Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in production MLOps, model deployment, and system scaling to drive ML engineering initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of production ML infrastructure, life science research, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural design and hands-on execution of production ML systems, model integration APIs, and scalable MLOps pipelines. You will bridge complex domains—from computational biology, small and large molecule research, and clinical trial analytics to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch optimization, and industrial automation ML. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, life science researchers, and platform engineering teams to build robust, low-latency ML systems that scale across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Production MLOps & Systems Architecture
Design, deploy, and maintain robust, production-grade MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for continuous model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Implement automated model drift detection, performance monitoring, and self-healing inference pipelines in high-reliability environments.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing ML Integration
Operationalize and integrate production ML models into operational technology (OT), API manufacturing workflows, and chemical process control systems.
Deploy predictive models for batch processing, process control optimization, real-time quality assurance, and facility automation use cases.
Scalable Inference & System Integration
Build low-latency, high-throughput microservices and serving architectures (FastAPI, Triton Inference Server, TorchServe) for model deployment into live production applications.
Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads across distributed cloud and edge systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern pipeline engines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with chemical engineers, computational biologists, and software architects to translate operational friction into production-ready ML engineering solutions.
Establish enterprise MLOps standards, model governance, and CI/CD best practices across the full machine learning operational lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience: Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps, production ML system deployment, and infrastructure scaling.
Domain Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain production ML systems across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering ML and clinical/scientific research applications).
Location & Work Auth: Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication: Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, strong collaborative drive, and the ability to articulate complex MLOps architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks: Advanced Python, C++, and deep proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
MLOps & Serving: Proven expertise with Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, MLflow, Kubeflow, or Databricks ML runtime.
Infrastructure & Orchestration: Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, FastAPI/gRPC, and cloud platform ecosystems (AWS/Azure).
