We're looking for a
Senior Program Manager, Retail Demo Content
to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of what games and content appear in our retail demo experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of
content strategy, production planning, and retail execution
— turning leadership's retail vision into a clear, actionable content roadmap that ships on time, every time.
You'll be the connective tissue between our game production pipeline, developer experience team, retail deployment team, and publishing/marketing — ensuring the retail demo always showcases the right games, at the right time, in a way that drives conversion and supports broader go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
Own the retail demo content roadmap
— Determine which games should be featured in retail demo units at any given time, based on our production release schedule, business priorities, and retailer needs. Also own the retail demo experience across multiple regions with local demands and customizations.
Translate strategy into execution
— Take high-level management direction on retail demo goals and convert it into a concrete, achievable execution plan with clear timelines and milestones.
Drive on-time delivery
— Manage the end-to-end planning process and working closely with Developer Experience Team to ensure new retail demo content is ready and deployed to retail demo units on schedule, with no surprises.
Coordinate with Retail Deployment
— Partner with our Retail Deployment team to align on logistics, timing, and technical requirements for rolling out new content to physical retail locations (Target, Costco, Walmart, etc.).
Align with Publishing & Marketing
— Collaborate with Publishing and Marketing teams to identify opportunities where retail demo content can support broader go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, new title launches, or seasonal promotions.
Build repeatable process
— Establish clear, scalable planning frameworks and documentation so that retail demo content planning becomes a predictable, well-oiled process rather than an ad hoc effort.
Report and communicate
— Keep the Head of Content Operations and relevant stakeholders informed on roadmap status, risks, and delivery timelines.
Who You Are
5-8+ years of experience
in program/product management, content operations, production coordination, or a related field — ideally within gaming, consumer tech, or retail/CE (consumer electronics) industries.
Proven ability to
build and manage roadmaps
across multiple stakeholders and moving parts, with a track record of on-time delivery.
Strong
cross-functional collaborator
— comfortable working with engineering/dev teams, retail/operations teams, and marketing/publishing teams simultaneously.
Experience translating
ambiguous, high-level direction
from leadership into structured, actionable plans.
Familiarity with
game production pipelines
and/or
retail merchandising/demo programs
is a strong plus.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
skills — able to align diverse teams (technical, creative, retail, marketing) around a shared plan.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a roadmap end-to-end.
A passion for gaming, interactive entertainment, or family/consumer tech products is a big plus.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with major retailers (Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.) on in-store demo, merchandising, or activation programs.
Experience in game publishing, live-ops, or content scheduling.
Familiarity with GTM (go-to-market) planning and how retail experiences tie into broader marketing campaigns.

About Us
Where elite tech talent meets world-class opportunities!
At Xenon7, we work with leading enterprise clients and innovative startups on high-impact projects across Data, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Our expertise in AI solution architecture and specialized technical talent allows us to partner with enterprise leaders on transformative initiatives, driving innovation and business growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking an
Agentforce AI Maestro
to join our elite European advisory roster under Xenon7's flexible Maestro Model. This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.
Rather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale. This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.
A. Agentforce Architecture & System Design
Solution Architecture:
Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $\rightarrow$ Agent $\rightarrow$ Context $\rightarrow$ Reasoning $\rightarrow$ Actions $\rightarrow$ Systems $\rightarrow$ Outcome).
Core Agent Engineering:
Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
Deterministic Logic Integration:
Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
B. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering
Orchestration & Tooling:
Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
Architectural Trade-offs:
Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to minimize latency and token costs while preventing hallucinations.
C. Enterprise Data & System Integration
Grounding & RAG:
Ground agent reasoning in structured/unstructured enterprise data utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.
System Interoperability:
Architect REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines, incorporating Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards.
D. Testing, Security & Strategic Advisory
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Drive automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing using the Agentforce Testing Center.
Security & Guardrails:
Design least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection protections, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
Client & Team Leadership:
Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
Agentforce Track Record:
At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
Location:
Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
Core Tech Stack:
Deep proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
AI Competency:
Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.
Preferred Certifications & Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.
Exposure to major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock)

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a Front End Engineer to support our Brand Web team, working at the intersection of design and development to build and maintain Anthropic's web properties. In this role, you'll contribute to shipping high-quality web experiences across
anthropic.com
and
claude.com
— from interactive marketing pages and data visualizations to internal tooling that keeps our content operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and brand and content teams to translate design intent into polished, production-ready code. Rapid prototyping is a core part of how we work here, and you'll be expected to move fast.
Key responsibilities
Own implementation of design system components and page templates across our web properties, with a focus on experiences that go beyond static content — interactive pages, data visualizations, and tools that communicate complex information clearly
Work within our headless CMS architecture, helping maintain and improve content modeling, structured data workflows, and the publishing experience
Collaborate closely with designers to bridge the gap between static design and living, interactive web experiences
Contribute to internal tools that help teams author, manage, and publish content at scale
Participate in migrations and site architecture projects, taking on defined scopes within larger efforts led by senior team members
Move quickly from concept to working prototype, iterating in close collaboration with the team
Support tooling and workflow improvements that help the broader team ship faster, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Minimum qualifications
Have solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Next.js or similar React-based tooling, and are comfortable working within a design system
Understand CSS at a level that lets you implement complex layouts, animations, and interactive experiences with precision
Have hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and can navigate content modeling, structured data workflows, and the operational side of keeping a large site running
Have built internal tools or contributed to workflows that improve how teams work day-to-day, and enjoy that kind of problem-solving
Can prototype quickly and iterate confidently, moving from rough idea to working proof-of-concept without getting stuck
Communicate clearly with both designers and engineers, and care about shipping work that's both technically sound and visually refined
Have a track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid-level scope, and are motivated to grow into owning larger, more complex projects
Preferred qualifications
Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
Interest in generative or programmatic design
Familiarity with localization or internationalization systems

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
