We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.
- Deliver for the business. You’ll always look to optimize for Attio’s business, ensuring that we make the right trade-offs between delivery and perfection. You’ll strive to understand our customers and users so you can deliver the experiences which are uniquely valuable to them.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- First-class technical skills. First and foremost, you’ll be an excellent technical executor, with an ability to think in systems, not just crank out code. You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. You’ll be curious to learn about how our product is used in the field, and have an understanding of how to use data to ensure we’re building the right thing.

About the Role
iCapital is looking for a
Assistant Vice President, Cyber Cloud Security Engineer
to join the Security Engineering team, within the Information Security organization. This role will establish and manage cloud security programs, build new security architecture, drive automation, and continuously identify and address security gaps across iCapital's technology landscape. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical individual contributor who can research, design, and implement security technologies, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Responsibilities
Build and manage Cloud Security Programs across AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure
Design, implement, and validate secure cloud infrastructure architectures, ensuring new capabilities meet established security standards and requirements.
Apply Zero Trust architecture principles and best practices across cloud infrastructure design and access models.
Drive continuous detection, remediation, and resolution of cloud vulnerabilities and security misconfigurations, leveraging CSPM tooling (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Wiz, or equivalent) and automation to continuously improve and maintain cloud security posture.
Build automation capabilities for continuous monitoring and alerting across cloud infrastructure.
Partner with engineering teams to drive the adoption of security standards and best practices, embedding security early across the development lifecycle and supporting a shift-left security culture.
Collaborate with the SOC to develop and strengthen cloud detection engineering capabilities.
Assist the Risk and Governance teams with the development and implementation of cloud-related policies, procedures, and standards.
Engage with Platform, DevOps, and Software Engineering teams to deliver security initiatives and provide security guidance to projects across the organization.
Qualifications
6–9 years of experience in cloud environments, with AWS as the primary platform, including proven hands-on expertise in cloud security architecture and infrastructure design.
Relevant cloud or security certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP).
Proficiency with AWS-native security services, including IAM, Config, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and GuardDuty.
Experience with cloud identity and access architecture, including federation (e.g., Okta), RBAC, ABAC, and service-to-service authentication models.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation — a hands-on technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with the strategic vision and executive influence to drive AI adoption across every business unit. This is not a research role or a traditional engineering management position. We need someone who has personally built and shipped production AI systems, understands the frontier of foundation models and agentic AI, and can translate that expertise into company-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a deeply technical AI practitioner — someone who has architected and deployed AI systems at scale, and who can channel that credibility into driving AI adoption across every function of the organization. Not a theorist, not a people-manager-only — a builder-leader who ships and who makes others ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Company AI Strategy & Transformation
Own the company’s AI roadmap end-to-end — from foundation model selection to business-unit-specific deployment plans:
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy, aligning it to revenue goals, product differentiation, and operational efficiency targets.
Conduct rigorous build-vs-buy-vs-partner analysis for foundation models, AI tooling, inference infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish an AI governance framework covering model risk, data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team; translate frontier AI developments into actionable business implications.
Build and maintain a rolling 6/12/24-month AI transformation roadmap with clear milestones, investment thresholds, and go/no-go decision points.
Identify and evaluate strategic AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact — not just prototypes:
Lead the architecture of LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks at enterprise scale.
Design and implement AI-native infrastructure: model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing frameworks, version control for prompts and models, and continuous monitoring for quality and drift.
Build and optimize AI agent systems, multi-model orchestration, tool-use chains, and autonomous workflow engines that solve real business problems end-to-end.
Build robust evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs — measuring hallucination rates, task completion accuracy, latency, safety, and end-user satisfaction.
Personally prototype and review critical AI system designs; maintain hands-on technical credibility with the engineering team.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Drive AI adoption across every business unit — making AI a core competency for the entire organization, not just the engineering team:
Design and execute a company-wide AI literacy program segmented by role: executive leadership, product managers, engineers, operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions.
Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks that make it radically easy for every business unit to leverage AI capabilities (prompt libraries, no-code/low-code AI interfaces, internal copilots, AI-assisted workflows).
Establish an AI Center of Excellence that serves as the hub for best practices, reusable components, and cross-functional AI project incubation.
Implement a structured AI use-case intake and prioritization process: partner with each business unit to identify high-ROI AI opportunities, scope them properly, and execute with embedded AI support.
Build an AI talent strategy: define hiring profiles for AI engineers and applied AI roles, design technical interview processes, and develop retention programs for top AI talent.
Foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation: psychological safety to try and fail fast, coupled with rigorous post-mortems and knowledge sharing across BUs.
What We Look For In You
10+ years in AI / deep learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+ or equivalent at a top-tier tech company, high-growth startup, or leading AI lab).
Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI systems that directly impacted business outcomes at scale (revenue, engagement, efficiency).
Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: large language models, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
Strong publication record, open-source contributions, or recognized thought leadership in the AI community (conference talks, technical blog posts, courses, or widely-adopted tools).
Exceptional communication skills: ability to present complex technical concepts to board-level audiences and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience building AI-native products in consumer-facing, high-throughput environments (millions of daily active users).
Track record of driving company-wide AI adoption initiatives — not just team-level, but organization-wide cultural and process transformation.
Experience building or contributing to open-source AI tools, frameworks, or educational content adopted by the broader community.
Familiarity with AI regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions (US, EU AI Act, APAC frameworks).
Published author or recognized educator in AI (books, widely-read technical blogs, MOOCs, or workshops).
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate based in Latin America to handle the day-to-day execution of core accounting functions for a fast-growing, multi-site U.S. manufacturing company. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role — the Senior Accounting Associate will book journal entries, perform reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, process transactions, and produce close deliverables on a recurring cycle.
This position requires a strong combination of manufacturing accounting experience, month-end close ownership, Accounts Payable (AP) expertise, C1/C2 English proficiency, and previous experience supporting U.S.-based companies or the U.S. market.
Day-to-Day Accounting Execution

Process Improvement & Controls
Build and maintain reconciliation templates, close checklists, and standard operating procedures for recurring accounting tasks. Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. Support ERP system maintenance — help clean up chart of accounts, standardize coding, and improve reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. DESIGN AT SYNTHESIA
Design at Synthesia exists to clarify, build trust, and make the work memorable. We care about fundamentals (typography, layout, systems thinking) and default to simple, clear communication.
We run with low process and high ownership. Designers are trusted to lead end-to-end, collaborate closely with partners, and ship work that holds up outside of Figma.

- Evolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events

- Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)
- Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes
- Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and raise the bar on how we show up
- Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators
- Own production quality: manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience
- Multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts; excited about experimenting with new technologies
- Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences
Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation
- Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design (this is a must)
- Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion
- A strong sense of ownership — comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environment
- A proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset — you’re comfortable working autonomously in a small senior team
- A producer mindset: able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets

- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
- Systems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global execution
- Comfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focus

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have strived to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. By automating routine checks and corrections, our tools speed up production, freeing developers to grow, discover, and create.
We just unveiled JetBrains Central, a platform for agent-driven software development that connects tools, agents, and infrastructure. It enables automated AI workflows to run, be monitored, and be managed across teams – with clear visibility into results, costs, and performance.
JetBrains Central provides three core capabilities:
Governance and control:
Policy enforcement, identity and access management, observability, auditability, and cost attribution for agent-driven work. Some of these functionalities are already available via the
JetBrains Central Console
.
Agent execution infrastructure:
Cloud agent runtimes and computation provisioning that allow agents to run reliably across development environments.
Agent optimization and context:
Shared semantic context across repositories and projects, enabling agents to access relevant knowledge, and task routing to the most appropriate models or tools.
Inside the Professional Services department, we are building a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help our customers adopt AI-native development with JetBrains Central and enable JetBrains consulting partners to transform their customers’ AI-native software development lifecycle.
About the role
As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with early adopter customers to deploy JetBrains Central platform into complex enterprise environments and help them move from experimental AI usage to governed, scalable AI-native development.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customer engineering teams and consulting partners, while also mentoring other Forward Deployed Engineers and helping with complex deployments. In this role, you will help establish best practices for enterprise AI adoption and influence how organizations implement AI-driven software development.
This role is often a strong fit for engineers who have previously served as Principal or Staff Engineers, Heads of Engineering, CTOs, or Solutions Architects and who enjoy working directly with customers while staying deeply involved with complex technical systems.
This role combines consulting, architecture, and hands-on engineering. Your work in the field will directly influence how our platform evolves and how enterprises adopt AI-driven development.
You will work directly with the world’s most innovative companies — our client base includes 420 of the Fortune 500 — ensuring they maximize the value of their JetBrains investments.
What you’ll do
Deploy JetBrains Central platform into enterprise development environments, CI/CD systems, and internal developer platforms.
Help organizations transition from ad-hoc AI experimentation to governed AI-native development workflows.
Implement enterprise AI governance, including security policies, access management, and data privacy controls.
Enable observability for AI-driven development to help organizations understand their AI usage and its impact on productivity, as well as their code-generation patterns.
Design sustainable AI adoption strategies, including usage controls and cost visibility across multiple model providers.
Integrate our cloud-based agent execution layer, allowing AI agents to run securely and at scale.
Collaborate closely with JetBrains product teams to shape the platform based on real-world deployments and customer feedback.
Create delivery frameworks and train JetBrains partners to deliver the desired scope of service.
Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers, sharing architectural expertise and helping to scale the team’s deployment practices.
You will thrive in this role if you are
A consultant at heart who can communicate effectively with both engineers and technical leadership.
Able to see the whole picture of the software development lifecycle across developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud systems.
Experienced at integrating complex software systems into enterprise environments.
Curious about the future of AI agents and AI-native software development.
Comfortable working with early adopters and overcoming ambiguous technical challenges.
Motivated to mentor other engineers and contribute to building a new technical discipline.
What you will bring
Experience in software-related projects, ideally in a customer-facing or consulting environment.
Familiarity with Java or Python.
Experience building or integrating developer platforms, infrastructure systems, or software solutions.
Familiarity with modern development workflows (CI/CD, developer environments, internal developer platforms, etc.).
Experience working directly with customers or technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in fast-evolving technical environments.
Ability and desire to travel to meet customers.
These would be a plus, but are not blockers
Experience with industry-specific solutions (fintech, telco, retail, etc.)
Experience with AI/LLM platforms, agent frameworks, or AI-assisted development tools.
Experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or forward-deployed engineering roles.
Familiarity with the JetBrains ecosystem or developer productivity tooling.
