At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 39,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Finnish technology company known for its local commerce platform. From food delivery to grocery stores and cosmetics, we make cities better places to live by connecting people with the things they need. Our Global Creative Production team is currently undergoing a massive transformation, shifting from a reactive service center to an "upstream AI-Enabled growth engine".
We are looking for a
Senior Creative Producer
to join us at this pivotal moment.
This is a 6-month fixed contract opportunity starting ASAP.
Location: Helsinki, Berlin, Athens.
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Creative Producer, you will manage digital projects from brief to final delivery. You’ll thrive in cross-functional collaboration across different business departments such as B2B, Communication, New Verticals, and Wolt+ teams. You’ll own project timelines for successful deliveries, weekly standups, daily communication with stakeholders and creative teams, and the localization and QA process during the production of social and digital assets.
You will own the end-to-end production of digital advertising projects, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the team and daily communication from brief to delivery.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
End-to-End Delivery:
Manage digital projects and multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch. Our deliverables touch social, in-app, DOOH, event collateral, and OOH.
Resource & Budget Control:
Oversee project costs, timelines, and team allocations without losing creative quality.
Stakeholder Management:
Align internal marketing teams, designers, and external agencies on project milestones and timelines. Daily and/or weekly status updates are crucial for the success of our projects.
Time Management & Multitasking
: Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Our producers are working on multiple projects simultaneously, and projects might touch different surfaces each time.
Our humble expectations
Solid Production Experience:
8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency.
Understanding of Media Plans
: You have experience with specs and asset production across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion layers.
Stakeholder Management:
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards. Demonstrated success partnering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures
Risk Management & Reporting
: Ability to assess risks during production, find solutions, and share with management and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Organizational skills
: Methodical in following a predetermined system to complete tasks and meticulous in paying close attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture.
Strong work ethic and accountability
: A proactive attitude and rigor on everyday tasks, a positive mindset despite ongoing changes, and an excitement to learn. Resourceful during productions; deciding and acting on whether to bring external and/or internal resources and self-motivated to lead the project to completion. Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and follows through on commitments made.
Tech-Forward Mindset:
You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows.
What we offer
Shape the Future:
You won’t just be filling a seat; you’ll be building the blueprint for how Wolt produces creative content for years to come.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Help turn “I built a business” into “I have customers.” As a Staff Software Engineer on Replit’s Money team, you’ll help shape Agentic Ads: an emerging area focused on using AI to make customer acquisition more accessible to businesses built on Replit.
This role focuses on intelligent, advertiser-facing software—not ad-serving infrastructure, an ad exchange, or a real-time bidding engine. You’ll tackle problems at the intersection of AI, business growth, measurement, and trustworthy automation, turning complex decisions into clear, useful experiences.
You’ll help define a new product area, working closely with product, design, and engineering to discover customer needs and deliver practical solutions. This is a hands-on Staff role: you’ll own architecture, lead delivery across teams, mentor engineers, and turn an ambitious vision into incremental customer value.
YOU WILL:
- Set technical direction for Agentic Ads, translating customer needs into an architecture and roadmap that balance rapid learning with long-term reliability.
- Build agent-powered experiences that help businesses make informed growth decisions, translating user goals into understandable recommendations and appropriately authorized actions.
- Design extensible integrations with external services, using well-defined APIs and abstractions that accommodate changing provider capabilities and requirements.
- Partner with product and data teams to establish reliable measurement, connect product activity to business outcomes, and address data quality, delayed feedback, and uncertainty.
- Develop intelligent automation that learns from performance signals and helps users improve outcomes within their goals and constraints.
- Make financial control a product requirement: scoped authorization, explicit approvals, budget limits, auditable decisions, clear reporting, and reliable pause controls. Distinguish recommendations from actions that commit customer spend.
- Make cross-platform workflows reliable with durable state, idempotency, safe retries, reconciliation, observability, and recovery from partial failures, expired credentials, rate limits, and provider API changes.
- Establish agent evaluations and production monitoring for plan quality, tool selection, policy compliance, spend safety, and verified execution. Partner on experiments that distinguish attributed results from incremental customer value.
- Lead ambiguous initiatives across product, design, AI, data, security, and partnerships. Stay hands-on with implementation, define incremental milestones, mentor engineers, and own the quality and operation of what the team ships.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms: setting direction, resolving ambiguity, and delivering through launch and production operation across multiple teams.
- Strong hands-on software engineering and system design skills across APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and customer-facing product experiences.
- Experience building and operating third-party integrations that remain correct under duplicate requests, partial failures, rate limits, changing schemas, and inconsistent external state.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows, including tool use, orchestration, evaluations, and safeguards for actions taken against external systems.
- Strong data and measurement judgment: experience using instrumentation and experiments to evaluate product outcomes, and the ability to reason about noisy data, delayed feedback, uncertainty, and correlation versus causation.
- Sound judgment around systems that act on a user’s behalf, including authentication, authorization, sensitive data, approval boundaries, and limits on consequential actions.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams, explain technical trade-offs, mentor engineers, and drive execution without relying on reporting authority.
- A product-minded approach to simplifying complex workflows for non-experts, with hands-on ownership from prototype through reliable production operation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building advertiser-facing products, marketing automation, campaign-management tools, growth platforms, or software that helps businesses acquire customers.
- Experience integrating advertising or marketing APIs; familiarity with account onboarding, campaign lifecycles, and platform requirements.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, budget pacing, and the limits of optimizing with low conversion volume.
- Experience with experimentation, incrementality measurement, constrained optimization, recommendation systems, or decision-making under uncertainty.
- Experience building permissioned, multi-tenant products with approval workflows, budget controls, audit trails, and privacy-aware handling of customer and conversion data.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with agent tooling, durable workflow execution, delegated authorization, or evaluation frameworks for agents that take consequential actions.
- Experience connecting application events or server-side conversion signals to advertising platforms, or integrating creative generation and landing-page experimentation into growth workflows.
- Experience building for small businesses or first-time advertisers, where clear guidance, limited budgets, and sparse data shape the product.
- These are additional strengths, not a checklist. Experience with every ad platform is not expected; ad-serving infrastructure experience and an ML research background are not prerequisites.
WHAT WE VALUE:
- Customer outcomes: success means helping a business acquire qualified leads and customers—not merely connecting an account, launching a campaign, or increasing spend.
- User control and trust: agents explain recommendations, act within explicit authority, and make budgets, costs, and consequential changes understandable.
- Evidence over activity: we validate measurement, acknowledge uncertainty, and test whether a change improves business outcomes rather than treating attribution as proof of causality.
- End-to-end ownership: we own the journey from a business goal through campaign execution, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
- Pragmatic technical leadership: we build on existing ad platforms, ship focused increments, and invest in correctness and extensibility where they matter.
- Clear collaboration: we document decisions, surface risks early, and help other teams and partners succeed.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market.
Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.
This is a temporary full-time role, based in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets.
- Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU.
- Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate.
- Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy.
- Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline.
- Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels
- Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
- Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)
- Based in or able to work from the London office
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling
- Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social
- Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets
- Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies
- Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks

Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
