Track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
Experience working on developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity systems
Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams
Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences

Hex Trust is a fully-licensed digital asset financial institution building the infrastructure institutions use to operate in crypto. Custody, staking, capital markets, investment solutions, payments, fiat ramping, RWAs, and tokenization — all on one regulated platform.
Founded in 2018, we're licensed across multiple jurisdictions (HK, SG, Dubai, SVG). As institutional capital moves into crypto and the RWA and payments narratives accelerate, we're one of the few players who can serve institutions as a fully-regulated, one-stop-shop partner.
