About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.

About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. Their proprietary systems automate the entire content lifecycle—from video production to multi-channel distribution—enabling global leaders to scale their online presence and lead generation without the need for constant filming.
With over 1,000 successful implementations, this fast-growing company is redefining how professional expertise is packaged and delivered across social platforms and digital education. The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, setting clear expectations and establishing trust from day one.
Manage high-volume content delivery schedules, coordinating between internal virtual assistants, editors, and copywriters to meet deadlines.
Perform rigorous quality control on all AI-generated video outputs to ensure brand consistency and technical excellence before delivery.
Oversee social media scheduling across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Identify operational bottlenecks and create SOPs to move the business toward a more mature, scalable infrastructure.
Proactively monitor account health, identifying and resolving potential retention risks before they escalate.

Exceptional professional English (written and spoken) with the ability to manage client expectations with authority and empathy.
High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and de-escalate client concerns independently.
Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video content agencies.
Proficiency in Notion for project tracking and documentation.
Experience working directly with founders in early-stage, fast-moving companies.
Background in personal branding or social media strategy for professional sectors (e.g., Real Estate, Medical, Finance).

But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.
- Eliminate Ambiguity: Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity.
- Enable the Field: Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create "field-ready" guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
- Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
- Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
- Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
- Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
- Commercial Navigator: You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.

Preferred qualifications
6+ years of hands-on data science experience
Direct experience supporting a policy, government affairs, or regulatory team with data and analysis
Familiarity with investor-relations or financial-disclosure data standards and the consistency requirements they entail
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where creating clarity and driving progress is part of the role
