ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and run the agents at the heart of Tebi OS. You’ll design, ship, evaluate and scale our Product Agents, along with the data pipelines, tools and infrastructure that make them reliable in production.
The ideal candidate started in data or ML engineering and has since moved into AI engineering, building LLM-powered agents for real users. You enjoy turning messy financial and operational data into context an agent can reason over and act on with confidence and you are passionate about solving product challenges through AI.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering to put intelligence into the hands of hospitality teams. That could be an agent that answers questions about a restaurant’s finances in real time, one that automates repetitive back-office tasks, or internal tools that help us move faster.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design, build and operate production agents: orchestration, tool and function calling, memory, multi-step reasoning, and integration with Tebi’s backend services
- Build the data foundations agents rely on, including real-time and batch pipelines over financial and operational data, retrieval layers, and well-modeled datasets agents can query safely and accurately
- Turn APIs and internal services into well-defined agent tools, and own the contracts between agents and the rest of the platform
- Set up evaluation for agent behavior: offline eval sets, LLM-as-judge and human review, regression testing on prompt and model changes, and feedback loops that improve agents over time
- Own observability for agents in production by tracing sessions, tool calls and model calls, and tracking latency, cost, error rates and quality
- Work with product teams to find where agents can meaningfully improve the customer experience or internal workflows, and say clearly where they can’t
- Make sure agents handle data securely and responsibly, with sensible guardrails, access controls, and protection against prompt injection and data leakage
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 7+ years in software engineering, with a solid base in data or ML engineering
- Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM agents to production, not just prototypes. You’ve dealt with flaky tool calls, runaway loops, hallucinated arguments and token budgets, and you have opinions on how to handle them.
- Strong data modeling and data warehousing fundamentals, plus experience with ingestion, transformation and data quality
- Strong SQL, and experience with pipeline tools (e.g. Airflow, dbt) and analytical or cloud data platforms (e.g. ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Experience evaluating and monitoring LLM systems, and an understanding of the full lifecycle from experiment to deployment to ongoing improvement
- Backend engineering skills: you’re comfortable building the API endpoint that exposes an agent’s output to the frontend, or the service an agent calls as a tool
- Clear communication, including the ability to explain trade-offs in latency, cost, accuracy and complexity to product partners
- A product mindset. You care about how your work lands with users, and you’re keen to meet customers face to face to understand their needs.
This probably isn't the role for you if you have been working with AI agents to improve your day to day working flows but you haven’t built an Agent in the production.
People who succeed at Tebi are independent, curious and passionate about hospitality. If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers .

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Global Brand Team:
We run Hasbro's brands as six distinct businesses, each with a leader, an objective and the authority to pursue it. We decide what gets made, how it's promoted, where it gets sold and what gets dropped, and we answer for the result.
We are builders and operators in equal measure. The work spans the consumer insight that inspires the product line, the cost and price decisions that shape its margin, and the commercial execution that puts it in the hands of a fan. The job is to make the brands grow.
About the role:
We are seeking a Vice President, Board Games to own the global P&L, a portfolio that includes Monopoly, Jenga, Connect 4, The Game of Life, Operation, Clue and Twister. You will lead a team of twelve and report to the SVP, Global Brands.
This role owns Hasbro's physical board game portfolio, working with the teams who apply those brands in digital and other formats. It is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and onsite three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday. Expect to travel approximately 25% of the time.
This is a general management role. You own the revenue, the margin and the operating profit, and you hold the authority to allocate the investment behind them. The brand team reports to you directly, while other functions partner with you.
In your first year we expect you to land a credible multi-year plan for the portfolio, make explicit calls on which brands to grow and which to run for profit, and show measurable progress on both the top line and the margin.
A day in the life:
Turn what you learn about players and shoppers into specific product, pricing, channel and new business opportunities.
Build the innovation pipeline. Define the handful of big bets that set the tone for the line, and the smaller, faster tests that de-risk them.
Set the consumer price point each item is designed for, and the cost structure that supports it. Allocate the investment across A&P, tooling and retail activation.
Partner with Commercial on demand planning and forecast accuracy, and with Supply Chain on the productivity and inventory discipline that protects margin after the product is made.
Read the global landscape and adjust the plan for it, including macroeconomic conditions, trade and tariff policy, input costs, retail consolidation and shifts in consumer spending across regions.
Build and lead the team. Set direction people can act on, give candid feedback close to the moment, develop talent at every level, and create the conditions for people to do their best work.
Represent the business to senior leadership and, when called on, to the Hasbro Board of Directors, with an honest read on performance and the plan.
What you'll bring:
Direct ownership of a P&L at scale, including accountability for operating profit.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consumer products, toys and games, or a comparably branded and retail-driven business.
A track record of setting multi-year portfolio strategy and choosing where not to invest.
A history of reinventing established brands and building new ones, with innovation that moved a number. Demonstrated success turning consumer insight into products that reached market.
Strong commercial judgment with major retailers, paired with enough command of product development,
cost structure, supply chain and forecasting to challenge a plan.
Substantial people leadership experience: building, developing and retaining teams at multiple levels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in board games, tabletop or hobby, or in brands that live at the intersection of retail, fandom and culture.
Experience communicating a plan at the most senior levels, including to a board.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About People & Talent
People and Talent support the entire MetaMask community. We strive to be the destination employer of choice for our ecosystem. That goal is embedded in all the work we do to attract, retain and support our amazing talent. By joining our team you'll be working with a diverse group of incredible individuals who put 'people first' and are designing and building the workplace of the future.
This role sits within our People Operations, Data & Systems ('PODS') team, which operates as a cohesive, global team within People & Talent. We drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle by streamlining processes, strengthening programs and policies, and building scalable, intuitive systems that empower teams to do their best work.
We delight our customers (employees, managers, and partners) by delivering a dynamic and engaging people experience that evolves with creativity, curiosity, and accountability. Through intentional process design, thoughtful automation, and a commitment to service excellence, PODS builds scalable, sustainable people programs that support our teams and the business.
What you'll do
As a Senior People Operations Associate, you will be a day-to-day owner of global People Operations, serving as our subject matter expert for Europe, while also contributing to the programs and systems work of the PODS team and leading People Operations projects from scoping through delivery. You will manage the employee lifecycle from pre-boarding through offboarding, administer leaves, keep employee data accurate in our HR systems, and help ensure our practices remain compliant with local labor law and GDPR. Just as importantly, you will look for ways to make that work more scalable by documenting processes, enabling self-service, and applying automation and AI wherever they improve accuracy, efficiency, and the employee experience.
Employee Lifecycle Operations
Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes globally, including pre-boarding, onboarding, employee changes, internal transfers, and offboarding.
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and new-hire documentation in line with local requirements, partnering with Legal where needed.
Administer parental, medical, and other statutory and company leaves, as well as benefits, across multiple countries.
Coordinate with Payroll on hires, terminations, compensation changes, and leaves to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Partner with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and other external vendors (such as payroll, benefits, and immigration counsel) to onboard, support, and manage employees, including in countries where we do not have a local entity.
Support immigration and relocation processes in partnership with external counsel, including tracking work authorization and ensuring documentation is complete.
HR Systems, Data & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), performing regular audits, reconciliations, and data cleanup.
Serve as the subject matter expert for European labor law and data privacy requirements, including GDPR, and help ensure compliance across the countries where we operate, escalating risks appropriately.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on policy, leave, and process questions, balancing empathy with compliance.
Process Improvement, Automation & Documentation
Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and propose or implement automation and AI-enabled solutions, particularly for employee self-service and routine request management.
Create and maintain clear documentation, including guides, FAQs, and process maps, that enable employees, managers, and the People team to self-serve.
Lead and own global and regional People projects end to end, from scoping through delivery, such as system enhancements, policy rollouts, and support for new entity openings, working with Finance, Legal, and Payroll.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
People Operations & Compliance
Experience in People/HR Operations in a global or multi-country environment, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
Strong working knowledge of UK and European employment practices, statutory leave, and GDPR / UK GDPR considerations.
Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and leave administration.
Familiarity with immigration processes and global hiring or relocation support is a plus.
Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and other third-party vendors, including managing vendor relationships and resolving issues across multiple providers.
Experience drafting, updating, and maintaining employee policies and documentation.
Systems, Data & Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with an HRIS, ideally ADP Workforce Now.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation) for reporting and analysis.
Comfort experimenting with automation and AI tools, such as workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features within existing tools.
Collaboration & Communication
Clear, professional communication with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners such as Payroll and Legal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, anticipating bottlenecks before they affect deadlines.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
A service-oriented mindset with the ability to balance responsiveness with thoughtful, scalable solutions.
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related role.
Extensive experience supporting employees in the UK and Europe, along with exposure to other regions, is strongly preferred.
Fluency in English is required; a second major European language is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and driving work from idea to execution.
Experience leading or owning projects from scoping through delivery, including coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving work to completion.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
Why this role matters
Adapty runs on infrastructure we own and operate ourselves: a Proxmox and Ceph platform across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, with parts of the stack in AWS and GCP. That platform processes billions of dollars of subscription volume a year, and today too much of it depends on a single engineer.
You are joining to take that platform over: fully owned, fully described in code, and cheap to run at scale. In your first months you will own Proxmox and Ceph end to end, drive resource rightsizing, and lead the split of our development workloads into a separate cluster.
What you'll do
- Own our Proxmox and Ceph platform end to end — capacity, upgrades, performance and incident response
- Run infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner and bare metal, alongside workloads in AWS and GCP
- Drive resource rightsizing: find where we overpay, size it correctly, and prove the saving in the bills
- Lead the separation of development workloads into a dedicated cluster, without downtime for production
- Keep everything as code — Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI, with no manual changes in production
- Own reliability: on-call, incident response, root cause analysis and the runbooks that follow
- Support the data layer our product runs on — PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Aerospike
About you
- 10+ years working with infrastructure and physical hardware, not only managed cloud
- 5+ years running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production
- Hands-on with bare metal and providers like OVH and Hetzner, plus AWS and/or GCP
- Strong with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD and GitLab CI — you describe infrastructure in code by default
- Real FinOps experience: you can name what infrastructure cost before and after you touched it
- You take problems all the way to the root cause and to the fix, including outside your formal scope
- You say things directly — risks and bad news arrive early, not after the incident
Nice to have
- Production experience with Proxmox and Ceph specifically
- PostgreSQL, ClickHouse or Aerospike at scale
- Experience splitting shared environments into isolated clusters
- Building observability and on-call practice from scratch
- High-load B2B SaaS background
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
