Investment Support ● Assist investment professionals during diligence processes by evaluating strategic fit, value- creation opportunities, and post-investment operating plans. ● Assess potential synergy opportunities prior to investment and develop actionable post-close execution plans. ● Support transaction structuring and negotiation from a governance and strategic perspective. ● Contribute to investment recommendations and Investment Committee materials where relevant Preferred qualifications/Requirements: ● 7–15 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, growth equity, strategic investing, management consulting, operating leadership, or value creation roles. ● Knowledge of digital assets & strong understanding of Tether’s ecosystem in mandatory ● Strong track record of driving commercial partnerships, strategic initiatives, and measurable business outcomes. ● Experience managing portfolio companies, subsidiaries, business units, or strategic investments. ● Strong understanding of corporate governance, board processes, and shareholder oversight. ● Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior executives across multiple organizations. ● Experience evaluating business models, growth strategies, competitive positioning, and operational performance. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. ● Ability to operate independently in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment. Preferred ● Experience in fintech, financial infrastructure, payments, digital assets, banking, software, AI, or adjacent technology sectors. ● Prior board director or board observer experience. ● Experience supporting transactions, strategic partnerships, integrations, or corporate development initiatives. ● Background in venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or operating leadership roles. ● Existing relationships across founders, investors, financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners.
