Head of HR

An international company in the iGaming sector, specializing in high-risk and FinTech areas, seeks a Head of HR to oversee and enhance its human resources department. The role involves leading recruitment efforts, managing HR operations, and handling employee relations. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals, managing full-cycle recruitment including senior and executive roles, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing retention programs. The position also requires managing payroll, contracts, benefits, and ensuring compliance with Cyprus labor laws. The candidate will establish HR KPIs, reporting systems, and drive process improvements while building a capable HR team to support organizational growth. Applicants should have over five years of HR experience, with at least two years in a leadership role, strong practical skills in recruitment and HR management, and thorough knowledge of Cyprus employment legislation. Fluency in Ukrainian and English is mandatory. Experience in iGaming, FinTech, or high-risk industries is advantageous.
