Director of Co-Manufacturing & Procurement

Responsibilities: — Develop and implement procurement plans to support new development and existing portfolio products, ensuring finished goods meet operational and financial goals. — Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, lead times, and MOQs. — Identify and qualify new suppliers, establishing new vendor partnerships while maintaining current vendor connectivity rooted in quality, transparency, and efficiency. — Lead efforts to develop, implement, and manage alternate material replenishment methods that increase inventory turns year over year while supporting 100% customer on-time delivery and lead-time reduction. — Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and economic conditions to proactively mitigate supply chain risks. — Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for goods and services. — Improve purchasing efficiencies and supplier performance through MRP optimization, supplier KPIs, and effective vendor management. — Monitor supplier scrap rates, obtain corrective actions to reduce supplier-generated scrap in a timely manner, and oversee the resolution of all issues affecting product quality or on-time delivery. — Coordinate and track open order updates across all vendor partners to remain informed of delays or potential shipment issues. — Manage PO execution, master data accuracy, BOM creation/management, supplier records, and spend tracking. Requirements: — 10+ years of global supply chain leadership experience. — Deep expertise leading end-to-end global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, and quality operations in an omni-channel environment. — Proven track record of building, launching, and managing highly collaborative relationships with domestic and international contract manufacturers. — Hands-on experience scaling operations using ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms to drive efficiency. — Strong executive presence with the ability to present strategic recommendations and influence executive leadership. — Strong business acumen across inventory management, financial forecasting, ROI, and spend management. — Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
