The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry
Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan + All Major holidays
Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

About us
OpenZeppelin is the security standard onchain finance is built on. Founded in 2015, our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to an open financial system, built on open standards and secured by rigorous research.
Our open-source Contract Libraries have facilitated over $35 trillion in onchain value and are used by 10 of the top 10 tokenized money market funds and 9 of the top 10 stablecoins by market cap.
We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The IT & Security Team
The Information Security function operates independently under our Legal team and owns everything that keeps the OpenZeppelin organization secure. That means managing our Security, Privacy & IT Program end-to-end: our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 posture, vendor and privacy risk, incident response, our bug bounty programs, and the identity, endpoint, and access systems the whole company depends on. It is also the team our customers meet during security diligence. As our enterprise relationships deepen, increasingly with banks and other regulated institutions, our own program must be as credible as the security we deliver to customers.
Today that program is established and audit-ready. The next chapter is turning it into an enterprise-grade security function that stands up to the scrutiny of the most demanding enterprise customers, partners, and regulators, while safely accelerating our adoption of AI across the company.
What you'll be doing
You will own the strategy, design, and continuous maturation of OpenZeppelin's Information Security Program, and be accountable for managing the team executing it. You can issue-spot security and privacy risks before they materialize, explain the principles behind security and compliance controls to auditors and enterprise security teams, and calibrate our security program proportionate to risk.
IT and infrastructure:
Oversee identity and access management, provisioning and onboarding/offboarding, end-user security (MDM, endpoint protection, security training), physical security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data backup, using automation and AI-powered workflows to make IT and security operations scale faster than headcount.
Strategy, governance and budget:
Set the strategic direction, multi-year roadmap, and risk posture of the Information Security Program; deliver on department OKRs; and own the IT and technology budget, with ultimate responsibility for technology procurement.
AI security and governance:
Own the secure adoption of AI across the company: evolve our AI governance framework, review and approve AI tools and agentic workflows, and secure our agentic infrastructure (identity, least-privilege tool and data access, secrets handling, monitoring, auditability). Manage frontier model providers as critical vendors, covering security and data-handling diligence, retention and training-use commitments, DPAs and subprocessor flow-downs. Meet emerging obligations such as the EU AI Act, so we can make transparent, defensible commitments to enterprise customers about how our products and internal AI usage handle their data.
Compliance, audit and enterprise trust:
Own our audit, certification, and attestation strategy and execution (penetration testing, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, successor frameworks) alongside internal security audits; run a third-party and vendor risk management program; and serve as the external face of our security program with customer security teams, regulated financial institutions, and auditors.
Privacy and data governance:
Maintain a comprehensive data map of how data flows into, through, and out of the organization, including flows to model providers and through agentic workflows, with data classification, records of processing, and a vendor/subprocessor inventory. Own privacy compliance in partnership with Legal: GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs and contractual security commitments, and privacy-by-design reviews of new products and features.
Security operations and incident response:
Own the incident response program end-to-end, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and breach-notification obligations in partnership with Legal. Manage our bug bounty programs, and partner with development teams to embed security best practices in the SDLC and our software offerings.
You have
10+ years of Security and IT experience, including 3+ years leading a IT Security and GRC function (not solely IT operations) in a high-growth tech company, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, not just execution.
A demonstrated trajectory toward CISO: you have owned a security program end-to-end, presented to executives or boards, and can articulate the "why" behind every control you have implemented.
Experience securing or governing AI/LLM-enabled products or enterprise AI adoption including agentic systems and third-party model-provider risk, with an ability to apply privacy and data-protection laws and practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) in the AI context.
Nice to have
5+ years working in blockchain or a FinTech with an enterprise client base (e.g., financial services), including navigating rigorous third-party security diligence.
Logistics:
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet or Zoom and tends to consist of the following stages:
Recruiter Call (30 minutes)
Hiring Manager Call (30 minutes)
Team Interview (30 minutes)
Leadership Interview (30 minutes)
Paid work test (up to 20 hours of paid work)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role runs its day-to-day operations in the US.
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the operational management of all direct and third party logistics providers) of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments to our data center sites and partners. You'll manage the relationships and performance of our third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders, and you'll be the person on the ground when a shipment is late, a pallet arrives damaged, or a site needs a critical spare tomorrow morning.
This is a hands-on operational role on a small team, so you'll move between running the daily floor rhythm and building the processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for accuracy and chain of custody on high-value, security-sensitive equipment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites for the Anthropic owned warehouse and those run by Anthropic’s partners/ third party logistics providers
Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack
Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages
Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management
Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness
Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance
Build and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls for warehouse and shipping activities, and train warehouse staff and vendors on them
Maintain compliance with safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs requirements for the equipment we handle
Define and report on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement
Support capacity planning for warehouse space, staffing, and equipment as our hardware volumes and site count grow
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving, inventory control, and outbound shipping
Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort working in spreadsheets to analyze inventory and shipment data
Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service levels and holding vendors accountable to them
Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel) and the documentation that goes with it
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic equipment, such as hazardous materials rules for lithium batteries
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams and external partners
Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and keep operations running reliably as volume and complexity increase
Ability to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US as needed
Preferred qualifications
Experience handling data center or enterprise IT hardware, including servers, GPUs or other accelerators, and networking equipment
Experience with international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and export control requirements such as EAR
Experience with secure chain-of-custody programs, asset tagging, and data-bearing device sanitization or destruction
Experience directly managing warehouse staff or contract labor
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and how inventory data flows between them and warehouse systems
Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods
Forklift certification or experience overseeing material handling equipment operations
Experience supporting rapid infrastructure buildouts, whether in cloud, telecom, or another hardware-intensive industry
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the job
We are seeking a Technical Content Creator to showcase the practical power of Tether's peer-to-peer stack. This is a builder-centric role designed for an engineer or highly technical creator who bridges the gap between low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and functional application.
We are not looking for a social media marketer or an on-camera influencer. We are looking for a technical storyteller who can write code, spin up peer-to-peer nodes, build functional Bare-powered applications, and record polished, clear, screen-share demos. You will turn our core stack (Pear and Bare) into an ongoing series of visual, practical "build-in-public" prototypes that prove to the world what true decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure looks like.
Responsibilities
Build Practical Demos: Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and the Bare runtime with minimal engineering hand-holding.
Record Technical Demos: Record clear, engaging, and high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos of your builds, highlighting how the code works, how peers discover and sync with each other, and the value the systems deliver.
Translate Code to Content: Turn complex protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into highly visual, digestible developer content (such as code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and interactive repositories).
Collaborate with Core Devs: Work closely with our P2P protocol and product engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming Pear and Bare features.
Prototypes: Rapidly prototype application concepts — such as spinning up a peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, or data-replication demo — to show how quickly developers can launch resilient, serverless products using our ecosystem.
Fuel Influencer-Led Developer Adoption: Collaborate with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators to amplify our ecosystem. You will provide them with turn-key technical assets, co-create code-along challenges, and arm them with the high-quality demos and prototypes needed to inspire and onboard new developers to Pear and Bare.
3 to 6+ years of experience in a technical role such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages used across our ecosystem (such as NodeJS, C/C++) to interact confidently with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) networking, distributed systems, hypercore/append-only-log style data structures, and decentralized application architecture.
Demo/Video Production Skills: Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials (using tools like Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow, etc.).
Developer Empathy: The ability to look at a complex P2P protocol or runtime and understand exactly what kind of demo or sample project will get developers and infrastructure operators excited to start building.
Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones.

Senior Reconciliation Analyst (Fixed-Term Cover)
About the Role
Our Reconciliation team makes sure that every euro our clients see in their balances is actually backed by cash in the bank — and right now, we need an experienced Senior Reconciliation Analyst to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our payment operations. You'll own the day-to-day routine of monitoring reconciliation breaks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with engineering and banking partners to keep everything balanced. It's a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift daily, so we're looking for someone who thrives on structure one day and adapts the next.
While the core focus is routine reconciliation, there's real room to get involved in automation projects once you're up to speed — and this role can also be a strong stepping stone into other teams at the company longer-term.
A Bit About the Team
Our Reconciliation team is small but mighty — every analyst is expected to think like an owner, gradually automating routine work while keeping the core process rock-solid. It's a team that values flexibility (fully remote, outcome-focused — we care that the job gets done, not what hours you keep) and gives people real autonomy once the fundamentals are covered. If you enjoy solving problems that sit right at the intersection of data and payments, you'll fit right in here.
What You Will Be Doing
Own daily reconciliation monitoring — checking that cash held in the bank matches client balances in our systems, and flagging and investigating any breaks or mismatches as they arise
Resolve reconciliation breaks end-to-end — determining whether an issue is internal (looping in engineering) or external (liaising directly with banks and third-party payment providers) and driving it to resolution
Maintain reporting and month-end close — supporting vendor reporting, regulatory reporting, and other recurring reporting cycles with a high level of accuracy
Work across data tools — using Excel alongside data visualization tools (Databricks, Metabase, or similar — Tableau/Power BI experience also welcome) to monitor and track reconciliation data
Contribute to automation — gradually helping automate manual reconciliation processes using AI and other tools, reducing reliance on spreadsheets over time
Handle occasional manual money transfers — with the accuracy and attention to detail this requires
Manage stakeholders across the business — working with engineering, treasury, and external banking partners to keep processes running smoothly
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations (e.g. as a reconciliation specialist, payment analyst, or accountant with reconciliation exposure)
You're comfortable with Excel and have some experience with data visualization/BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
You have a working understanding of payment schemes and how money moves between banks and internal systems — you know who to go to when something doesn't add up
You're diligent and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to handling money movements
You're used to fast-paced, frequently changing environments and can adapt when processes shift — this isn't a role with a fixed rulebook
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks)
You're able to start immediately or on very short notice
You're open to a fixed-term contract (~5 months, with a real possibility of extension depending on business needs)
Nice to Have
Experience working at a neobank or fintech (e.g. N26 or similar) — you'll likely need less ramp-up time in a high-change environment
A mathematical or quantitative background
Prior experience helping build or improve automations within a reconciliation or payments workflow
Basic SQL or data analysis skills

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.
