ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to support the general ledger, the close, and our accounting processes and controls as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the core accounting function at a company where the entity structure, transaction volume, and reporting requirements are growing quickly.
You’ll join the corporate accounting team and take on the general ledger, vendor contract review, the close calendar, and our internal control environment as the business grows. We are focused on tightening close procedures, strengthening controls, and building reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You’ll partner closely with FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners to make sure the books close on time and accurately every cycle.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in headcount, entity structure, transaction volume, and contract complexity and volume and vendor size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Own day-to-day execution of general ledger journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation as the entity structure grows
- Own recurring close areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and equity compensation
- Lead month-end and year-end close, setting the calendar and holding FP&A, Data, and cross-functional partners so the books close on time every cycle
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and flux analysis for accounting and finance leadership
- Identify and automate the manual, error-prone steps that slow the close down
Controls and Audit
- Partner directly with cross-functional teams and external auditors to keep internal controls tight and the company audit-ready
- Own audit deliverables, including technical accounting memos, schedules, and sample testing support
Systems and Cross-Functional Partnership
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of our accounting systems stack, including NetSuite and our spend management platform, and push for automation over manual workarounds
- Partner with FP&A on reporting, forecasting inputs, and variance analysis
- Support FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on the accounting implications of new entities, contracts, and programs
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on corporate accounting, general ledger, and close management
- Deep working knowledge of US GAAP across core corporate accounting areas, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, debt and leases
- Hands-on experience owning account reconciliations and preparing monthly financial statements
- Experience owning the close calendar directly, not just contributing to a close run by someone else
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern spend management platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company
- Experience supporting multi-entity or international consolidations
- Integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX or SOX-readiness controls work
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build and own a high-performing Mid-Market territory in the US, creating pipeline from the ground up and converting technical buyers into high-value n8n customers.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle while helping us sharpen the playbook for our next stage of US growth:
Own your pipeline from scratch
- Build and execute a self-sourced prospecting strategy across a greenfield/ whitespace territory, including account mapping, segmentation, and multi-channel outbound across calls, email, social, and events.
- Own opportunities through the sales cycle, engaging technical buyers including Developers, DevOps, IT leaders, and CTOs.
- Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes, translating n8n’s capabilities into clear business value.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n and ensure a smooth path from evaluation to onboarding
Hit activity benchmarks that drive pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outbound activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) and self-sourced opportunities created, treating prospecting as a daily discipline.
Think like a territory owner, not just a closer
- Continuously refine your outbound approach based on conversion data (connect rates, meeting-to-opportunity rates) to improve territory performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing/SDR teams to fill gaps in inbound coverage.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- ⚡ Startup adaptability: You thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment where priorities evolve and autonomy is expected.
NICE-TO-HAVES

- 🌎 LATAM experience: You’re fluent in Spanish and/or have experience selling into or working with the LATAM market.
Why join us?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US.
You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organizations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
As we grow our US business, we’re building our SDR team in Boston and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organizations in the US. This isn’t about maximizing email volume. You’ll take a thoughtful, account-based approach: researching strategic companies, identifying the right stakeholders, understanding their priorities, and creating relevant conversations around automation and AI.
If you’re succeeding in an SDR/BDR role and want greater exposure to enterprise selling, strategic account planning, technical buyers and a genuine path towards AE, this could be a great next step.
WHY N8N?
🚀 Serious momentum. n8n has grown rapidly into a major player in workflow automation and AI, with more than $100M in ARR, 1,400+ enterprise customers, and a $5.2B valuation following strategic investment from SAP.
📈 Build towards AE. We want the SDR role to be a platform for your next step. High-performing SDRs can develop through our structured SDR → AE programme, with live deal exposure, discovery and MEDDPICC coaching, call reviews, and opportunities to take greater ownership of real opportunities alongside experienced AEs.
✏️ Learn enterprise selling. Work alongside Enterprise AEs on account strategy, stakeholder mapping, messaging, discovery and opportunity creation - gaining exposure to how complex enterprise deals are built from the start.
🤖 Sell where the market is going. You’ll engage technical and executive buyers around AI, automation and some of the most important technology challenges businesses are tackling today.
⚡Use AI to sell smarter. Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalize outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer- but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic US accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalized messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Prospect across channels: Engage prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Lead early-stage discovery: Understand business needs, technical environments, priorities, urgency and potential fit with n8n.
- Continuously improve: Use Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, AI tools, coaching and performance data to sharpen your approach.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a strong SDR foundation who wants to develop into an excellent enterprise seller.
You’ll likely be a good fit if you have:
- SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, software or technology
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid- market or enterprise accounts
- Strong sales track record against your targets
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalization and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Boston office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales- giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s US enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

BUILD YOUR ENTERPRISE SALES CAREER AT N8N
n8n is growing rapidly at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise software. More than 1.7 million active builders use n8n each month, and we’re scaling our enterprise business as more organisations look for ways to connect AI with the systems, data and workflows that run their businesses.
We’re building our SDR team in Berlin and looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join us.
You’ll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into some of the largest organisations in the DACH region. This isn’t about maximising email volume.
Experiment with AI, n8n and modern sales technology to research accounts, understand buyers, personalise outreach and improve how you work. You don’t need to be an engineer - but you should be curious about technology and excited to learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build enterprise pipeline: Prospect into a focused set of strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities.
- Develop account strategies: Partner with Enterprise AEs to identify priority companies, stakeholders, challenges, use cases and engagement strategies.
- Research your prospects: Understand the business and technical priorities of stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, Engineering and related teams.
- Create outreach that gets attention: Develop thoughtful, personalised messaging tied to real account priorities rather than generic sequences.
- Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting within mid- market or enterprise accounts
- A strong sales track record against your targets
- Fluency in German (C1 level- fluent or bilingual)
- Confidence engaging senior business and technical stakeholders
- A thoughtful approach to account research, personalisation and qualification
- Curiosity about technical products, automation and AI
- Resilience, consistency and ownership of your results
- The ability to work from our Berlin office three days per week
Bonus points if you have: experience prospecting into technical audiences; familiarity with buying committees, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo or MEDDPICC; experience using AI or automation in your own sales workflow.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success here is about quality, not just activity.
You’ll build a deep understanding of your accounts, identify the right stakeholders, create messaging that earns attention and generate qualified enterprise opportunities that can turn into meaningful revenue.
Along the way, you’ll build experience in enterprise account strategy, technical selling, discovery, AI and automation, and complex B2B sales - giving you a strong foundation for the next stage of your career.
INTERESTED?
You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
If you have a strong foundation in outbound sales, you’re curious about technology, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help build n8n’s enterprise business while developing towards your next step in sales, we’d love to hear from you.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.

Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.

You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .

Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.

Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Singapore, the Base compensation range for this role is SGD 167,000 to SGD 237,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

THE ROLE
We are bringing our people systems in-house on Workday, and we are hiring our first dedicated Workday Analyst to make it excellent. You will join while the implementation is underway, ramp alongside our deployment partner, and own the tenant from go-live onward. This is a hands-on configuration role: you will build business processes, manage security, load data, and test releases yourself, and you will teach others on the People team to do the same as we grow. If you want to shape a Workday environment from its first day in production instead of inheriting years of someone else's decisions, this is that rare opening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own day-to-day Workday configuration: business processes, security groups and roles, custom reports, calculated fields, and tenant settings
- Build and run EIB loads for data changes, mass updates, and audits
- Own the twice-yearly Workday release cycle: evaluate new features, regression-test, and roll out changes safely
- Shadow the implementation build, then take over tenant ownership at go-live
- Monitor integrations and triage issues with our IT team and vendors
- Support payroll configuration in partnership with our Accounting team and payroll services provider
- Field and resolve system requests from employees, managers, and the People team
- Mentor teammates so Workday administration becomes a team capability, not a single point of failure
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years administering a live Workday tenant in-house (customer side, not consulting)
- Deep Workday HCM core: business process configuration, security administration, and Report Writer
- Fluent with EIBs and comfortable owning data loads end to end
- Have shipped multiple Workday releases and know how to test them
- A builder's temperament: you do the configuration yourself and like it that way
- Clear written communication for documentation and change notes
- Excitement about a pace that's faster than anywhere you've worked before
- You'd rather improve on your old playbooks than reuse them as-is, and you're interested in AI tools that help you do it
NICE TO HAVE
- Workday Payroll configuration experience
- Workday Benefits module configuration (plan and enrollment event setup)
- Workday Absence Management configuration (time off and leave plans)
- Workday Pro or similar certifications
- Commutable to our San Francisco or New York office
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion
