests with international commercial and platform teams, taking opportunities from an initial hypothesis through to execution, measurement and a decision on what happens next.
- Test changes to our proposition, messaging and customer experience, from how we explain our value to how customers search, book and manage their holiday.
- Use results to refine our approach, stop ideas that do not work and build evidence for wider investment in those that do.
A PLATFORM THAT SCALES INTERNATIONALLY
- Translate international customer needs and market opportunities into clear proposition and experience requirements for product, design and engineering teams.
- Work with platform teams to influence priorities and shape solutions that address local needs while building capabilities we can reuse across markets.
- Identify where our platform limits international growth, including gaps in localisation, content, payment options, trust and the post-booking experience, and work with teams to test and address them.
- Bring evidence from current markets into future market planning, helping teams understand what can scale, what needs to adapt and what we should validate before launch.
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development, growth or a closely related discipline within a consumer-facing digital business, including work across international markets.
- You are a customer expert. You go beyond research decks, spend time understanding real behaviour and can explain how needs differ between markets and customer segments.
- You understand competition at the proposition level: why customers choose one provider over another, how different businesses deliver value and what that means for our own choices.
- You are confident working with data. You can interpret market and customer performance, ask the right questions and combine quantitative and qualitative evidence into a clear point of view.
- You have a track record of hands-on experimentation. You can turn an opportunity into a testable hypothesis, work with others to deliver it and use the results to decide what to do next.
- You know how to work with product, design and engineering teams, translating customer needs into clear problems and requirements and balancing local relevance with platform scalability.
- You communicate clearly and lead through influence. You build momentum across commercial and platform teams and challenge assumptions constructively.
- You are comfortable moving between setting direction and doing the work. You bring curiosity, sound judgement and personal ownership of results.
- Experience in B2C eCommerce is critical, travel experience is desirable
- Fluency in one or more European languages, especially German highly desirable
The interview journey:
- Intro with a member of the Talent Acquisition team - 30 mins

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Specialist, Growth, you’ll help very small business (VSB) customers and inbound prospects understand how 1Password can support their security and productivity needs. You’ll manage a high-volume book of business, guide customers through the sales process, and identify opportunities to expand their use of the 1Password platform. Reporting to the Manager of VSB Growth, this hybrid role is based in Toronto, Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's Toronto office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales and activity targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Strong customer discovery, objection-handling, deal-management, and value-based selling skills
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Ability to prioritize effectively across inbound leads and existing accounts while building trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience handling customer inquiries through channels such as email, phone, and chat; familiarity with 1Password, security tools, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar platforms is an asset
What you can expect:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of VSB customers and inbound prospects, developing a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, progressing opportunities from discovery through close and keeping forecasts accurate
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing new business and expansion opportunities, including seat growth, add-ons, and tier upgrades
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, proposals, and pricing conversations
- Help customers understand and adopt 1Password by connecting their needs to relevant solutions and providing guidance throughout the buying process
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Onboarding, Legal, and other teams to remove blockers and support smooth deal progression
- Share customer feedback, objections, and common needs with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $55,000 CAD and $77,000 CAD and is commission-eligible. This role is also eligible for immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Fluency in German.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
- Fluency in Polish or Czech.

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
This is a strategic, client-facing role. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business, developing the paid media strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and working with Media Analysts, Creative Strategists, and other internal teams to turn that strategy into measurable results.
You will be expected to think beyond campaign metrics. The strongest Media Buyers understand how media connects to the broader customer journey, creative, offers, funnel performance, and business economics.
You will have significant ownership over your clients and will be expected to bring recommendations, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities before the client has to ask.
What You'll Own
Own the paid media strategy
You will develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
You will determine where to allocate budget, how to structure campaigns, which audiences and creative angles to prioritize, and where additional investment can create profitable growth.
You will balance short-term performance with the longer-term goal of building a scalable acquisition engine.
Drive account performance
You will work closely with Media Analysts to monitor performance, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions that improve efficiency and growth.
You will be accountable for understanding the reasons behind performance changes, not simply reporting what happened.
You will know when to scale, when to test, when to pull back, and when the problem sits outside the media account itself.
Think beyond the media account
You will analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
This may include landing pages, conversion rates, offers, pricing, checkout experience, creative, customer retention, and post-purchase behavior.
You will work with cross-functional teams to turn these insights into practical recommendations for clients.
Lead testing and experimentation
You will develop a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, campaign structures, and other growth levers.
You will evaluate test results based on business impact and use those learnings to inform future strategy.
You will avoid testing for the sake of activity and focus on experiments that can meaningfully improve performance.
Partner with Creative
You will work closely with Creative Strategists to identify creative opportunities based on media performance, customer behavior, and market insights.
You will help translate performance data into clear creative briefs and recommendations and use creative performance to inform future media strategy.
Own client relationships
You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, building relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
You will lead strategic conversations, present performance insights, explain recommendations clearly, and help clients understand the decisions behind the strategy.
You will be comfortable challenging a client's assumptions when the data supports a different direction.
Identify growth opportunities
You will continuously look for opportunities to increase client growth and account value.
This could include new channels, new audiences, new offers, creative opportunities, funnel improvements, or changes to the broader acquisition strategy.
You are expected to bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction.
Who You Are
You are an experienced performance marketer who understands e-commerce from the perspective of both media and business growth.
You can look at an account and understand not only what the numbers are saying, but what they mean and what should happen next.
You are strategic enough to lead client conversations but hands-on enough to understand campaign mechanics and challenge the details when necessary.
You are commercially minded. You understand that a strong media account is not defined by a good CTR or low CPA alone. You care about profitable growth, customer economics, conversion, retention, and the client's broader business objectives.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of your accounts. You do not wait for someone else to identify the next opportunity.
You use data, technology, and AI to improve the speed and quality of your decision-making.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required
Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok, with additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X being valuable
Experience managing significant advertising budgets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics
Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization
Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will work with ambitious consumer brands and have the opportunity to influence growth beyond the boundaries of a traditional media buying role.
You will have access to experienced media, creative, growth, and technology teams, as well as proprietary data and tools such as Meteoric AI.
You will have meaningful ownership over your clients and the opportunity to test new ideas, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies across the broader customer acquisition system.
For the right person, this role can also provide a path into media leadership, strategy, or broader growth responsibilities.
