We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S.
The Opportunity
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Engineer (AI & Automation) to own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers our Marketing Operations organization. You’ll build multi-agent architectures, LLM integrations, and backend services that connect AI models to internal and third-party data platforms. You’ll ship production systems that teams depend on daily.
This is a high-autonomy role where you own the technical direction. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems across Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams, design the solutions, and ship them. You’ll define the technical direction for the automation platform (data models, API contracts, shared libraries, reference architectures) and partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, and Field Operations to build scalable, self-service automation that eliminates manual work and drives operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Agentic Systems & AI Infrastructure
Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operation
Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Anthropic MCP, or similar) that operate 24/7 across teams
Develop reusable agentic skills that agents invoke across interfaces (Slack, dashboards, internal apps, CLIs)
Implement observability and feedback loops including logging, performance metrics, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and cost management
Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows including access controls, audit trails, PII handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths
Systems Integration & Backend Services
Build MCP servers, APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems (BigQuery, Slack, CRMs, email, calendars, analytics tools)
Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), connecting LLMs to internal knowledge bases, customer data, and real-time business context
Build serverless or containerized services (GCP Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) that scale with usage and integrate with Grafana's cloud infrastructure
Automation & Workflow Enablement
Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and SDR teams to scope high-impact automation problems, identify bottlenecks, and build solutions with measurable business outcomes
Design and deploy workflows using orchestration tools (n8n, Workato, or custom platforms) with CI/CD, testing, and production reliability standards
Build systems designed for self-service with documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that let partner teams operate independently
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You'll have access to AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex, and others of your choice within security guidelines). We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development paired with strong code review and quality standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering
2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows, not just prototypes
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and testing discipline
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, structured output parsing, and evaluation
Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale including agent decomposition, orchestration patterns (sequential chains, router/dispatcher, parallel fan-out), state management, and production monitoring
You diagnose business problems before writing code. You think in workflows and outcomes, not just functions.
Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)
Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigations including confidence thresholds, fallback logic, human escalation, and cost/latency management
Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems, push back on low-impact requests, and deliver end-to-end with minimal direction
Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code). You use AI to build AI systems
Clear technical communicator who can explain complex systems in simple terms to both engineers and business stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with vector databases or retrieval pipelines (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant, pgvector)
Familiarity with marketing or sales platforms (Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Slack Block Kit) for building user-facing AI tool interfaces
Observability tooling for AI systems (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, custom evaluation frameworks)
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (n8n, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow)
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for connecting AI systems to data sources
Prior work automating marketing, sales, or customer success workflows in a B2B SaaS environment
Active in open-source communities. Grafana is built on OSS and we value engineers who share that DNA

The mission of the Engineering TPM team is to drive Figma's most important cross-company engineering efforts, and we are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner with our Infrastructure team. The TPM provides oversight of the most important efforts that require coordinated technical execution across the Org to succeed. This is a role focused on enabling Figma's infrastructure teams to scale, improve performance, and deliver on critical projects. These large-scale efforts will involve collaboration across numerous backend, infrastructure, and security teams and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritization, decision-making, tracking execution, and driving operational excellence. We're looking for someone that can work in a TPM greenspace environment and is passionate about people, technology, and program management. Progress over process is our mantra.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the execution, coordination, and risk management of Figma's infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration with minimal performance impact
Drive key infrastructure initiatives, including reliability, storage, distributed systems, cloud-native performance improvements, and compliance programs (e.g., encryption key management, FedRAMP, SOC 2)
Partner closely with engineering, security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years in Infrastructure TPM or related roles (cloud engineering, SRE, or infra-focused software engineering), with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Deep technical expertise across infrastructure components - storage (S3, RDS, DynamoDB), caching (Redis), search (OpenSearch), and event-driven systems (Kafka) - with the ability to reason across org-level goals, architectural trade-offs, and component-level details
Track record driving large-scale infrastructure programs such as migrations, cost optimization, encryption/key management, and reliability initiatives for high-availability, business-critical services
Strong cross-functional program management skills, including coordinating multi-team engineering orgs, tracking performance bottlenecks, optimizing infrastructure SLAs, and establishing PM best practices in ambiguous environments
Proven stakeholder management, with experience engaging external partners (cloud providers, enterprise customers) and translating complex technical challenges into clear executive-level communications
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
A track record of setting up and scaling TPM functions or program management practices within an engineering organization
Experience working on high-visibility enterprise security and compliance programs (SOC 2, FedRAMP, encryption key management)
Infrastructure incident management and analysis experience
Experience working with external enterprise partners on technical programs (e.g., Apple, AWS, Google)
Background in software engineering or site reliability engineering (SWE/SRE-to-TPM career path)
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 CAD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As the Engineering Manager for Baseten's Cloud Platform team, you will directly manage a team of cloud platform engineers responsible for building the systems and processes that keep our infrastructure scalable, reliable, and efficient — from automated deployments and monitoring to performance optimization and incident response.
You are a people-first leader with a strong cloud infrastructure background. You set a high bar for reliability and operational excellence, engage credibly in technical discussions and code reviews, and know how to build a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll spend most of your time close to the work: unblocking your team, shaping technical direction on day-to-day decisions, and developing your engineers. At Baseten, we work closely with our users to understand their struggles operationalizing ML — you'll keep your team connected to that mission and translate user learnings into better infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and grow a high-performing team of cloud platform engineers; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development through regular 1:1s.
- Set clear performance expectations, hold a high bar, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive day-to-day technical decisions through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions; translate the infrastructure roadmap into clear team priorities and milestones, and hold execution against them.
- Establish standards and best practices for reliability, performance, and operational excellence; ensure the team owns projects end-to-end, from specification through production.
- Exercise and encourage good judgment on tooling and architectural tradeoffs, with a bias against unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure work with business priorities; represent your team's progress, capacity, and technical tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
- Serve as the escalation point for major incidents; drive resolution with urgency, ensure the team learns systematically, and stay connected to users so those learnings feed back into infrastructure improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience directly managing engineers in a cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE context (not managing managers).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, with the ability to engage credibly in architectural discussions and code reviews.
- Strong background building and maintaining scalable, production infrastructure.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end — from specification to execution — and coach your team to do the same.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Track record of recruiting and growing engineering talent.
- Openness to learning about ML infrastructure; prior machine learning experience is not required.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with OSS observability tooling (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Background in multi-cloud environments or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing on-call rotations and incident response processes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

The Onboarding team owns the product flows and platform that powers all new customer account creation at Ramp. - Build software to grow Ramp to its next millions of users
- Scale the output of our application decisioning ops team through automation and AI assistance
- Drive business outcomes through metric-driven software development
- Own the customer journey from discovering and applying to Ramp through getting approved for and onboarding to the product
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software development role
- Experience shipping fast, reliable applications using modern development tools and infrastructure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions
- Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail. Strong value of pragmatism over idealism in times of uncertainty
- Perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with Python (Flask), SQL, and modern observability tooling
- Experience with applying AI/LLMs in production use cases
- Fintech or payments experience (credit underwriting, risk, compliance)
