Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performance Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. This is not a role for a generalist or a beginner; we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation within the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections, managing high-level client relationships, and eventually transitioning into a leadership role as we expand. If you are an "extreme ownership" practitioner who can identify opportunities before they are flagged and scale accounts with precision, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 10 active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call systems to ensure maximum conversion.
Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly reporting calls and providing clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with the founder to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal ROI and funnel economics.

About the company
Our client is a specialist marketing and lead generation agency dedicated to the renewable energy sector across the UK and US markets. With over three decades of collective experience in sales and consultancy, the team focuses on bridging the gap between renewable energy providers—specialising in solar, EV charging, and carbon reduction schemes—and the customers who need their services most. Job Summary
We are looking for an elite Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance across a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement businesses. This is not a "maintenance" role—we need a performance-driven specialist who understands high-ticket lead generation and the nuances of the home services vertical. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections while managing the end-to-end client relationship. As the company scales, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position where you will oversee junior media buyers and shape the agency’s internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts.
Build, test, and iterate on high-converting lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call structures.
Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly strategy calls and reporting on performance with clarity and confidence.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Collaborate with the founder to develop and test aggressive ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.
Proactively identify underperforming metrics and implement fixes before they impact the client’s bottom line.
Document and systematize media buying processes to ensure scalability for future hires.

Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Specific expertise in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to optimize for lead quality rather than just volume.
Extreme ownership mentality: you are someone who flags opportunities and solves problems without being asked.
Mastery of performance metrics, including the ability to maintain a minimum 2x ROAS (at 30% profit margins) for clients.
Highly structured testing methodology with a focus on data-driven experimentation over ad-hoc changes.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing calls independently.
Ability to work within or have significant overlap with EST/CST business hours.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking for local service businesses.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.

Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.

Establish clear priorities, OKRs, operating rhythms, and feedback loops that enable fast execution and strong cross-functional alignment.
Brand, communications, and executive thought leadership
Define and strengthen the market position of Offchain and its products, building brands that are distinctive, credible, and relevant to the audiences we serve.
Establish Offchain and its products as credible voices in the evolution of programmable markets, tokenization, financial infrastructure, and blockchain adoption.
Develop a clear narrative architecture that connects company, product, and ecosystem stories while giving individual products room to build distinct identities.
Partner with founders, executives, PR, product, BD, and ecosystem teams to develop high-quality communications across earned, owned, and partner channels.
Guide founder and executive storytelling across keynotes, op-eds, interviews, panels, social, and strategic announcements.
Build a stronger editorial engine, including essays, reports, partner stories, market commentary, launch narratives, and recurring content franchises.
Ensure external communications are precise, differentiated, defensible, and grounded in real product value.
Demand generation, marketing infrastructure, and revenue impact
Build the marketing capabilities required to translate awareness and engagement into qualified demand, customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Business Development to understand the evolving needs of customers and identify the marketing materials, programs, and campaigns needed to move opportunities forward.
Establish the measurement and attribution infrastructure required to understand how campaigns, content, events, partnerships, web activity, product engagement, and executive channels contribute to enterprise pipeline, customer adoption, monetizable activity, and revenue.
Understand which marketing programs influence conversion and where investment should increase, decrease, or shift.
Build dashboards and reporting rhythms that make marketing performance visible to leadership and actionable for the team.
Develop a disciplined experimentation framework for identifying and scaling new sources of qualified demand, monetizable volume, customer adoption, and revenue.
Balance near-term commercial objectives with the long-term growth and health of the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Turn market intelligence into fast action: messaging updates, executive talking points, campaign ideas, social responses, partner opportunities, and content angles.
Operate with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.

Define how marketing success is measured across brand awareness, narrative adoption, developer engagement, partner amplification, qualified demand, enterprise pipeline, launch performance, network growth, monetizable activity, and revenue contribution.
Build reporting habits that show what is working, what needs to change, and where marketing is creating measurable business impact.
Guide the team in using data to improve campaigns, content, channels, audience strategy, conversion, and resource allocation.
Manage budget, marketing technology, vendors, and agency relationships with discipline.
What you'll need:
10 to 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally across high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software.
5+ years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market.
Track record of exceptional leadership, building and inspiring high-performing teams while raising the ambition and quality of the work.
Experience building distinctive brands and market narratives in complex, technical, or rapidly evolving categories.
Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how marketing drives customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s incredible Agent product, offering technical solutions to solve for our customer’s needs, and answering technical questions about our solutions.
- Cross-functional work: You will work directly with our Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to both drive our GTM function, as well as continuously improve our Agents through our customer-driven product development philosophy.
- Lead & support our customers: As a GTM and technical leader in the earliest conversations with our future customers, you will both understand and anticipate their needs to continue our industry-leading AI solution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

With that, you know where these tools can help and where human judgment still is required. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it. This ownership looks like us not saying "[AI tool of choice] built this", but "I built this with [AI tool of choice]."
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
