Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ BUILD THE AI-NATIVE COMPANY, FOR REAL
Alan has spent 10 years developing a distinctive way of working: radical transparency, written culture, distributed decision-making, no managers, no meetings by default. This wasn't just philosophy. It was a deliberate architectural choice, and it made Alan one of the most productive companies in European tech.
Now, agentic AI empowers us to make it much more personalized. The principles that made Alan productive become the foundation for a much more ambitious journey: a company where AI agents handle organizational complexity, surface the right context instantly, and let every person focus on the work that matters.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
- Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action.
- Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support.
- Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools.
- Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in.
- Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture.
- Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.
WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Alan's written, transparent, async culture generates an extraordinary volume of structured organizational knowledge. Most companies can't feed AI agents with high-quality internal data. Alan already can.
- The team is building a full AI-native operational layer from scratch, not adding copilots to legacy tools.
- Every Alaner uses what you ship, every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is immediate.
- The work sits at the frontier of applied AI: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop design.
- The ambition goes beyond Alan. The patterns you build here could define how high-performance companies operate in the AI era.
🛠 YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Stack: Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, plus deep integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure.
- What you'll do: design and ship AI-native tools that power how Alan works. automated workflows, organizational navigation, agentic assistants.
- Impact: your work shapes the daily experience of every Alaner and builds the playbook for the AI-native company.
👥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Software engineers with +5 years of experience, ideally with backend or full-stack experience.
- Genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can do inside a real product.
- Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where the right abstractions don't exist yet.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web technologies.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards & equity packages.
- Flexible office & remote options.
- Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation & hours.
- Comprehensive healthcare for you, children, and partners.
- Transport support and coaching for personal growth.
- Training budget for conferences, courses, books.
- Extended parental leave for all parents.
🔄 RECRUITMENT NOTE
🌟 We hire people, not roles. Don't worry if you don't check every box. High potential and curiosity matter most. We may even suggest another team if we see a better fit.

Vercel is hiring a Head of Commercial sales, EMEA to lead and scale our Commercial sales team across EMEA (excl. DACH). This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment and knows how to build the systems, culture, and talent needed to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets in the mid-market and growth segment.
Commercial is one of Vercel's most important growth levers in EMEA - it's where we convert developer love and self-service momentum into contracted, expanding revenue with scaling tech companies and digital-native businesses. This leader will own that motion end-to-end: hiring and developing a team of Commercial AEs, driving pipeline efficiency, and ensuring Vercel is well-positioned to win in a competitive and fast-moving market.
You'll be based in London and work closely with Marketing, SDR leadership, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build a repeatable, scalable commercial sales engine across the region.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Own the EMEA Commercial sales number - pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment across the mid-market and growth segment
Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial AEs, building a culture of high activity, sharp qualification, and consistent execution
Drive a high-velocity sales motion with shorter cycles, strong outbound discipline, and efficient deal management
Coach AEs on territory planning, prospecting strategies, and how to sell to technical and business stakeholders at scaling companies
Partner with Marketing and SDR leadership to build and convert pipeline across EMEA - inbound and outbound
Develop and iterate on Commercial-specific messaging and positioning that resonates with engineering leaders and CTOs at growth-stage companies
Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue to EMEA sales leadership
Build scalable processes, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks that let the team ramp quickly and perform consistently
Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Product, and Legal to ensure smooth handoffs and strong retention in the commercial segment
Identify expansion opportunities within the existing commercial customer base and coach AEs to grow accounts over time
Represent Vercel at EMEA industry events, developer conferences, and customer-facing engagements
What you need
3+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment, with a strong track record managing high-velocity commercial or mid-market teams
Proven ability to hire, ramp, and develop commercial AEs in a competitive market
Deep understanding of commercial sales motions - you know how to run a tight pipeline, coach on qualification, and keep deal velocity high without sacrificing quality
Experience selling into engineering, product, or technical leadership at scaling or growth-stage companies
Data-driven approach to running a team - you use metrics to identify coaching opportunities, forecast accurately, and iterate on process
Hands-on leader who is comfortable being in deals, on calls, and in the weeds when your team needs it
Fluency in English required; additional European language skills (French, German, Italian, Spanish and Arabic) are a strong plus given the EMEA scope
Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms is a significant advantage
Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus
Based in London

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
The Role
For hundreds of thousands of European entrepreneurs, our iOS app is Finom. It's how they check their cash flow over morning coffee, approve a payment between client meetings, and freeze a card the moment something looks off. We're mobile-first by conviction, not convenience — the app isn't a companion to the "real" product; it is the product. And as an AI-native platform, the features you build increasingly carry intelligence inside them: AI-powered accounting, smart categorization, and agentic workflows that quietly save business owners hours every week. When you ship something great, someone somewhere feels it the same day.
That's why we're not looking for someone to implement tickets. We're looking for a Senior Mobile (iOS) Engineer who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, challenges assumptions when needed, and proactively spots opportunities to create better outcomes.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team — Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product — that owns a shared product area end-to-end. No handoff culture, no "not my layer": everyone in the team is solving the same customer problem, and you'll shape solutions from the first product conversation to the moment the feature is live in users' hands. Fewer silos means more flow — and real, end-to-end ownership.
How We Build
Agentic development is table stakes at Finom — for every craft, mobile included. Our engineers work with Claude Code and similar harnesses daily, and we've made it a first-class part of how the company operates, not an individual productivity hack. We follow a shared SDLC approach built around Spec-Driven Development (SDD): features start as clear, reviewable specs that both humans and AI agents execute against, powered by a shared AI development toolbelt and a growing library of skills, rules, and context maintained across guilds. You won't be figuring out AI-assisted development alone — you'll join an engineering organization that has already invested in the infrastructure, standards, and shared practices, and you'll be expected to use them, improve them, and raise the bar for others.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
Design and build new features for our iOS application, used daily by business owners across Europe: multi-account cash flow management, banking transactions and payments, physical and virtual card issuance and control, and AI-powered accounting automation.
Own outcomes, not just code. You'll follow your features into analytics, jump into customer issues without being prompted, and care about whether what you shipped actually moved the needle.
Build polished, responsive UIs with UIKit and SwiftUI — in a financial app, trust is built (or lost) in the details.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, discuss trade-offs openly with product managers, and explain constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Raise the bar on engineering quality — automated testing, thorough code reviews, and mobile security best practices are non-negotiable in a regulated fintech.
Mentor the engineers around you and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team.
Who You Are
Who You Are
You're pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. Above all, you're curious — about the product, the users, the business, and how your technical decisions impact all three.
Curiosity.
You want to understand the "why" behind every feature. You ask what problem it solves, question whether there's a simpler path, and explore how your decisions ripple into product, users, and revenue.
Business acumen.
You connect your work to company objectives. You understand the "so what" behind every decision, and you'd rather ship the feature that moves the right metric than the one that's merely interesting to build.
Communication.
You communicate clearly and concisely in English across technical and non-technical audiences — from fellow engineers to PMs to business stakeholders — and you genuinely enjoy the dynamics of a cross-functional team.
T-shapedness.
Your iOS craft runs deep, but your curiosity runs wide. You'll peek at the backend contracts, ask questions about the ML models, and dive into analytics to understand how your features perform.
Ownership.
You take responsibility not just for your code, but for the outcomes. You move without being prompted — whether that's improving team processes, jumping on a production issue, or mentoring a colleague.
Your Experience Includes
5+ years of commercial iOS development with strong knowledge of Swift.
Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Practical experience with the VIPER architectural pattern and the Coordinator navigation pattern — and the judgment to know when a simpler approach serves the product better.
Excellent knowledge of UIKit and experience (or a strong desire to grow) with SwiftUI.
Experience with layout development in code, particularly using SnapKit or similar tools.
Ability to write unit and UI tests.
Confidence with Git / GitLab, including setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
Hands-on experience with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily workflow — writing prompts, configuring rules and skills, and critically evaluating AI-generated output with tests, linters, and review. This is table stakes for all engineering crafts at Finom, mobile included.
A builder's mentality: you care deeply about shipping great products, not just writing great code.
Nice to Have
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or financial products — you understand the stakes of working in a regulated environment.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing rendering bottlenecks and hitting smooth 60/120fps on iOS.
Hands-on work with performance tooling: Instruments, XCTest, or similar.
Published apps on the App Store you're proud of.
An active GitHub profile with code you're happy to share.
Deeper agentic engineering experience beyond daily tool use — setting up agent environments and harnesses, authoring reusable skills and behavioral rules, or contributing to a team's shared AI development practices.
Understanding of model capabilities and limitations — knowing which model fits which task and how to manage the context window effectively.
Awareness of AI security risks — prompt injection, data leakage, and safe handling of untrusted inputs in agentic workflows.
