ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ever wondered what it's actually like to build a career at a company millions of developers rely on?
Software Engineers at Sentry write real code on real projects that ship to production. No busywork, no "prove yourself first" purgatory. Just you, a team that actually trusts you, and a codebase used by millions of developers every day, including the ones building the AI tools everyone's talking about.
You'll land on either an SDK https://docs.sentry.io/?original_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fsentry.io%2Fcareers%2F%3Fteam%3DEngineering%2B team or Ingest — and either way, you're in the critical path, not on the sidelines. SDKs are where past interns have shipped async support for our Python SDK https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#simon-1-16 and a faster AWS Lambda extension https://blog.sentry.io/meet-sentrys-2025-summer-interns/#martin-1-17 — real code running inside frameworks developers use every day. Ingest is the backbone: you'll get hands-on with the pipelines (including our open-source Relay https://github.com/getsentry/relay and Symbolicator https://github.com/getsentry/symbolicator) that process millions of events every minute.
New grad hires are rad hires. Our onboarding is built to set you up for long-term success from day one — comprehensive training, dedicated mentorship, social events, and a built-in community of peers who started right alongside you. (There are also snacks. The good kind.)
Many of our new grads started out as interns here first — read the stories https://blog.sentry.io/life-at-sentry/ from Sentaurs who liked it enough to come back full-time.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be matched with one of our SDKs https://sentry.io/platforms/, Product or Ingest teams, based on your interests and experience
- Design, develop, and ship features and systems that drive real value to customers
- Own projects end-to-end, from design through production
- Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentorship from your manager and teammates
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Want to be treated like an engineer from day one
- Care about how software actually works
- Are excited about where AI is taking software development and want to build in the middle of it
- Want mentorship that's real, not scheduled
- Like shipping things and seeing them used at scale
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recently completed or completing an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science or a related field
- At least one previous internship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Solid grasp of algorithms and data structures fundamentals
- Comfortable using GitHub: branching, pull requests, code review, the works
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or a similar dynamic language, picked up through internships, personal projects, or coursework
- Can pick up a new language or framework quickly and run with it
- Experience collaborating on an engineering project with a team (class, open source, work, it counts)
- Available to start in 2027 and able to relocate to Vienna, Austria (we'll help get you there and cover housing)
- Please note the following:
- Visa sponsorship is considered on a case-by-case basis
- This is a full-time position
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 43.456,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Sourcegraph is at the forefront of building AI tools to solve the biggest problems in the software industry, problems that only get bigger as codebases grow and as more of the work is done by agents. The
Code Understanding
team owns the surfaces where that intelligence meets the developer:
Deep Search
, our agentic, multi-step answer engine across an enterprise's entire lineup of codebases,
Query Assist
, turning natural language queries into Sourcegraph query syntax,
Smart Hovers
, concisely summarizing symbols right where devs need it, guided diff review, and the APIs that both humans and AI agents rely on every day.
Most of what makes those surfaces tick is
agent engineering
: a blend of software engineering, machine learning, and statistics. Agent engineering tells us which model to use and when, how to retrieve and pack context, how to measure answer quality, where to fine-tune or distill a smaller model to cut costs and latency, and how to expand a single LLM call into a reliable multi-step agent. As the
staff ML and agent engineer on Code Understanding
, you'll be the technical owner of it: setting the tam’s direction for models, evaluations, and agentic systems, making our products measurably better, faster, and cheaper, and raising the team's fluency in building with models.
This is a
staff-level role
: we're hiring a technical leader, not just a strong individual contributor. The primary need is a production ML and evaluation authority who also builds production agent systems. You'll own the hardest, most ambiguous problems in this space, set standards others follow, and influence direction beyond your immediate team. You'll get the exhilarating chance to drive the vision on how we can provide the best code understanding experience on the market by combining our deterministic, large-scale systems and AI into experiences never seen before.
Concretely, you'll own work like:
Agentic systems.
You'll design and harden the multi-step, tool-using agent loops behind current and new agentic experiences, turning research and experiments into reliable, observable, and affordable products at enterprise scale.
Pragmatic use of evaluations.
Crafting agentic products means needing to tell when a change actually helped, which is hard when agents keep changing and the product keeps shifting. You'll bring judgment about where evaluations earn their keep, when to use targeted smoke tests and metrics, and how to avoid noise dressed up as rigor, so we can move fast with confidence.
Models: selection, upgrading, and training.
You'll decide which models we run where, drive upgrades, and fine-tune our own when that's the right call.
Retrieval and context engineering.
You'll push on how we ground models in a customer's code - retrieval, ranking, context windows, citations - to make answers more accurate and verifiable.
Cost and latency.
Every surface has a per-user economic budget. You'll treat cost and latency as product features, and profile, distill, cache, and right-size models so we can ship ambitious features sustainably.
You'll do this on a small, senior-leaning team that ships quickly, owns a lot of product surface, and has streamlined product management: engineers here talk to customers, frame the problem, and own it end-to-end. You'll have real agency over technical direction and a direct line to the impact of your work.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Get the Code Understanding products and their model/agent pipelines running end-to-end locally, and land your first improvements to a model, prompt, retrieval path, or eval.
Build a clear picture of where the AI engineering pain is, and the product surfaces most constrained by them.
Get to know the team and our customers, and start forming your own opinions about where our agentic products should go next.
Join the team's on-call support rotation.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Own a meaningful agentic slice of the product end-to-end, driving it from problem-framing through rollout and measurement.
Establish how the team ships model and prompt changes responsibly: the evals, dashboards, and guardrails that make quality and cost regressions visible before customers feel them.
Begin up-leveling teammates in building with models by pairing with them, reviewing their code, and modeling good agent engineering instincts.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be the recognized technical authority for agent engineering and agentic systems on Code Understanding. You will be the person teammates, and increasingly the wider department, defer to on model, eval, and agent-design decisions.
Have measurably moved the products: better answer quality, lower cost/latency, or new agentic capabilities that weren't feasible before.
Be setting the direction of the team's roadmap where it intersects agents, bringing conviction, backed by evidence, about which bets are worth making, and pulling other engineers up to execute on them.
About you
You are a
staff engineer and technical leader with hard-won skills across production machine learning, evaluation, and agent systems
. This high-leverage role relies on your ability to make sound model and evaluation decisions for a fast-moving product, build the production systems around them, steer technical direction, and be a force multiplier for a talented, product-minded team. You're equally comfortable reasoning about an eval harness, a fine-tuning run, a retrieval pipeline, and the multi-step agent loop that ties them together, and you make everyone around you better at all of it.
You operate at staff scope: you own the most ambiguous, highest-risk problems in your domain, go into whatever codebase a problem requires, set standards and patterns others adopt, and translate fluidly between engineering goals and business objectives. You influence direction beyond your immediate team. You lead through technical excellence and mentorship.
You have personally owned a production model lifecycle.
You have trained or fine-tuned at least one model and taken it from dataset construction through evaluation, production rollout, and monitoring. You can explain how you chose between training or fine-tuning and prompting or retrieval, how you chose baselines and metrics, what error analysis revealed, and how production evidence affected the next version.
You build agents, fluently and opinionatedly.
You've designed multi-step agentic systems and made them reliable, observable, and cost-bounded. You have a point of view on where agents shine and where deterministic code or human judgment is required.
You have strong evaluation judgment.
You build representative datasets, meaningful baselines, useful error taxonomies, and release criteria that connect offline measurements to production behavior. You know where rigorous evaluations earn their keep, where lightweight smoke tests or qualitative review are enough, and where a precise-looking metric is misleading.
You treat cost and latency as product constraints.
You make measured quality, latency, and cost tradeoffs and use the appropriate combination of model selection, prompting, retrieval, caching, distillation, and fine-tuning rather than reaching reflexively for a more complex model.
You operate autonomously on ambiguous problems.
Given a rough product idea, a few customer quotes, and a Slack thread, you come back with a plan, a prototype, milestones, and a point of view on tradeoffs, without it being pre-scoped. You own high-technical-risk projects end-to-end.
You contribute beyond your domain.
As a senior IC, you go into whatever part of the codebase a problem requires, recognize issues beyond your immediate area, and translate between engineering goals and business objectives.
You up-level the people around you.
You mentor by pairing on hard problems, providing substantive design and code reviews, and spreading agent engineering literacy across the team. You see investing in your teammates' growth as part of the job.
You're customer and product-driven.
You're comfortable on customer calls and in feedback threads, you turn raw signals into requirements, scopes, and milestones, and you push back when feedback would lead the product astray.
You're pragmatic, not a perfectionist.
You ship the smallest correct thing, prefer robust solutions over complicated ones, and keep a high-quality bar with simplicity.
On the engineering fundamentals:
You're a strong software engineer who can ship production services.
You're comfortable across our stack - Go on the backend, TypeScript on the frontend, GraphQL, Postgres, Docker - or you're clearly able and eager to get there.
You're fluent with agentic coding tools, and you understand and own every line it submits.
You're comfortable in an async-first, multi-service, fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-haves:
You've shipped an LLM-powered or agentic developer-facing product you can speak about opinionatedly: what worked, what didn't, what you'd do differently.
You've fine-tuned, distilled, or trained models to meet cost, latency, or quality targets in production.
Experience with retrieval, ranking, embeddings, or search relevance.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating their needs into a product.
Experience mentoring or up-leveling engineers, especially raising a team's agent engineering fluency.

Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.
Stakeholder and Client Management
Act as the primary product contact for assigned sportsbook initiatives.
Build strong working relationships with operators, sportsbook platform teams, commercial stakeholders, engineering, UX, QA, delivery, and senior management.
Facilitate product workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demonstrations, and roadmap discussions.
Set clear expectations regarding product scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery assumptions.
Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a comparable digital-product role.
Experience in iGaming.
Experience working with cross-functional software-development teams in an agile environment.
Strong ability to translate business and user needs into clear, structured, and testable product requirements.
Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, priorities, scope, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make evidence-based product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence presenting product recommendations and reasoning with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
Ability to understand technical concepts, frontend architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies at a product level.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product and delivery-management tools.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in technology, economics, business, or a related discipline.
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means establishing a clear and evidence-based direction for the sportsbook frontend, maintaining a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog, improving collaboration between product and engineering, and delivering measurable improvements for operators and sportsbook users. ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.

Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join the UXMatrix Product Team and help establish a consistent, evidence-based approach to product development and optimization. You will define how product performance and user behaviour are measured, ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately, and transform that data into insights and recommendations that Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders can act upon. This role extends beyond dashboard creation and regular reporting. You will investigate user journeys, identify friction and opportunities, support product discovery, define feature-success criteria, and determine whether released initiatives achieve their intended customer and business outcomes. You will work across UXMatrix products, with a particular focus on critical frontend journeys such as registration, login, deposit, sportsbook navigation, event discovery, bet placement, casino discovery, promotions, content interaction, and customer retention.
What You'll get to do:
Product Measurement Strategy
Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and KPIs. Establish clear success criteria before features and initiatives enter development.
Define leading and lagging indicators across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
Help product teams distinguish between activity metrics, diagnostic metrics, and measurable customer or business outcomes.
Ensure product recommendations are supported by reliable data, user research, or clearly documented hypotheses.
Analytics Tracking and Data Quality
Define and maintain analytics tracking plans for websites, applications, widgets, and critical user journeys.
Translate business questions and measurement objectives into clear technical tracking requirements.
Validate analytics implementations before and after release.
Monitor data quality and investigate broken events, incomplete parameters, unexpected changes, and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure that tracking implementations comply with consent, privacy, security, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Product and User-Behaviour Analysis
Identify abandonment points, friction, behavioural patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Segment users according to relevant characteristics such as acquisition source, device, market, lifecycle stage, product preference, engagement level, or previous behaviour.
Conduct funnel, cohort, retention, conversion, path, and behavioural analyses.
Analyze critical user journeys
Combine quantitative data with UX research, customer feedback, technical performance, and operational context.
Reporting and Data Visualization
Build and maintain dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of product performance.
Create reporting views appropriate for Product Owners, UX teams, Engineering teams, operators, commercial stakeholders, and senior management.
Present trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities clearly and concisely.
Reduce dependency on manual reporting by developing reusable and automated dashboards.
Ensure KPI definitions remain consistent across products, teams, and reports.
Deliver focused analysis and actionable recommendations rather than reporting data without interpretation.
Product Discovery and Decision Support
Support Product Owners during product discovery by evaluating evidence, sizing opportunities, and identifying behavioural problems.
Provide data to support roadmap prioritization, business cases, and investment decisions.
Help product teams formulate measurable hypotheses for proposed product changes.
Challenge assumptions and stakeholder requests when they are not supported by evidence or a clearly defined customer problem.
Conduct market, benchmark, and competitor analyses when relevant to product decisions.
Contribute relevant data and insights to product reviews, client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions.
Experimentation and Feature Evaluation
Define hypotheses, success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation criteria for product experiments.
Support A/B tests, controlled rollouts, phased releases, and other product-validation methods.
Conduct post-launch reviews to determine whether delivered features achieved their intended outcomes.
Track whether recommendations lead to product changes and measurable improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, BI teams, operators, and commercial stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops to define business questions, KPIs, success criteria, and tracking requirements.
Proactively identify relevant insights rather than working exclusively from reporting requests.
Establish a regular product-insight cadence through reviews, reporting, and focused deep-dive analyses.
Keep stakeholders informed about measurement gaps, data-quality risks, and significant product-performance changes.
What we’re looking for:
At least three years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
Previous experience in sportsbook, iGaming, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or another transactional or regulated digital industry.
Strong SQL skills and experience extracting, combining, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Experience analyzing digital-product behaviour, including user journeys, conversion, engagement, feature adoption, and retention.
Experience defining analytics events, parameters, tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement frameworks.
Practical experience with analytics and visualization tools such as GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
Ability to transform complex data into clear findings and actionable product recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality and validation.
Experience collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, BI, and commercial teams.
Good understanding of web and mobile application behaviour, including client-side and server-side tracking.
Professional proficiency in English.
A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, business, or another relevant discipline.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.

Access to an Employee Assistance Program through TELUS Health.
Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations. And did we mention our amazing office space complete with its own pool and gym?

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Compute Solution Architect, you will support our strategic AI Infrastructure customers. In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads involving thousands of GPUs. You will also collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving for AI Infrastructure services.
- Lead the delivery of strategic GPUaaS contracts and ensure all commitments are met (timelines, SLAs, support, …).
- Act as a bridge to product and support teams, providing customer feedback, relaying feature requests, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities, promote the latest products, and deliver technical presentations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5-10 + years in roles like Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Engineer, with hands-on experience in cloud services and AI/ML workloads.
- Track record as a technical pre-sales/solutions architect driving infrastructure engagements with partners through to production.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations.
- Proven success driving technical engagement and technical adoption.
- Working knowledge of cluster orchestration and scheduling: Slurm, Kubernetes, and batch/HPC workload management.
NICE TO HAVE
- Working knowledge of model training frameworks runtimes (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, Tensorflow) and Generative AI serving runtimes (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, SGLang, TGI, LLM-D).
- Proficiency with parallel file systems (e.g., Lustre, GPFS) and object storage integration.
- Familiarity with high-performance infrastructure: InfiniBand/RDMA networking, parallel storage, and multi-node distributed training topologies.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Compute deals require flawless execution from the initial technical commitment through deployment and production. By coordinating customers, sales, product, and support, the Compute Solution Architect ensures that infrastructure performs as expected, contractual commitments and SLAs are met, and issues are resolved quickly. This end-to-end ownership is critical to building customer trust, securing long-term adoption, and turning strategic GPUaaS contracts into successful partnerships.
