Your Purpose
At Bitso, the Software Engineer on the Nexus Squad owns the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our mission-critical pay-in and pay-out systems, the financial backbone that moves billions of dollars worldwide.
You will design and deliver event-driven, high-throughput solutions that ensure every pay-in and pay-out is fast, accurate, and resilient.
Working closely with product, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of a domain where the bar for quality is exceptionally high, resilience is built through continuous learning, and every millisecond of performance matters — for the millions of retail users and the businesses that rely on Bitso to power their financial operations.
Reports To
This role reports to the Nexus Engineering Manager.
Who You Are
You are experienced in Java backend development, with a proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
You are familiar with event-driven architecture patterns (event sourcing, CQRS, sagas) and have hands-on experience operating Apache Kafka in high-throughput, real-money environments.
You have designed and implemented distributed, fault-tolerant microservices that handle financial or similarly critical transactional data.
You have solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
You are comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
You communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English, written and spoken, to engineering peers, product managers, and senior leadership.
You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership — you identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to production.
You are familiar with AI-assisted development flow and tools (Cursor, Claude, CodeRabbit).
You have a strong sense of urgency and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes fintech environment.
Financial Domain (nice to have):
Familiarity with payment rails, reconciliation or idempotent transaction processing in financial systems is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
Own pay-in and pay-out systems: design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that processes financial transactions and moves billions of dollars worldwide.
Architect event-driven solutions: design Kafka-based pipelines and workflows that guarantee correctness, ordering, and resilience at scale.
Drive technical decisions: lead architecture discussions, define and use patterns, and set standards for the pay-in and pay-out domain in collaboration with the Nexus team.
Deliver high-quality code: write clean, well-tested, high-performance Java code and champion engineering best practices through code reviews.
Embrace AI-assisted development: leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and CodeRabbit as part of your everyday workflow, contribute to skills and guardrails development, and apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure solutions are well-defined, reviewable, and aligned before implementation begins.
Ensure system reliability: proactively monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Product, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sound technical solutions.
Mentor and uplift: share knowledge with fellow engineers, contribute to internal tech talks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the squad.
Improve observability: instrument services with comprehensive metrics, logs, and traces to enable rapid diagnosis and confident deployments.

What the Role Is
Babylist Health is scaling past DME into insurance-covered classes and lactation consulting, and we need a seasoned operations leader who can build the rigorous operational and compliance foundation that enables the business to scale safely and effectively. The Payer and Clinical Operations Associate Director owns that foundation — making sure new payers go live smoothly, existing payer operations run without disruption, and every license and credential tied to our clinical services is valid, current, and audit-ready.
You’ll manage a high performance team that delivers both quality and operational excellence. You're the first call when an audit, site inspection, or major payer transition lands, and the person tracking payer-level performance closely enough to catch operational problems before they become incidents. This role reports to the GM of Babylist Health and leads a team of two.
This role works closely with our billing/claims (RCM), product, and customer support functions— you own the operational compliance side of payer and clinical work, and partner closely with these teams day to day.
Who You Are
You've run payer operations at scale, across more than one contract type or service line
— bringing new payers live on schedule, managing transitions, and keeping existing contracts in good standing.
You know healthcare licensing and credentialing well enough to own it without doing it yourself
— state licensure, site inspections, payer-level credentialing. You've built or bought the capacity to execute, and stayed accountable for it being right.
You've owned the operational relationship with payers directly
— you've been in the room when something urgent lands, not briefed on it afterward.
You've worked in multi-state regulatory compliance
and can translate rule changes into process, documentation, and record-keeping that people actually follow.
You've managed both commercial and Medicaid payer work
, including Medicaid expansion into new states.
You set direction and write requirements, rather than waiting for someone else to define the roadmap.
You're a strong people manager who can coach and performance manage, and you stay close enough to the work to catch problems early.
You build process rather than follow it — you bring order to ambiguous, fast-changing operational work, and leaders can tell at a glance where things stand.
You operate comfortably across a large, matrixed organization — partnering daily with billing and RCM, legal, product, and customer support without owning any of those functions.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the onboarding of every new payer — a smooth go-live is your responsibility, you own the process, the timeline and the cross functional collaboration to ensure the business is ready to service new payers on time and in full
Keep existing payer operations running clean, catching and fixing friction before it becomes a pattern. Examples include ensuring payers have efficient AR processes (EFT set up, payment schedules), ensuring we are servicing all eligible sub-plans, staying on top of changing allowable amounts and perpetuating these through our systems etc.
Own licensing and credentialing for our clinical services, including IBCLC credentialing, as we expand into classes and lactation consulting — every license current, every credential valid, every renewal ahead of deadline.
Lead the response when an audit, site inspection, or license renewal lands — you're the point of contact, and leading the response
Lead identification and implementation of compliance best practices across the Babylist Health org
Manage payer transitions end-to-end, including major payer changes, with a clear plan and clear communication to stakeholders.
Build and maintain visibility into payer-level performance — where things are working, where they're not, and what needs attention next.
Program-manage both day to day reporting and monitoring of the business as well as the operational side of new launches, such as launching new DME types, new lines of business etc.
Manage and develop two direct reports, building a team that scales with the business.
Partner cross-functionally with billing/RCM, legal, product and the payer contracting team — you own operations and compliance to facilitate their work
Why This Role
Babylist Health is scaling into classes and lactation consulting right now — you're building the operational and compliance playbook while it still doesn't exist, not maintaining one someone else wrote.
You'll lead a team from day one, with a direct line to the GM of Babylist Health.
The scope is broad and real: licensing, credentialing, audits, payer transitions, and program management for new lines of business all sit with you — not split across five different roles.
This is one of the moments that determines whether growth actually happens — the business can't scale into Medicaid and new clinical services without operations that hold up.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$133,567 to $178,118
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Workplace: Hybrid
Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and creating products that build trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization who thrive on the challenging work we do and doing it with other exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry changes constantly, and our job is to create user-facing products supported by our best-in-class data, allowing us to adapt to those rapid changes and bring maximal value to our customers.
We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to join our Research and Intelligence organisation in London. You'll work across flexible, cross-functional squads within the Data Science team, leading analytical, statistical, and machine-learning work across both UTXO and EVM blockchains. The team develops behavioural heuristics, graph algorithms, statistical models, and machine-learning techniques that power some of the most advanced blockchain analysis in the industry. Much of the work is state of the art and ahead of academia; your work will shape the data that fuels Chainalysis products and customers globally.
This role is ideal for someone energised by deeply technical, ambiguous problems at the intersection of statistics, machine learning, algorithms, and large-scale on-chain analysis—and who wants to own multiple projects and systems end to end, shape technical direction, and deliver company-level impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own and prioritise multiple concurrent production data-science projects or systems, translating broad problem statements into actionable work, managing evolving requirements, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Design, develop, and validate novel analytical methods, statistical models, behavioural heuristics, and algorithms across UTXO, EVM, and other blockchain data to attribute on-chain activity and uncover customer-relevant insights.
- Stay current on advances in data science and blockchain analysis; evaluate and pilot techniques such as graph computation, statistical modelling, and machine learning on large-scale on-chain datasets.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in code, methodology, and workflows; make architectural decisions; define and track quality metrics; understand upstream and downstream dependencies; and balance long-term system health and technical debt against new delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by clearly articulating and defending methodology and results, challenging assumptions when warranted, and building consensus as requirements evolve.
- Mentor team members across levels within your domain, support onboarding, contribute to technical hiring, and share knowledge through documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate across Research, Global Intelligence, Product, and Engineering to move research from prototype to dependable production systems and create tools or platforms that multiply team output.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep expertise in statistics, machine learning, computer science, physics, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline, demonstrated through advanced industry or research work.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, with a track record of writing clean, testable, production-quality code.
- Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytical techniques (e.g. graph algorithms, ML, statistical inference) to large, messy datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains and data models quickly; prior blockchain experience is welcome but not required.
- A demonstrated ability to own and prioritise multiple concurrent projects or systems, make sound architectural and methodological decisions, and drive cross-functional stakeholders toward delivery.
- An analytical, open-minded approach to problem solving – comfortable navigating ambiguity and willing to dive into problems outside your day-to-day scope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex methodology to diverse audiences, mentor technical practitioners, and share knowledge across a team.
Nice to have:
- A PhD or equivalent research training in a quantitative field, and/or familiarity with Databricks, dbt, Spark/PySpark, or similar large-scale data platforms.
- Experience modifying infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) or contributing to production data pipelines.
- Experience building shared tools or platforms that multiply team output and onboarding others onto them.
- Experience with UTXO, EVM, or other blockchain data, graph computation, and/or the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
- Python
- SQL
- Databricks
- Dbt
- PySpark / Spark
- Terraform
- AWS
- Postgres
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
We're looking for our founding Sales Development Representative to introduce Niantic Spatial to the organizations shaping the future of spatial computing, autonomy, and AI. Reporting into Marketing, you'll follow up on inbound interest, open meaningful first conversations with prospective customers and partners, and build a qualified pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and disciplined execution. You'll learn how organizations approach their operational and technical challenges, understand their use cases, and assess where our products can help. Your conversations do double duty: they build pipelines, and they give Product real signals about where we are finding product-market fit.
You'll work closely with marketing, product, business development, and operations to turn market interest into pipeline, and help build the systems, messaging, and feedback loops that make a growing go-to-market team more effective.
What You'll Do
- Build Early-Stage Pipeline - Respond quickly to inbound interest, qualify initial fit, and uncover business and technical priorities. Develop outbound campaigns with Marketing and Business Development, testing audiences, messages, channels, and calls to action, then use the results to sharpen how we approach the market.
- Create Qualified Conversations - Research target accounts across industries such as oil and gas, defense and the public sector, and embodied AI. Build an informed point of view on each prospect's business, technical environment, and potential need for spatial intelligence.
- Reach Prospects Thoughtfully - Run personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Lead with a clear reason for reaching out and make every interaction useful, whether or not it produces a meeting.
- Explain the Opportunity - Learn our products and point of view deeply enough to explain them clearly to technical and executive audiences. Connect our capabilities to real customer problems without overstating what the products can do.
- Surface Product-Market Fit Signal - Ask thoughtful questions about how organizations build, deploy, and operate systems that need to understand the physical world. Recognize promising use cases and route the right context to product, sales, and technical teams so they can test where fit is strongest.
- Hand Off Cleanly - Translate discovery notes into a clear articulation of the customer's need, the proposed solution, initial scope, and next steps. Partner with Business Development on the first proposal and make sure the opportunity moves into the sales process with its context intact.
- Strengthen the Go-To-Market Motion - Capture patterns from prospect conversations: recurring pain points, objections, terminology, competitive context, and emerging use cases. Share them with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations. Improve our processes, data quality, and tooling, using automation and AI to remove repetitive work while keeping judgment and personalization at the center of the prospect experience.
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years in sales development, business development, customer-facing technology, fundraising, or a similarly communication-intensive role, or strong curiosity and drive early in your career.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Comfort starting conversations with people you don't know. You listen carefully, ask strong follow-up questions, and persist without becoming transactional or scripted.
- Ownership of your own work: you can run a thoughtful follow-up process, keep accurate records, and stay organized across many accounts and conversations.
- Curiosity about how technology changes the way organizations operate, and the ability to learn a complex product, find the business relevance, and communicate it clearly.
- An appetite for experimentation. You'll test a new message or channel, learn from the result, and make the next iteration better.
- Persistence, sound judgment, and a high standard for preparation and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- An interest in AI, spatial computing, robotics, autonomy, mapping, or other technologies that connect digital systems to the physical world.
- Experience using CRM (we use HubSpot), sales engagement, research, and productivity tools.
- Exposure to oil and gas, defense and the public sector, or embodied AI markets.
- Experience working alongside product teams, or an interest in how early customer conversations shape what gets built.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $102,000–$114,000 per year. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
Location & Work Model
This role is based in our San Francisco office, with three days per week in office.
Inclusive Application
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:
- High IQ, energy, and agency.
- Extreme autonomy and ownership.
- The ability to move fast, experiment constantly, and learn even faster.
- Resilience under pressure and readiness for an always-on environment.
- A balance of data-driven judgment and creative intuition.
- The drive to raise the standard for the entire team, not just yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
FOOD & DAILY COMFORT
- Own everything the team eats: daily lunches, breakfasts, snacks, coffee, drinks. Choose vendors, place orders, manage delivery timing, and make sure food arrives hot and on schedule — every day, without reminders.
- Handle dietary needs and preferences, collect feedback, and rotate the menu so people actually look forward to lunch.
- Keep the kitchen and snack stock full at all times. Nobody should ever find an empty coffee machine or an empty fridge.
- Track food spend, compare vendors, and negotiate better terms as the team grows.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Keep the office running end to end: cleaning, supplies, water, repairs, furniture, plants, lighting, temperature — all of it.
- Be the main point of contact for landlords, cleaning services, delivery couriers, repair crews, and other vendors. Escalate fast, follow up until things are actually resolved.
- Set up and improve workspaces: desks, meeting rooms, quiet areas, lounge zones. Make the space something people choose to be in.
- Run the logistics of team events, all-hands, and guest visits — space, food, setup, teardown.
SYSTEMS & IMPROVEMENT
- Build simple systems that make all of this repeatable: inventory trackers, vendor lists, order schedules, onboarding checklists.
- Spot recurring annoyances and eliminate them permanently instead of solving them one by one.
- Keep documents, invoices, and receipts from vendors organized and handed off to finance on time.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- 1+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator (flexible for high-potential candidates).
- Strong organizational skills and real attention to detail — you notice the empty water cooler before anyone mentions it.
- Ability to juggle many small tasks at once and react quickly when something breaks.
- Initiative to improve and systematize processes rather than firefight forever.
- Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, couriers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Google Calendar, and Slack.
- Fluent English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with laptop setup, IT inventory, or basic hardware troubleshooting.
- An existing network of reliable vendors — catering, cleaning, repairs, equipment.
- Interest in growing into Project Management, Workplace Operations, or IT Operations.
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership.
