Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io http://sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move
- Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam
- Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. Telemetry arrives exactly as the SDKs send it and as the pipeline shapes it. You'll shape those contracts together with the engineers who own them, rather than working around what shows up
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other product engineers. You'll bring the technical perspective that makes a design better, explain constraints in terms of what they cost the user, and sweat the details other people skip: empty states, error messages, loading behavior, the edge case that only bites 2% of accounts
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather own an outcome than a ticket. You take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, drive it across team boundaries, and follow through after launch. Nobody has to hand you a spec
- You're obsessed with making an experience smooth. Friction offends you. You notice the extra click, the confusing label, the query that takes 400ms too long - and you fix them instead of filing them
- You solve problems for customers, not for the codebase. Sentry's users are developers, so you can read their bug reports, sit in their tooling, and tell the difference between what they asked for and what they need
- You communicate well in writing. Working across SDK teams, ingest teams, product, and design in a distributed company means your docs, PR descriptions, and updates do a lot of the work
- You like being full-stack. You don't need a handoff to change an API and the component that calls it, and you enjoy holding the whole path from event payload to rendered pixel in your head
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL - depth in one side and real competence in the other is fine
- A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including the parts that require getting other teams to agree with you
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with the application monitoring and observability space
- Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs
- Experience with high-volume data stores or streaming systems (ClickHouse, Kafka)
- A track record of contributing to open-source projects
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

About the role
Location:
Prague
Duration:
3 months
Start date:
January 2027
Compensation:
Paid
Eligibility:
Current University student (Computer Science or related field), Recent Graduate or Early Career specialist
Work authorization:
Permitted to work in the job's location
This is an entry-level position for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in identity and access management. You will work inside our identity and workplace stack — Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace — starting with well-defined, documented tasks and taking on more independent work as your judgment develops.
You will be paired with a senior engineer who reviews your work, and you will not be expected to make production changes unsupervised in your first months. What we do expect is curiosity, methodical thinking, and the discipline to document what you touch.
You will work European business hours, in direct overlap with the senior engineers who review your work and answer your questions. Where a task touches the US business day, you will prepare it during your hours and hand it over.
What you will do
Process access requests: group membership, license assignment, and permission changes, following documented runbooks.
Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists and verify that every step completed correctly.
Handle first-line triage of sign-in and access issues: reproduce the problem, collect evidence from sign-in and audit logs, and escalate with a clear summary.
Assist with application onboarding under supervision: test SSO configurations in non-production, validate SCIM attribute mappings, and document the result.
Perform day-to-day Google Workspace administration: users, groups, organizational units, licensing.
Run and gradually improve recurring reports — stale accounts, unused licenses, guest inventory — using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Keep documentation and runbooks current as configurations change.
Prepare handover notes for the US-hours engineer: open issues, what you have already checked, and what remains.
What you will learn
How enterprise authentication works in production: SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM provisioning.
How Conditional Access, MFA, and phishing-resistant authentication are designed, tested, and rolled out.
How to automate identity operations with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph instead of clicking through portals.
How access governance works: least privilege, access reviews, privileged role management.
How a federated Microsoft and Google estate is kept in sync.
What you bring
Completed or final-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of core identity concepts from coursework, labs, or self-study: authentication vs. authorization, MFA, single sign-on, groups and permissions, least privilege.
Basic scripting in any language — PowerShell, Python, or Bash — and the intent to specialize in PowerShell.
Methodical troubleshooting: you read the documentation and the logs before guessing.
Clear written communication and the habit of writing down what you did.
Based in Europe and able to work European business hours with regular overlap with US-based colleagues.
Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
Nice to have
Microsoft fundamentals certifications: SC-900, AZ-900, or MS-900.
A homelab, Microsoft 365 developer tenant, or Google Workspace trial you have experimented with.
Internship or part-time experience in IT support, service desk, or infrastructure.
Basic Git.
Any hands-on exposure to the Microsoft Entra admin center or Google Workspace Admin console.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
Perks & Benefits

About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ability to communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
The ability to take ownership, follow through on details, and help teams turn ideas into shipped experiences.
Genuine interest in learning about centralized exchange products and the customers who use them.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Experience designing for customers across multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
Experience contributing to or working with a mature design system across platforms.
At senior or staff level, experience mentoring designers, leading cross-team initiatives, or raising design quality beyond your immediate product area.
