What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Represent Revenue Readiness in senior GTM planning and decision-making, ensuring major initiatives account for the time, support, and reinforcement teams need to adopt change successfully.

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design—we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll help us lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across diverse briefs—from fast-turnaround sprints to global, multi-channel campaigns—while driving studio operations and process improvements. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Creative Studio team. Reporting into the PMO Lead, you'll work alongside Creative, Campaign, Design, and Creative Operations functions to power our in-house marketing and creative output.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—ranging from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources to ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
Stakeholder Leadership & Traffic Management
Act as the primary contact for projects, building strong relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while keeping everyone aligned on goals and milestones.
Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, manage sprint scheduling, and allocate resources based on team capacity.
Operations & Process Improvement
Own key PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to make studio operations more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and adopting AI-enabled creative production workflows in partnership with our Creative AI Technologist.
Risk Mitigation & Team Mentorship
Identify project risks early and implement effective solution strategies to keep work moving smoothly without compromising quality.
Motivate and guide creative project teams, sharing best practices across the PMO and supporting less experienced project managers and freelancers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround performance and growth marketing assets (paid social, CRM, in-app).
Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling (e.g., Asana), project documentation, and process optimization across local and global markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience integrating AI tools and adoption strategies into creative production and studio workflows.
Experience managing and onboarding external agencies or freelance resources.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase manages millions of Postgres instances and is growing. We have strong teams across observability, release engineering, and incident management — and we're concentrating our reliability efforts into a dedicated SRE practice that ties the discipline together across the platform.
You'll be embedded within Service Operations, and your primary job is to make every engineering team more reliable — not by owning their infrastructure, but by establishing the practices, frameworks, and feedback loops that let them own reliability themselves. You'll work across the org: sometimes setting the standard, sometimes pair-programming a fix, sometimes helping a team define their error budget, sometimes telling them it's exhausted.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong vision for how SRE should work and thrives in async, fast-paced environments where influence matters more than authority.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Partner with service teams to define meaningful SLIs and SLOs grounded in customer experience, and build the error budget policies that turn them into engineering decisions
- Own and evolve the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process — conducting reviews for new services and major changes across observability, alerting, runbooks, capacity, and graceful degradation
- Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline: connecting postmortem findings to operational readiness gaps, identifying repeat failure patterns, and driving systemic fixes
- Act as the reliability expert teams pull in for architecture reviews, failure mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design
- Identify and quantify operational toil across the org, and build or advocate for automation that eliminates it
- Help teams design sustainable on-call practices: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction
- Track and report on org-wide operational maturity, surfacing systemic gaps and driving remediation
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 7+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or reliability-focused roles, including experience shaping SRE practices and driving adoption across engineering teams
- Have a software engineering mindset — you write code and build tools, not just configure them
- Have hands-on experience defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale, including error budget policies that actually influenced engineering decisions
- Have deep experience with incident response, postmortem facilitation, and turning incident learnings into systemic improvements
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems (bonus: managed database platforms or Postgres)
- Are proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred, Terraform/CDK also acceptable)
- Communicate clearly and persuasively — this role requires influencing without authority across a distributed org
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by making other teams more effective rather than being the one who fixes everything
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Kubernetes-based platform operations
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, or similar observability tooling
- Experience building developer-facing reliability tooling (SLO dashboards, ORR frameworks, toil tracking, DORA metrics)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function.
You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners
- Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters

- Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments
- Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus
- Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred
BONUS:
- Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own the core ElevenCreative product experience for creators and marketers who sign up, subscribe, and build on their own. Self-serve users make up the majority of ElevenCreative’s user base, and they use the platform to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
You’ll drive growth and adoption across the self-serve product experience, focusing on how users discover what ElevenCreative can do, how they move from a first generation into agents, video, and multi-step creative workflows, and what keeps them coming back and upgrading. There’s no shortage of things we could build. The job is defining the big bets, scoping them well, and shipping them quickly with the team.
PMs at ElevenLabs work in small, highly collaborative teams with minimal process, alongside engineers who have room to build creatively and lead. The scope is broad by design. Some weeks lean toward product, others toward growth or go-to-market work, and you’ll own whatever it takes to make ElevenCreative the best product for its users.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive growth and adoption of the self-serve product, focusing on onboarding, activation, and upgrade moments, and partnering with growth, lifecycle, and pricing teams where they connect
- Scope and define the big bets for the self-serve product across image, video, music, agents, and editing workflows
- Find the biggest opportunities in the user journey through product data and user behavior, and turn them into clearly scoped projects
- Drive adoption of newer experiences like agents and video, helping users expand from a single product into the full platform
- Work with engineering and design to ship quickly, mocking up early concepts yourself when it speeds things up
- Partner with growth, lifecycle, and social teams on launches and the moments that bring users into new parts of the product
- Define success metrics for your area and track activation, engagement, retention, and conversion to paid plans
- Talk to creators and marketers regularly to understand how they work and where the product falls short, and bring those insights back to the team
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of product management experience on consumer or self-serve products
- A track record of moving growth and adoption metrics through the products you’ve shipped
- Deep familiarity with the creative space and the creators and marketers who use these tools, with a habit of bringing user insights into every product decision
- Experience scoping and defining large, ambiguous bets and owning them end to end
- Design-minded, with a high bar for quality and user experience and the ability to mock up concepts yourself
- Technical fluency to go deep with engineers on how things are built and the tradeoffs involved
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in product analytics tools to find opportunities and measure impact
- A track record of shipping quickly and iterating based on what the data shows
- Ownership pedigree, meaning you drive your own projects fully rather than handing off after the spec
- Curiosity about AI and creative tools, and close attention to how the space is moving

An overview of this role
Help us build the next generation of authentication services at GitLab. As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Authentication team, you'll build authentication features across the Rails monolith and GATE. GATE is our new service for issuing and validating tokens and managing identities, designed to support every GitLab deployment model.
You'll expand authentication mechanisms, including support for identities used by artificial intelligence (AI) agents. You'll also help keep GitLab and its customers secure by building access management tooling and addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
GATE will become the foundation for token issuance, validation, and identity services across GitLab.com multi-tenant software as a service (SaaS), Self-Managed, Dedicated, and air-gapped environments. Your work will affect core components that customers, users, and GitLab teams rely on.
Some of our projects include:
Building GATE as the centralized service for token issuance and validation
Consolidating tokens and migrating authentication paths out of the Rails monolith
Building passkeys and passwordless authentication
Developing composite identities that combine machine and human authorization for AI
Improving service accounts and secure automation
Enhancing Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) capabilities for automated user provisioning and single sign-on (SSO)
What you'll do
Shape the roadmap for GATE and GitLab's authentication services with the team.
Design and implement token issuance, validation, and identity services in Go and Ruby across the Rails monolith and GATE, including new authentication mechanisms such as Workload Identity Federation.
Migrate authentication and token management paths from the monolith into GATE while maintaining reliability across all deployment models.
Build authentication mechanisms from the ground up, such as Workload Identity Federation.
Strengthen security for users and organizations through access management tooling and by addressing vulnerabilities reported through our HackerOne program.
Define and improve standards for style, maintainability, and engineering practices in a high-scale environment, and advocate for them through code review.
Communicate publicly about GitLab initiatives, projects, and contributions from people not working for GitLab Inc. Reflect GitLab's values in these communications.
Ship moderately sized features and improvements with moderate guidance and support from other team members, and collaborate on larger projects, including the build-out of GATE.
Participate in the maintainer trainee program at your own comfortable pace while working toward becoming a project maintainer.
What you'll bring
Professional experience with Go and/or Ruby in scaling or mission-critical SaaS products.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies or techniques, such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, LDAP, JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), role-based access control (RBAC), or identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of token systems, cryptographic signing, and key management.
Experience building or contributing to a service from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Experience diagnosing, preventing, and resolving performance and optimization problems.
Experience working in an iterative software development process, managing your work effectively, staying organized, and following through on priorities.
About the team
Our mission is to empower GitLab system administrators with the toolkit they need to create their desired balance of security and accessibility for their GitLab experience.
Authentication is the first impression a new customer has when they configure a new GitLab instance. We aim to make it as seamless as possible, from that first login to onboarding users and managing security rules for their instance in a secure, flexible, and scalable way.

Workplace: Hybrid
Team: Accounting Core
Location / work arrangement: San Francisco, San Mateo and Seattle (Hybrid)
Employment type: Full Time
About the Role
Xero’s ledger is the source of truth for millions of businesses, and every product we ship is built on top of it. We are rebuilding this integrity layer for the next 20 years, and we are standing up the Vancouver engineering hub around it from day one. As Lead Engineer, you will make the architectural decisions that set the course for the platform and the team, and you will see those decisions reach every customer who depends on Xero to get their numbers right.
THE TECHNICAL CHALLENGES
- Correctness at scale. Accounting data has to be consistent, auditable, and immutable. There is no “close enough,” and every change to the ledger has to preserve that guarantee across regions and regulations.
- Evolving a mature system. We are adding real-time expectations to a platform that millions of businesses depend on daily. That means strengthening service boundaries and clarifying data contracts without compromising reliability.
- Durable, high-throughput services. We use durable execution (for example, Temporal) to keep long-running financial workflows accurate and recoverable under load.
- AI-ready data. We are structuring accounting data so it can power AI-native experiences while maintaining trust in the numbers.
IMPACT
- First six months: You understand the ledger and its consumers, align the team on service boundaries and data contracts, and ship a first modernization increment with no loss of data integrity.
- First twelve months:
- You have set the architecture for the core accounting capabilities (general ledger, journals, chart of accounts, multi-currency).
- The Vancouver engineering team has clear ownership and quality standards, thanks in part to your leadership and role modeling.
- Your work reaches customers through every product built on the ledger, and the decisions made now will shape Xero for years.
OWNERSHIP
You will own the technical direction for your area of the accounting platform, from design through production and on-call. You will make architectural decisions on service boundaries, data contracts, and technology choices without needing sign-off, and you will be accountable for reliability and data integrity end to end. You will also help set hiring, quality, and ownership practices for an early and growing team, which will compound over time.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Bernardo Farah is the Director of Engineering for Accounting Core. He has over 10 years of SaaS software experience, including six years building platforms and growing teams at Samsara.
WHAT YOU BRING
MUST-HAVE:
- You set the standard for your team in AI-assisted development, operational excellence, and flexible architecture.
- A track record delivering highly available, distributed backend systems and designing high-throughput services under production constraints.
- Depth in system architecture, API design, and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack such as C#, Java, Go, or C++, plus cloud-native platforms like AWS.
- You demonstrate strong ability in breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable solutions while driving agile execution to deliver results.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with financial, ledger, or accounting systems, or other domains where data integrity is critical
- Experience with durable execution or workflow engines such as Temporal
- Experience modernizing a mature system without disrupting customers
HOW WE WORK
Process is a tool for impact and we adjust accordingly. We use an agile approach to ship outcomes, not to follow ceremony. Code and design reviews are where we trade ideas and hold the quality bar, and we are figuring out how to use LLMs to reduce how much code humans have to write and review by hand. Our on-call rotation draws on a healthy pool of engineers and turns incidents into learning through postmortems. Decisions are made at every level, and we make sure everyone has the strategic context to raise proposals and drive innovation.
Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Real World coding assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 2: Systems Design assessment, 45 Mins
- Stage 3: Technical Deep dive, 60 Mins
- Stage 4: Values/ Future Proof, 60 Mins
- Stage 5: Leadership interview, 60 mins
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team. We are also tech stack agnostic, so please apply if you've worked with adjacent technologies.
Compensation Philosophy
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - which means your value isn't just a single number on a paycheck. While base salary is a core component, we look at your compensation through a holistic lens that includes equity, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The base salary range for this role in $206,000 to $260,000 USD
Please note that this range represents base salary only. We believe in rewarding our people for their total contribution, which is why we look at compensation through a holistic lens. In addition to base pay, your total package may include:
