About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Financial Services: the banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers people trust with their money, their families, and their futures. These institutions win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere. Their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type, whether they’re checking a balance, disputing a charge, filing a claim, or asking about a loan.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to institutions reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the financial services industry.
- Be able to balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions who require white glove experience with medium sized regional clients who require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows. Our public use cases include account inquiries, payment support, fraud triage, loan origination, claims processing, collections, and compliance verification. Others include caller verification, onboarding, policy servicing and renewals, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in AI governance and model risk
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, Technology, and Risk, Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through model-risk, security, and architecture review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Financial Services positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Financial services experience (banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, payments) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, digital), and to risk and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, model risk, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.

About the role
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Consumer Brands: the household names that millions of people call, shop with, order from, and fly with every day. That means everyday retail, grocery, CPG, quick-service restaurants, travel, hospitality and airlines. These companies win or lose on customer experience at massive scale, and their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping Fortune 500 and large-scale consumer companies reimagine how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers.
In this role you will:
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
- Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer facing and internal agentic workflows, such as customer care, qualification and bookings, helpdesk, learning and development, brand voice across marketing and localization and many more.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends like agentic commerce
- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and creative content
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Operations, Digital and Product, Marketing and Brand, Technology), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across business units, brands, and markets
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value with end customers, and set up customers to scale successfully in production
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice, and help shape the Consumer Brands playbook: ICP, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus
- Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, marketing and brand), and translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level, and willingness to travel frequently and proactively for onsite client visits and conferences

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist

That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. Key responsibilities
Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs)
Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Communicate clearly with users at every technical level
Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles
Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate
Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale
Contribute to automation efforts
Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems
Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting
Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation
Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach
Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling
Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs
Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns
Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity
Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company - one that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes—so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €68,000 - €76,000.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function for the DACH region. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across DACH.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and German
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Munich or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
We're looking for an IT Solutions Engineer who thinks like a systems builder - someone who doesn't just run internal infrastructure, but engineers it away where it shouldn't need a human at some point. This is a build-focused role on our IT Operations team. As we scale past 600 employees, our biggest lever is no longer closing tickets faster - it's removing the work that generates them.
You'll own the automation and integration layer that connects our identity, HR, device, and SaaS-governance systems, so that provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle events happen reliably and automatically instead of by hand. You'll pair closely with our Solutions Engineer, help set the technical standard for how automations are built and documented, and work cross-functionally with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions rather than point fixes.
A DevOps and API background is exactly what this role is built around: you're comfortable reading API docs, wiring 2-3 systems together, scripting from scratch when a no-code tool won't cut it, and thinking about reliability, edge cases, and security from the first line. Above all, you're curious - about the systems you build, the people who depend on them, and how your engineering decisions impact the business.
What You'll Do
Build the access lifecycle automation layer:
Own the design, build, and maintenance of automated provisioning and deprovisioning across our top applications by ticket volume. Implement birthright roles for our highest-volume employee profiles and HiBob-driven trigger events (joiners, movers, leavers) that flow through to downstream systems without manual intervention.
Integrate our core systems:
Build and maintain the integrations that tie HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy (and Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and the wider SaaS estate) into one coherent, event-driven lifecycle. Use REST APIs, SCIM, and our self-hosted n8n instance to create complex, reliable workflows.
Manage identity and access at the backend:
Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML flows in JumpCloud as our Identity Provider. Own SSO app integrations end to end, troubleshoot complex provisioning and authentication issues, and keep access governance clean and auditable.
Deliver the Security controls programme:
Build the automations behind our security and compliance initiatives - local admin removal, least-privilege enforcement - contributing directly to DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts. Security is embedded in every config and every script, not bolted on afterward.
Administer and optimize business-critical platforms:
Manage the technical backend of Jira Service Management as our ITSM platform - configuring workflows, request types, forms, and automations to streamline internal processes - alongside the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
Own endpoint automation:
Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch deployment across Windows and macOS endpoints (via Apple Business Manager), handling software deployment and OS-level configuration at scale.
Drive SaaS and budget optimization:
Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage to identify waste and cost-saving opportunities, and implement the technical changes that reclaim them (e.g. license reclamation flows).
Document everything you build:
Proactively create and maintain technical documentation configs, automation flows, API maps - so that what you build can be run, understood, and extended by the rest of the team. Reliable, documented, alerted workflows are the standard, not the exception.
Lead technical projects:
Lead smaller technical projects end to end a new SSO app integration, a JSM form build-out, a new integration between systems - owning them from requirement to delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team as you go.
Who You Are
At least
3 years in IT support
, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering, with hands-on expertise across Windows and macOS environments.
Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP) for SSO, SCIM, and SAML - including configuring integrations and debugging complex provisioning and authentication issues.
Strong MDM / UEM experience: endpoint management via JumpCloud MDM (or Intune / Jamf), including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment.
An automation-first mindset with real scripting skills - PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar - to build reliable, scalable solutions from scratch, not just wire up templates.
API fluency: comfortable reading API documentation and integrating multiple systems (REST APIs, webhooks, SCIM). Experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
Proficiency administering Google Workspace (or M365) and experience with ITSM tools - ideally Jira Service Management (workflows, request types, automations).
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences - able to explain configs and tradeoffs to Security, People, and Engineering alike.
Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft automations, and continuously raise the bar on operational efficiency.
Strong Plus
Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2) and SaaS governance / management tooling.
Experience with HRIS-driven automation (HiBob or similar) and hardware lifecycle tooling (Tequipy or similar).
Experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments.
ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core Certification (or willingness to certify).
What We Offer

This is a role for a curious builder - someone who wants the internal platform to be a product, engineered to be reliable, automated, and secure by design. If the idea of deleting an entire category of manual work by building the right integration is what gets you out of bed, this is your team.
