About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s GSI team partners with the world’s largest Global System Integrators and strategy consultancies to deploy frontier AI into the core of how they deliver client work and run their own businesses. These are complex, partner-led organizations where the first engagement is rarely the full opportunity, and where lasting partnerships are built across practice areas and at the executive level.
As an Strategic Account Executive on the GSI team, you’ll own a named book of accounts and the full revenue outcome for each. You’ll develop a point of view on where Claude creates the most value across a firm’s practice areas, advisory services, delivery teams, and internal operations, build relationships with the partners and executives who sponsor transformation at that scale, and expand the partnership well beyond the original buyer. These firms are both customer and future channel — your sell-to motion sets up the sell-with later. You’ll work closely with Product, Applied AI, GTM, and Partnerships leadership to shape how Anthropic shows up across the GSI landscape, while advancing our mission of developing AI that is safe, beneficial, and deployed responsibly.
This is a role for someone who has owned large, complex partner-led accounts end to end and is comfortable operating independently at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Own all revenue outcomes for a named book of GSI accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and multi-practice expansion through complex, multi-quarter sales cycles involving partner-led approval, global procurement, and custom commercial terms
Develop a clear thesis for each priority firm — where Claude creates value across knowledge management, advisory workflows, deliverable generation, and client engagements — and execute a sequenced engagement plan across practices, regions, and stakeholders
Build and independently advance executive relationships with Managing Partners, Practice Leads, MDs, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of AI/Digital, anchoring every conversation to their strategic priorities: utilization, leverage, realization, and billable productivity
Proactively create demand in unengaged practice areas and regions, using early wins as proof points to open new doors across decentralized, partner-led organizations
Build quantified, firm-specific business cases mapped to the GSI operating model — using their own language and metrics — that shape deals rather than justify them after the fact
Identify and close lighthouse partnerships that become references across the GSI landscape and set up the future sell-with motion
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Applied AI, Engineering, and Partnerships to inform the roadmap based on GSI buyer needs, and contribute to the playbook, proof points, and commercial structures that become the repeatable GSI motion
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of owning named accounts at large, complex, partner-led organizations (global SIs, strategy consultancies), managing multi-quarter sales cycles through technical evaluations, partner-led approval, and global procurement
Demonstrated ability to independently build and advance relationships at the Partner, MD, and C-suite level — including practice leadership and innovation/digital executives — and hold credible conversations across both technical and business audience
Experience building firm-specific business cases grounded in the firm's own operating metrics (utilization, leverage, realization, margin) and defending commercial terms through complex negotiations
Background selling platform, API, cloud infrastructure, or emerging technology into enterprises evaluating a new category
Genuine interest in AI and strong alignment with Anthropic's mission of responsible AI development
A history of growing accounts meaningfully beyond the original engagement by proactively creating demand across new practice areas, regions, and use cases
What will make you stand out
Direct experience selling into Global SI’s or strategy consultancies, and fluency in how partner-led firms operate and measure success
Experience as an early AE in a vertical or segment, where you helped build the sales motion rather than inherit it
Background selling developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML tooling into traditional partner-led services firms
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.
While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
Your Experience
Must have:
7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a Solutions Engineer at Linear, you will be the technical guide across the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and close through onboarding and expansion. Partnering most closely with Sales, you will drive revenue by leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for prospects and existing customers. You will stay engaged through onboarding to ensure technical continuity, and provide clear handoffs to Customer Success that capture context, decisions, risks, and next steps. You will also codify repeatable patterns through demo environments, migration and integration playbooks, and enablement for new sales hires.
Location & work mode
This role is anchored to our London hub. We’re looking for someone who can work from our London office in Shoreditch 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays), with flexibility around scheduling, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the customer’s technical advisor across the lifecycle, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure continuity from evaluation through onboarding and expansion, with a primary focus on pre-sales revenue impact.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture for strategic prospects and existing customers; translate customer workflows into Linear configuration, data model, permissions, and integration patterns.
- Run pre-sales technical evaluations end-to-end: deliver tailored deep-dive demos, proof-of-concepts, security and architecture reviews, and integration workshops that remove deal risk and accelerate time to close.
- Design and execute migrations and implementation plans that set customers up for long-term success; provide clear handoffs to post-sale teams (context, decisions, risks, and next steps).
- Build and maintain realistic, scalable demo environments and reference configurations that mirror enterprise workflows and enable Sales to tell a credible, repeatable story.
- Codify lifecycle playbooks and enablement: create technical training for sales and post-sale teams, curate exemplars, and continuously improve the technical sales motion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues
- CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Comfort with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript)

We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk

As a Staff Backend Engineer in the
Developer Experience
group, you’ll work cross-functionally to help us identify and improve the engineering experience across GitLab’s internal engineering teams. We’re at a pivotal time in transforming our testing approach and development experience to enable engineers to deliver high-quality code efficiently and with confidence.
Developer Experience
currently has six, globally distributed teams of Backend Engineers and Software Engineers in Test. This role will work across the entire group to help us identify and remove the biggest points of friction that affect development at GitLab. Expect to split your time between hands-on coding in Ruby and Go, designing scalable solutions and helping every team deliver. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our engineering culture across GitLab.
This is a highly visible role with strong company-wide support. You’ll be instrumental in shifting our culture and practices toward a cohesive Developer Experience Platform strategy—backed by buy-in and appetite for change.
Some examples of our projects
Project Examples
In this role, you may lead projects such as:
Internal developer platform adoption:
Build and evolve platform capabilities that make it easier for engineering teams to create, deploy, operate, and scale services on Kubernetes.
Kubernetes-based service onboarding:
Define reusable service templates, deployment workflows, configuration patterns, and operational guardrails for teams adopting the platform.
Developer workflows and test environments:
Build development, CI, and test environments that reflect production Kubernetes behavior — including third-party operators and the custom resources services depend on — sequencing CRD establishment, controller readiness, and dependent workloads so engineers get a working environment rather than a partially reconciled one, across both local and remote clusters.
Platform reliability and observability:
Partner with infrastructure and service teams to improve rollout safety, troubleshooting, service health, resource management, and operational visibility across Kubernetes workloads.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team responsible for developer tooling and internal platform capabilities used by engineering teams to build and operate services.
Set and execute a roadmap for Kubernetes-based developer workflows, balancing developer experience, platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Guide the design of reusable onboarding and deployment patterns for services running on Kubernetes, including workloads, networking, configuration and secrets, identity, storage, observability, progressive delivery, and the custom resources and controllers that services depend on.
Make environment bring-up and teardown deterministic — resolving readiness and ordering dependencies between CRDs, controllers, and the workloads that rely on them — so engineers get reproducible environments instead of intermittent failures.
Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to turn Kubernetes capabilities into simple, well-supported workflows rather than requiring every service team to become a Kubernetes expert.
Establish engineering standards, documentation, automation, and feedback loops that improve adoption and reduce the time required to bring a service from development to production.
Coach engineers through architectural decisions, incident follow-up, and production operations while maintaining a clear focus on sustainable team delivery.
Represent the team with technical and organizational stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and use adoption and reliability measures to guide prioritization.
What You'll Bring
Deep experience building developer tooling, DevEx platforms, testing frameworks, or CI/CD systems at scale.
Strong hands-on Go experience designing, implementing, testing, and operating production-quality services, command-line tools, automation, or platform tooling. Experience contributing to Ruby-based systems is also valuable for this role.
Practical Kubernetes experience building or operating production workloads and platform capabilities, including deployments, services, networking, configuration and secrets, observability, resource management, and troubleshooting.
Depth in Kubernetes deployment lifecycle: Helm-based deployment and release management, kubeconfig and multi-cluster context handling including deploying into clusters you don't own, and integrating third-party operators and their custom resources (CloudNativePG, cert-manager and similar) into working environments — including the readiness and ordering problems that come with them: waiting on CRD establishment, controller availability, and custom resources reaching their own definition of ready. Experience authoring a controller or operator is useful but not required.
Experience designing scalable solutions that improve engineering productivity, test reliability, development environments, or delivery workflows across multiple teams.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and influence without authority across engineering, infrastructure, security, and product functions.
Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and production operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote-first environment.
A product mindset with a passion for empowering developers through simple, reliable, and well-documented workflows.
Alignment with GitLab values, especially collaboration, iteration, and transparency.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.
Our Hiring Process:
Recruiter Interview
Managemnent Capabilities
System Design
Live Coding
Our Benefits
Permanent contract
Salary + annual bonus up to 20% of your annual gross salary
Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world
