ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive our most complex, cross-cutting infrastructure programs. This role will operate across all domains of AI infrastructure, from the GPUs up to the multi-cluster orchestration layer.
This is an execution-first role. The work is less about owning a single system and more about imposing order on ambiguity: standing up the right structures, driving decisions to closure, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of stakeholders. If you take satisfaction in turning a chaotic, half-defined initiative into a predictable, well-governed program, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own complex migrations end to end. Lead large-scale infrastructure migrations across teams and domains. This will involve scoping the work, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and driving them to completion without surprises.
- Drive process across infrastructure. Establish and run the operating rhythms that keep programs healthy: planning cadences, status reporting, decision logs, risk reviews, and escalation paths. Make the process light enough that teams adopt it and rigorous enough that it actually works.
- Help managers build the right structures. Partner with engineering managers and leads to design the team structures, ownership boundaries, and working models a program needs to succeed. Spot gaps in accountability before they become problems.
- Own follow-ups relentlessly. Be the person who tracks every open item, owns the action register, and closes loops. Drive decisions and unblockers to resolution rather than letting them drift.
- Create clarity from ambiguity. Take loosely defined goals and turn them into scoped, sequenced, resourced plans with clear owners and measurable milestones.
- Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates.
- Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp status that lets busy people make fast decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of technical program management experience, with a track record of delivering large, cross-team infrastructure or platform programs.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex migrations or comparable multi-domain initiatives from inception through completion.
- Strong execution discipline: you build the structures, cadences, and tracking that keep programs on the rails, and you hold the line on follow-through.
- Comfort operating across multiple infrastructure domains. You don't need to be the deepest expert in any one, but you can engage credibly with engineers on compute, storage, networking, and data.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, aligning teams and managers who don't report to you around shared plans and commitments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you can make complex, technical programs legible to any audience.
- A bias toward closure: you're uncomfortable with open loops and you drive things to done.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience designing team structures or operating models alongside engineering leadership.
- Experience with AI models, their use, and how they operate at the infrastructure level.
- Background in or exposure to software engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Familiarity with the tooling that supports program execution at scale (e.g., issue tracking, planning, and reporting systems).
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room.
- Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Maintain, and regularly validate database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions, including RPO/RTO planning, restore testing, cross-region/cross-zone replication, failover drills, and emergency recovery procedures.
Deliver database migration, scaling, sharding, read/write splitting, high availability, and data distribution solutions for business-critical systems.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with
4+ years of database management experience
and
2+ years of cloud platform (Alibaba Cloud / AWS) experience.
Proficiency in relational, NoSQL, and distributed database architectures; familiar with high-availability designs and proven experience delivering them in production.

Serve as a technical resource for internal teams on integration strategies, migration approaches, and platform capabilities.

Understanding of enterprise application integration trends, data governance principles, and considerations for PII or regulated environments
Standout Qualities:
Experience with enterprise cloud business applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Proficiency with command-line tools, scripting, or infrastructure automation that supports integration and migration workflows
Domain expertise in enterprise workflows such as Project Portfolio Management, Campaign Management, Creative Production, or Client-Service Delivery
Exposure to AI/ML tools or LLM-based workflow automation in enterprise SaaS environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach complex technical challenges in a structured and evidence-based way
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we're investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.
Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.
The concrete version sits on this year's roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.
We're the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for "the easy path is also the safe path" is high. You'd be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we're looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you'll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:
- Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.
- Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we're missing today.
- Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We're actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You'll help shape where these earn their place and where they don't. Early targets include:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you've built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
On-call
Operational ownership is part of the job. You'll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you'll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.
- A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don't need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$238,250 – CA$382,250 + equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cloud Infrastructure team owns the foundational cloud primitives and deployment models that power Perplexity's products, from multi-tenant public cloud to single-tenant and on-premises solutions for enterprise customers.
As Perplexity grows its Computer and Enterprise products, this team builds and operates the security, isolation, and compliance layers that customers depend on. We provide the deployment topologies, multi‑region infrastructure, and core services that enable Perplexity to run reliably and efficiently for both consumer traffic and large enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap and technical strategy for agent-driven cloud infrastructure management.
- Design and operate Perplexity’s cloud networking fabric, including VPC architectures, private connectivity, and peering with hyperscalers and neocloud providers to support low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads.
- Architect and scale compute platforms (Kubernetes/EKS, autoscaling groups, and mixed CPU/GPU fleets) to efficiently serve online request traffic and background workloads across regions.
- Build and maintain secure, isolated deployment topologies for multi-tenant, single-tenant, and customer‑owned cloud (BYOC) environments, including cross-account networking, identity, and policy guardrails.

- 7+ years of industry experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, including leading the design of complex systems or migrations.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.
Location: New York City; Remote (United States); San Francisco
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer to own the design of Perplexity's marketing and landing pages. You'll be the person who makes sure every page we ship looks and feels like it belongs to one of the most exciting AI products in the world — clear, beautiful, and fast.
You're a great designer first and foremost, with the visual taste to set the bar for our web presence. But you also understand how modern web pages get built and maintained. As page volume grows across consumer and enterprise, a big part of this role is making our landing page system more self-serve internally: you'll create and own the design side of our CMS so the rest of the company can spin up on-brand pages without a designer in the loop every time.
You'll report into the Brand/Creative Studio team and work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and our front-end engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end — you're the DRI for web craft
- Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs
- Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint
- Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer
- Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and interaction design for the web
- Raise the floor on self-serve page creation so the design team can focus on the highest-craft work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work — landing pages, campaign pages, product marketing sites — that shows you're a designer first
- Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, and composition
- Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS / templating systems, and an instinct for building scalable, self-serve page systems
- Experience at the intersection of brand and growth — you understand conversion without sacrificing craft
- Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
- Fluency in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
- A clear opinion on what makes a great web page, and the ability to articulate why
NICE TO HAVE
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, and enough JS to prototype, tweak, and ship)
- Background in brand or marketing design at a consumer tech company
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how design decisions affect discoverability
- Motion design skills for web interactions and micro-animations

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Building Infrastructure behind 5.5 Billion Daily Ad Requests
The Cloud Engineering team is the core of our tech unit, the underlying infrastructure that every other team depends on to ship software and grow the business. Behind rewarded ad experience, the partner-facing dashboards, the ML pipelines, and the ad delivery systems serving millions of users daily, there is one team making sure it all stays online, performant, and cost-efficient.
400 million user events daily, traffic spikes of 150,000+ requests per second, and a data lake that feeds data scientists, BIs, and real-time ML inference across the entire ad stack. To handle this reliably and cost-efficiently, the team runs Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling and Karpenter, manages Kafka clusters for real-time streaming, and provisions everything through Terraform. Rather than defaulting to managed AWS services, the team actively replaces them with open-source alternatives like Druid, Airflow, Grafana, Prometheus, Spark, Trino, MLFlow, Jupiter Hub, Elasticsearch, and Fluentbit as part of a deliberate move toward cloud-agnostic architecture. Cost efficiency is treated as an engineering constraint, not an afterthought, including AI-based anomaly detection on infrastructure costs.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering. You've designed and operated cloud infrastructure at scale, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes. At adjoe, you'll be working across a stack that includes Kafka, Druid, Airflow, Spark, Terraform, and Gitlab running on Kubernetes clusters across data centers.
- Deep in the AWS ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of AWS services (EKS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, IAM, Lambda) and manage infrastructure as code through Terraform. You know the tradeoffs between managed AWS services and open-source alternatives, and have opinions about when each makes sense.
- Microservice event-driven architecture is your daily context. You understand how microservices communicate: topics, queues, object storage, and can support backend teams building high-performance Go services across distributed environments.
- Reliable CI/CD is a product requirement. You build pipelines that are fast, predictable, and low-maintenance, ensuring smooth delivery without becoming a bottleneck.
- Hands-on with emerging infrastructure. You're comfortable migrating existing workloads to self-hosted solutions as well as introducing new tools boost business results.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As Linear moves upmarket, the gap between deal close and successful enterprise rollout has become our most important surface area. We're hiring an Implementation Manager to own that gap. You will be the single point of accountability from signed contract through successful go-live, coordinating across CSM, Solutions Engineering, Customer Education, Sales, and the customer's own teams to make every enterprise rollout repeatable, on time, and high quality.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. EST time zone is preferred for this position. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder accountability
- Run the handoff from Sales at deal close in partnership with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering: validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness
- Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams (SSO/SCIM, Slack, GitHub, Jira sync, custom integrations) across customer IT, Solutions Engineering, and engineering escalations
- Build the enablement calendar in partnership with Customer Education, drive persona-based training plans, and run wave-by-wave rollout planning
- Own go-live execution and the first 30 days post-launch: adoption tracking, rapid issue triage, and a structured handoff to the CSM
- Define and enforce the services engagement model so every enterprise deal has a clear scope, deliverables, and boundaries before kickoff
- Build the implementation playbook: turn each rollout into a documented, repeatable framework that scales with the business
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts (1,000+ user deployments preferred)
- Deep fluency with structured project management: implementation plans, dependencies, owners, risk tracking
- Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning the technical execution directly
- Strong executive communication: comfortable running a steering committee, delivering a VP-level status update, and working with a customer IT admin in the same day
- Experience defining and enforcing services scope: scoping engagements, setting expectations on hours and deliverables, and managing scope creep
- Bonus: familiarity with enterprise migration patterns, SSO/SCIM provisioning, integration configuration at scale, or experience working alongside Solutions Engineering or Professional Services
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
