We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us hire the Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketers who bring our models to developers and enterprises around the world. Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 open GTM roles at a time, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote, US About the role Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences. As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural. This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible. What you’ll do Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows Who you are You’ve built deceptively powerful tools: You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows. You start with the customer : Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems. You are a fog sculptor : There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action. You care about craft: Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out. You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird : Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to like that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time. The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above. About Descript Descript is building a simple, intuitive, fully-powered editing tool for video and audio — an editing tool built for the age of AI. We are a team of 150 and the backing of some of the world's greatest investors ( OpenAI , Andreessen Horowitz , Redpoint Ventures , Spark Capital ). Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company. Benefits include a generous healthcare package, 401k matching program, catered lunches, and flexible vacation time. Our headquarters are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. For those who are remote, we have a handful of opportunities throughout the year for in person collaboration. For our hybrid roles, we're flexible, and you're an adult—we don't expect or mandate that you're in the office every day. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person. Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. We believe in actively building a team rich in diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions to better allow our employees, products, and community to thrive.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: United Kingdom; United States; Poland; Bulgaria Workplace: Remote ABOUT ELEVENLABS ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: - ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. - ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. - ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. HOW WE WORK - High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. - Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. - AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. - Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. - Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER - Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. - Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. - Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. - Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. - Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún - Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role We build an ads engine that learns as it goes: brand book, taste, and what actually performs in every market. It plans, generates, localizes, launches and learns from ads across the major ad platforms, using ElevenLabs’ full audio and video stack. You’ll be a founding engineer for a product area of your own. There’s no PM and no handed-down spec. You’ll talk to users, decide what to build, and ship it across the stack, from data pipelines and agent tools to the UI. Early work could include feeding competitive intelligence into the engine’s weekly briefs or launching a new ad format. We’re looking for founders and founding engineers. You’d rather ship a rough v0 on Friday than a perfect design doc. Strong engineering is the minimum. What sets people apart is product judgment and ownership. Requirements - Has built and shipped a product end-to-end without anyone handing them a spec, ideally as a founder or one of the first engineers. - Strong full-stack product engineer (frontend- or backend-leaning is fine) who can build a pipeline, an agent tool and the UI - Builds with LLMs and agents pragmatically: tools, retrieval and evals, not model research. - Talks to users without being asked, and can say what they’d build first and why. Bonus: experience with ad platforms, adtech or marketing tools; analytics and attribution; web builders and CMSs; taste in creative. Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and India, with the ability to operate in European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

THE ROLE ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue. - Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls. - Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand. - Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity. - Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests. - Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness. REQUIREMENTS - You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases. - You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition. - You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL. - You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week. - You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it. - Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE Equity is a big part of how we reward the people building ElevenLabs, and the programme is growing fast across many countries. You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time. You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication. That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity. We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers. You'll find ways to automate the repetitive work, using AI wherever it makes things faster and more reliable. REQUIREMENTS - Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations. - Experience administering equity across multiple jurisdictions, including tracking globally mobile participants and coordinating with Tax and Payroll. - Strong understanding of stock options, RSUs, vesting schedules and employee lifecycle changes, with working knowledge of relevant tax-advantaged schemes such as US ISOs and UK EMI or CSOP plans. - Experience reconciling equity data with People, Talent, Payroll and Accounting records. - Understanding of stock-based compensation accounting sufficient to provide reliable data and support Finance with US GAAP and local reporting requirements. - Experience building and documenting equity processes and controls, managing deadlines independently and resolving discrepancies. - Clear communication skills, sound judgement when handling confidential information and a strong focus on employee support. Bonus: - Experience at a fast-growing startup, familiarity with 409A processes, or a record of automating equity workflows. - Certification (e.g. CEP or similar) - Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Central Europe or Eastern US. THE ROLE We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment. - Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record. - Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners. - Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews, and prepare the financial section of the board pack. - Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend. You're a builder who still builds the model yourself. You've likely done this at a high-growth tech company where the planning process had to be created while the business scaled, and you care about recommendations that get implemented, not only presented. REQUIREMENTS - You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions. - You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board. - Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented. - Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day. - Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team. GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead a central FP&A team as it grows toward IPO. - Own the planning and guidance process once we are a public company. - Take on broader strategic finance scope as the function scales. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+2 timezones preferred. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.
