Together, they bring deep engineering expertise and an outcome-first mindset to help clients reimagine how they build, operate, and grow, turning the promise of AI into real, measurable business impact.
We are looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales hunter to expand Solvd's client base with new enterprise logos. You will stay ahead of market and technology trends, understand the challenges and priorities of our target customers, and translate them into opportunities that drive real business outcomes. You will generate pipeline through every available channel, including marketing-led campaigns, industry conferences and events, technology and alliance partnerships, and targeted outreach.
You will own each opportunity strategically from first conversation through contract signature. That means building a deep understanding of customer needs, articulating Solvd's value proposition with clarity and conviction, and bringing together the right internal teams to shape outcome-driven solutions. Success in this role is measured not only by deals won, but by clients who see value early and become long-term partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Logo Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
- Identify, target, and engage new enterprise and upper mid-market clients across priority industries.
- Generate pipeline through all channels: outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, conferences, industry events, and partner ecosystems (hyperscalers, AI platform providers, and technology partners).
- Build and execute a disciplined target account plan grounded in market research and customer insight.
End-to-End Deal Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage senior stakeholders (C Level execs and line-of-business leaders) and build trusted relationships across the buying group.
- Sell on value, connecting Solvd's capabilities across AI, agentic engineering, digital, data, and cloud to the client's business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the commercial process, including MSAs, SOWs, procurement, and legal discussions, in partnership with internal finance and legal teams.
Customer Relationships and Thought Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Solvd.
- Share Solvd's point of view on AI, agentic engineering, and digital transformation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Solvd at industry conferences, events, and forums, strengthening brand presence and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
- Bring market and customer insights back to internal leaders, sharing a clear point of view on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with solution architects, delivery leaders, and practice teams across Agentic Engineering to ensure outcome-driven solutioning.
- Work with Engineering teams to shape and build service offerings that meet evolving customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, account-based marketing, and event strategy to drive targeted demand.
- Work with alliance and partnership teams to co-sell and build joint pipeline.
Sales Discipline and Forecasting
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, keeping all opportunities, activities, and forecasts accurate and up to date.
- Provide reliable pipeline reviews and quarterly forecasts to leadership.
Account Ownership and Transition
- Own each new account for six months after closure, ensuring a successful delivery start and customer delight.
- Identify early expansion opportunities and grow the initial engagement where possible.
- Execute a structured handoff to the assigned Client Partner, including account plan, stakeholder map, and growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, digital engineering, or consulting, with at least 6 years in a new logo (hunter) role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $3M to $4M annual new business quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing services deals of $1M to $3M+ with enterprise clients.
- Experience selling to C-level and senior technology and business leaders.
- Deep domain knowledge of one or more target industries (e.g., insurance, financial services, healthcare, retail, travel and hospitality).
- Solid understanding of AI, digital, data, and cloud services and the ability to discuss them credibly with clients.
- Experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms.
- Exposure to Agentic Engineering and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) products is strongly preferred.
PREFERRED
- Experience selling Digital, Modernization, Generative AI, or agentic solutions.
- Established relationships with leading COTS (Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, Shopify etc) or AI platform partners.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in this role will be measured against three primary KPIs:
1. New Logo Bookings
- Target: $2 million in Year 1; $3 million annually from Year 2 onward.
- Measurement: Total signed contract value (bookings) from new logos closed within the fiscal year.
2. New Logo Acquisition

- Measurement: New clients with a signed MSA and first SOW or purchase order, with no Solvd revenue in the prior 24 months.

- Measurement: Value of opportunities in the CRM that meet agreed qualification criteria, such as MEDDICC, reviewed monthly.
SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- First 6 months: Close the first new logo and reach full 3x pipeline coverage.
- First 12 months: Deliver $2M in net new revenue and 4+ new logos, with each account successfully transitioned to a Client Partner.
WHAT WE OFFER

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to act as a senior technical and commercial partner for Checkout.com’s most strategic customers. This is an individual contributor role focused on the top 50 accounts and highest-complexity opportunities.
You will operate at executive and senior technical levels, shaping solution strategy for enterprise merchants and helping them understand how Checkout.com can support their payments, growth, and customer experience goals. You will bring deep payments and architecture expertise to complex sales cycles, strategic account planning, integration programs, and cross-functional decision-making.
In the US, Solutions Engineers bring together responsibilities that are often split across Sales Engineering and Implementation Engineering. This role will help strategic merchants move from business problem to scalable solution and successful go-live, while raising the quality and consistency of technical engagement across the wider team.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serve as the senior Solutions Engineering partner for top 50 accounts, strategic pursuits, and opportunities with significant commercial, technical, or reputational importance.
- Engage with C-level, executive, product, engineering, architecture, security, and payments stakeholders to shape consensus around complex solutions.
- Define the technical strategy for enterprise opportunities, including discovery, solution architecture, integration approach, proof-of-concept design, technical validation, and go-live readiness.
- Translate sophisticated merchant requirements into scalable Checkout.com solutions, clearly articulating architecture choices, trade-offs, dependencies, risks, and expected business outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on payment performance, authorization and settlement flows, fraud and risk, tokenization, 3DS, alternative payment methods, and other payments capabilities.
- Lead or advise on strategic RFPs, RFIs, security and architecture reviews, executive workshops, board-level materials, and high-stakes technical negotiations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Merchant Care, Risk, and other partners to remove blockers and deliver outcomes.
- Influence product strategy, technical enablement, operating models, and reusable assets through direct insight from strategic merchants and the market.
- Mentor and raise the technical standard of Solutions Engineering through coaching, deal reviews, knowledge sharing, and role modeling; this role does not have direct people-management responsibility.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a related customer-facing technical leadership role.
- Experience working with large enterprise or strategic accounts in payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or another complex technology environment.
- Deep understanding of payments architecture, API-based integrations, distributed systems, security considerations, and enterprise implementation patterns.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, ambiguous requirements, and material commercial value.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-level leaders, senior architects, developers, product teams, commercial leaders, and delivery partners.
- Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to connect technical recommendations to customer outcomes and business value.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and create alignment across internal teams and customer organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex subjects without losing important technical nuance.
- Comfortable operating hands-on when needed, including reviewing API behavior, logs, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and proof-of-concept results.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep experience with payment performance, payment methods, fraud and risk, 3DS, network tokenization, wallets, or other modern payment capabilities.
- Experience leading enterprise architecture workshops, executive briefings, technical due diligence, or complex transformation programs.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, Go, C#, or another relevant development ecosystem.
- Previous experience as an engineer, developer, product leader, enterprise architect, or senior technical consultant.
- Familiarity with payments standards, regulations, schemes, and the operational realities of global commerce.

On behalf of
DataTech Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Technical Project Manager
to lead client implementations of a product, a Master Data Management (MDM) platform that runs inside each client's own Databricks workspace and cloud environment.
You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live: planning the work, coordinating Frisco Analytics engineers with client data, security, and business teams, and keeping everyone clear on status, risks, and decisions. Because the platform is deployed in the client's environment, much of the work is shared with client teams, so clear and steady communication matters as much as technical fluency in this role.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and planning
Run two to three concurrent product implementations end to end: scope, plan, schedule, budget, and go-live.
Break each engagement into workstreams such as environment setup, source system onboarding, match tuning, data steward enablement, and production cutover.
Track milestones, dependencies and resourcing, and fix slippage early rather than reporting it late.
Manage scope and change requests through a clear, documented process.
Client and stakeholder coordination
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client sponsors, data owners, platform administrators, and business data stewards.
Coordinate the work clients own in their own environment, such as Databricks workspace access, Unity Catalog permissions, and cloud infrastructure, so it lands on time.
Facilitate decisions on match rules, confidence thresholds, and steward review workflows, and record who decided what and why.
Lead steering committee meetings and executive readouts.
Security and compliance support
Work with Frisco Analytics and product teams to support client security reviews and due diligence questionnaires during onboarding.
Ensure implementation team members follow the access, data handling, and confidentiality requirements that apply to client engagements.
Route security incidents or concerns to the right owners promptly.
Team leadership
Coordinate a delivery team of data engineers and consultants without direct reporting authority.
Run sprint ceremonies, stand-ups and retrospectives, and keep project tooling and documentation current.
Capture lessons learned to improve Frisco Analytics' implementation playbook.
How you'll communicate
Strong communication is the core skill of this role. You will be the person clients and engineers rely on to know where things stand and what happens next.
Translate between audiences.
Explain entity matching, golden records, and access permissions to business sponsors in plain language and turn business needs into clear requirements for engineers.
Write clearly.
Produce concise status reports, RAID logs, decision records, meeting notes, and project plans that a busy executive can scan in two minutes.
Run focused meetings.
Set agendas, keep discussions on track, close with owners and dates, and send follow-ups the same day.
Deliver hard news early.
Raise risks, delays, and scope issues directly, with options and a recommendation, before they become surprises.
Listen and ask good questions.
Uncover unstated requirements, client constraints, and concerns from security and governance teams.
Hold firm, kindly.
Push back on scope creep and unrealistic dates while keeping the relationship strong.
Present with confidence.
Lead steering committees, demos, and executive readouts for client leadership.
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing client-facing technical or data projects.
A track record of delivering data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar) and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
Understanding of data concepts such as data quality, data governance, role-based access control, and handling of personal data (PII).
Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and the judgment to blend them for a client's needs.
Excellent written and verbal English, with examples of client-facing reports, presentations, or executive updates you have owned.
Experience with project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Advantages:
Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM), entity resolution, or customer 360 solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, or Databricks workflows.
Exposure to AI or machine learning features in enterprise software, including how to explain human review and auditability to clients.
Experience supporting client security reviews, vendor due diligence, or compliance requirements such as SOC 2.
A PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.
Consulting or systems integrator background, working across several clients at once.
About the company:
A Databricks-native SaaS platform built to consolidate enterprise data into a single AI-ready layer. The product covers three domains: master data management (MDM), relationship graphs, and product information management (PIM) — all governed and deduplicated via LLMs and running natively on the Databricks Lakehouse.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Job Description
About the role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as an Munich based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across DACH helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our research priorities, product development, and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
You'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with key DACH customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/ adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise / Claude Code) products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer’s thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic’s product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of DACH customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as a member of CS team, developing EMEA-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices where needed that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/ Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar) in region
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves'' mentality. You are a true team player
Fluency in German and English
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This role serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for Microsoft Power BI and bridges complex data infrastructure with executive and operational decision-making. Working closely with Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, IT, Security, and business leaders, the Director will establish scalable reporting standards, consistent KPI definitions, trusted semantic models, and production-grade dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights.
The role will maintain continuity of critical reporting while helping transition manual and legacy reporting processes into a governed enterprise environment. It will also support the broader Enterprise Data Strategy by aligning dashboards, reporting logic, data-quality controls, and source-system reconciliation with the future-state data platform.
Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Reporting Strategy & Architecture:
Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Power BI reporting and analytics. Partner with engineering and business teams to transition legacy reporting into scalable semantic models, governed data hubs, and reusable reporting assets.
Business Intelligence Delivery:
Own the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise dashboards, recurring management reporting, and executive reporting across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, and other business functions.
Advanced Power BI Development:
Architect and deliver complex, interactive Power BI reports and dashboards. Develop optimized DAX calculations and Power Query/M transformations and promote efficient performance across large, multi-source datasets
Data Modeling & Integration:
Partner with data engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate data from disparate enterprise systems. Design robust dimensional and star-schema models and define clear relationships between reporting outputs and underlying data sources.
Reporting Transformation:
Lead the transition from manual, spreadsheet-based, and legacy reporting processes toward repeatable, scalable, consistent, and well-documented reporting solutions while maintaining continuity of critical business reporting.
Data Quality, Reconciliation & Validation:
Establish controls to validate reporting outputs against source systems, agreed business definitions, formulas, and cutoff dates. Identify reporting exceptions and data inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with appropriate data and business owners.
KPI & Metric Governance:
Partner with stakeholders to establish consistent KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, ownership, lineage, and conflict-resolution processes. Maintain documentation for report logic, source systems, dependencies, and business use.
BI Governance & Best Practices:
Partner with IT and Security to establish Power BI workspace governance, access protocols, security standards, deployment practices, and performance monitoring. Standardize user experience, visual design, layout frameworks, and calculation conventions.
Executive Advisory & Business Partnership:
Serve as a strategic advisor to executives and department leaders. Translate high-level business questions into precise analytical requirements and decision-ready dashboards, reports, and insights.
Enterprise Data Strategy Alignment:
Represent the reporting and analytics workstream within the broader Enterprise Data Strategy. Partner with the Data Platform organization to determine which reporting assets should be retained, redesigned, consolidated, migrated, or retired.
Team & Vendor Leadership:
Provide technical direction and quality oversight to analysts, developers, consultants, and vendors supporting reporting and analytics. Establish development standards, conduct solution reviews, and promote knowledge transfer and documentation.
Innovation & AI Enablement:
Evaluate practical emerging capabilities, including AI-assisted analytics, Microsoft Copilot for Power BI, and advanced predictive features, in partnership with Data, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, or advanced data visualization, including ownership of enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
Expert-level proficiency with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including semantic models, DAX, Power Query/M, gateways, workspaces, security, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization.
Advanced SQL proficiency and strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, star-schema design, data warehousing principles, and ETL/ELT concepts.
Demonstrated experience reconciling reporting outputs to source-system data and establishing reporting validation and quality-control processes.
Experience defining enterprise KPIs, metric standards, reporting governance, documentation, and data lineage expectations.
Ability to translate complex business requirements and ambiguous questions into clear technical specifications and decision-useful reporting solutions.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience partnering across Finance, Data, Engineering, IT, Security, Sales, Operations, and Product functions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable modern enterprise data platform.
Experience modernizing or migrating legacy reporting environments and consolidating redundant dashboards and reports.
Experience supporting financial, customer, sales, operational, and executive or Board-level reporting.
