ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic and operationally rigorous Senior Manager, Head of Talent Operations to lead and scale the engine behind our recruiting organization. You will lead a team of 4 Talent Operations professionals and oversee the operational backbone supporting our ~40-person recruiting team, which is growing rapidly in scale and complexity across functions and globally.
This role owns and strengthens core recruiting infrastructure — including interview scheduling and operations, headcount governance, tech stack strategy, interviewer enablement, compliance, and candidate experience — ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and built for continued growth. - Partner with Tech Enablement to drive system implementation, integration, automation, and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new tools as the organization scales.
- Oversee and evolve the internal recruiting “help desk” into a scalable, automated support function.
- Headcount Planning & Governance
- Own execution and operational tracking of the company’s headcount plan in partnership with finance.
- Build systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and forecasting.
- Interview Operations & Scheduling
- Own end-to-end interview operations, including scheduling infrastructure.
- Build scalable processes and tooling to support high-volume, complex hiring.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.
- Programs & Experience (Interviewer Enablement, Referrals, Candidate Experience)
- Own and scale core recruiting programs, including interviewer enablement, referrals, and candidate experience, ensuring they drive hiring excellence at scale.
- Define success metrics and lead ongoing optimization to improve quality of hire, engagement, and overall recruiting performance.
- Compliance & Global Hiring Expansion
- Ensure recruiting processes meet compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Partner with People Ops & Legal to support international hiring expansion.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of relevant operations experience; 3+ years in talent/recruiting operations a plus.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
About the Role: We are looking for an GTM Engineer where you won’t just be using our tools—you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our technical support, onboarding, and customer success engines.
You will own the technical roadmap for how LangChain supports its users. Your goal is to drive massive case deflection and a premium onboarding experience by building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. This is a role for a builder-operator who can identify a friction point in the customer journey and ship a production-grade agentic solution to fix it.
YOU WILL:
- Architect Customer Agents: Design and deploy production-grade agents (using LangGraph and LangSmith) that handle technical support queries, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through complex onboarding flows.
- Drive Case Deflection: Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems that significantly reduce support volume while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Own the Domain: Act as the product owner and the technical muscle proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, propose architectures, and own the full lifecycle of the systems you build.
- Dogfood the Stack: Be a key member of the feedback loop for our product team. As you build complex systems for our customers, you’ll identify gaps in our frameworks and contribute back to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem.
- Build Onboarding Workflows: Develop "AI-native onboarding" experiences that help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production faster by automating documentation retrieval and code generation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- AI-Native Developer: You have a deep understanding of the LLM stack: prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops. You have likely already built with LangChain or LangGraph.
- Engineering Foundation: You are a strong software engineer (typically 3+ years) with at least 1 year of experience specifically shipping LLM systems in production.
- Self-Directed "Founder" Mentality: You don't need a ticket to tell you what to fix. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying high-impact problems, and driving them to completion autonomously.
- Full-Stack Capability: Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both) and the ability to build end-to-end applications.
- Customer-Centric: You enjoy the intersection of high-level engineering and direct customer impact. You can translate a customer's technical pain point into a scalable system architecture.
Nice to Haves:
- Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining open-source projects.
- A background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams.
Compensation:
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Benefits include things like medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
- Salary: $160K - $180K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions.
You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes.
Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers.
Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input.
Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have shipped LLM-native features or applications.
Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation.
Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way.
Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you.
Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure.
Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly.
Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle.
Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better.
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production.
Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment.
Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma is evolving the Product Support experience, powered by AI, automation, and integrated systems. The AI Infrastructure & Tooling team helps make that possible by building intelligent, resilient, and integrated solutions that automate workflows, connect systems, and streamline support operations. As a Support Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Tooling on this team, you'll be the technical execution layer that brings our support tools, customer and account context, internal systems, and AI workflows together.
You'll design, build, and operationalize integrations across systems like Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, and adjacent Product Support platforms. Your work will help us bring the right context into customer conversations, automate complex workflows, and optimize both the customer and Specialist experience by applying AI where it can meaningfully improve support workflows, quality, and efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who can move from ambiguous support problems to working technical solutions: understanding the workflow, identifying the systems involved, building the integration or automation, validating the data flow, and measuring the impact on customer outcomes and Specialist efficiency.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve Product Support experiences for customers and internal support teams
Design and maintain integrations across Decagon, Zendesk, Figma admin tooling, internal data sources, and adjacent Product Support platforms
Bring relevant customer, account, product, billing, file, or admin metadata into support conversations so chatbots and Specialists have the context they need to resolve issues more effectively
Use LLMs and AI patterns for classification, summarization, routing, recommendations, context enrichment, and workflow automation
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Security, Programs, Support, and vendor teams to align on requirements, implementation, governance, and rollout
Build quality checks, monitoring, fallback paths, and operational guardrails so AI-powered workflows can be trusted in production
Define success metrics for each workflow, track adoption and impact, and iterate based on customer outcomes, Specialist efficiency, and adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing operational systems
Strong proficiency in modern back-end technologies and languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL), with hands-on experience building APIs, implementing webhooks, orchestrating data flows, and integrating systems across complex workflows.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer/support experiences, including working with operational data to debug issues, improve workflows, and measure impact
Strong product and stakeholder instincts: you can translate ambiguous support problems into practical, adopted, and measurable technical solutions
Proven track record of designing AI workflows with clear guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible deployment practices
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Decagon, Sprinklr, Gainsight, Maestro QA/Rippit, Assembled, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with agent assist tooling, AI support chatbots, copilot tooling, RAG, AI observability, or monitoring AI workflows in production
Experience building internal Slack tooling, workflow automations, or embedded support experiences
Background in Support Engineering, Internal Tools Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Operations, CX Systems, or Business Systems
Familiarity with customer support metrics such as containment, deflection, CSAT, first contact resolution, routing accuracy
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading DevOps and release management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. We serve Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries, helping them ship faster, stay compliant, and scale their Salesforce operations with confidence. We are entering an aggressive growth phase and are looking for exceptional leaders who can help us dominate our market and scale rapidly toward $100M+ in annual revenue.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a VP of Finance who is far more than a traditional finance executive. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, wielding financial intelligence as a growth weapon. You will own the financial architecture of the business while simultaneously driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions. You will be the person who figures out where every dollar should go to maximize growth velocity and ensures we are building a scalable, capital-efficient machine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and produce reports. We need a builder and operator who can make a dent in the company from day one.
What You Will Own
Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation
Own the company’s financial model, forecasting, and long-range planning with a relentless focus on accelerating growth to $100M ARR
Determine where capital should be deployed across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize ROI and speed to scale
Build and maintain a capital allocation framework that balances aggressive growth with operational discipline
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting if and when external capital is pursued
Go-to-Market Financial Operations
Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership to optimize GTM spend efficiency and pipeline economics
Build financial models that connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number) to inform GTM investment decisions at an enterprise SaaS level
Provide financial oversight and accountability for GTM team performance, headcount planning, and quota/capacity modeling
Budgeting, Planning & Operational Efficiency
Own the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews, ensuring every function is aligned to growth targets
Implement rigorous financial controls and reporting cadences without creating bureaucratic drag
Identify inefficiencies and reallocate resources in real time to capitalize on what’s working
Build dashboards and reporting that give the executive team instant visibility into financial and operational health
Scaling the Business
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on all growth decisions, including pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A
Bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the levers that drive hyper-growth in enterprise software
Help design compensation structures, commission plans, and incentive models that drive the right behaviors across the organization
Evaluate and optimize vendor spend, technology investments, and operational costs to fund growth
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or CFO level
Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from the $10–30M range toward $100M+ ARR in a compressed timeframe
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
Exceptional command of go-to-market functions — you understand how sales, marketing, and customer success drive revenue, not just how to count it
Experience managing or providing financial oversight to GTM teams, including headcount planning, territory modeling, and pipeline forecasting
Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions — not someone who delegates everything to a team of analysts
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries is a strong plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Missionary mindset — you take ownership, think independently, and care about the success of the company as if it were your own
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Complete a full diagnostic of the company’s financial model, GTM spend efficiency, and unit economics
Deliver a capital allocation recommendation identifying the highest-ROI growth investments
Establish baseline KPIs and a financial reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility
First 6 Months:
Implement a scalable financial planning and analysis framework tied directly to growth milestones
Optimize GTM spend to measurably improve pipeline efficiency and reduce CAC payback period
Partner with the CEO and revenue leadership to finalize the investment plan for scaling to $100M ARR

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with mission requirements, operational needs, and modernization initiatives
Coordinate closely with cleared cloud service providers and cleared system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration
Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to ensure our offerings meet DoW/IC requirements, including classification levels and air-gapped environments
Create and maintain sales playbooks specific to DoW/IC use cases, procurement processes, and security requirements
Take a leadership role in growing our DoW/IC presence while maintaining hands-on engagement with key accounts

You may be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the DoW/IC space, with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
Deep understanding of DoW/IC agency missions, operational challenges, and technology needs across classification levels
Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred) with ability to discuss capabilities in classified environments
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution in high-security environments
Experience navigating complex DoW/IC procurement processes, including knowledge of SEWP, CIO-SP3, GSA, and other relevant contracting vehicles

Extensive experience with DoW/IC contracting vehicles, procurement mechanisms, and security compliance requirements
