Imagine a traveler browsing a hotel page on Zenhotels or a travel agent evaluating options on RateHawk. They see room names, photos, amenities, policies, and reviews, all combined from dozens of suppliers, each with different formats, inconsistencies, and levels of completeness.
Behind this experience lies a complex content pipeline: fragmented supplier data must be matched, standardized, enriched, and ranked to create a coherent and trustworthy representation of a hotel and its rooms.
The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream:
Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value.
Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience.
Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals.
Product Discovery & Impact Ownership:
Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems.
Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets.
Delivery & Development Management:
Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog.
Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.
Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.
Team Leadership:
Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals.
Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results.
Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth.
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management (preferably travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products).
Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
Strong analytical skills (SQL, AB tests, metric design).
Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.
Corporate English school: Group and individual lessons, speaking clubs with colleagues from all over the world.
Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
MyTime Day Off - an extra non-working day without loss of compensation.

We're hiring a Junior Trader to join our trading team. You'll work directly with senior traders across strategies on centralized and decentralized venues, and take on your own responsibilities quickly.
We don't require prior DeFi experience. We do require that you're quantitative, technical, and able to move fast without breaking things.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute and manage trades across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) venues — order books, AMM pools, and concentrated liquidity positions.
- Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time. Identify risks early and act on them.
- Build and improve the tooling the desk runs on: position trackers, reporting dashboards, hedging workflows, reconciliation.
- Analyze market and execution data to answer questions that matter — where slippage comes from, which pools are actually profitable, how our fill quality compares to the market.
- Develop real depth in market structure and protocol mechanics (AMMs, PMMs, lending protocols) and bring it back to the desk.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–3 years of experience — recent graduates with strong technical credentials, or candidates from quant research, engineering, data, or markets-adjacent roles looking to move onto a trading desk.
- Strong quantitative foundation: probability, statistics, and the instinct to reach for data before opinions.
- Python preferred, ideally applied to financial modeling or data analysis (pandas, notebooks, working with messy datasets). Adjacent tooling — R, MATLAB, SQL, serious Excel modeling — counts.
- Real interest in crypto and DeFi. Professional crypto experience isn't required; demonstrated engagement with the space is.
- Sound judgment under pressure. Markets move at 3am and things break. We need someone who stays composed, thinks clearly, and escalates early.
- Precise communicator
- Self-directed and adaptable; comfortable operating with autonomy across time zones in a remote-first environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Personal trading, market-making, or on-chain activity of any kind — a portfolio, a bot, an arbitrage script, a Dune dashboard.
- Familiarity with Solana tooling (Jupiter, Orca, Drift) or EVM DeFi (Uniswap, Aave, Curve).
- Exposure to algorithmic or systematic trading.
- Machine learning or large-scale data analysis (regression, tree-based methods, classification).
- Internships or prior work at a trading firm, market maker, exchange, or protocol.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Direct mentorship from traders running real capital — you'll learn by working alongside them, not from a curriculum.
- Responsibility as fast as you can earn it, with clear feedback on where you stand.
- Exposure across the full stack of a trading operation: execution, risk, tooling, counterparty relationships, and market structure.
- A front-row seat as equities, commodities, and crypto converge on-chain.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
GTM Engineering builds the AI agents, systems, and automation that power how our go-to-market teams work. We partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and other GTM functions to identify high-leverage problems and build solutions that improve speed, quality, and scale. Our work spans four core areas:
- Identify — find high-leverage GTM workflows where AI can meaningfully improve how we operate
- Build — design, build, and deploy production AI agents and automated workflows across GTM
- Enable — drive adoption through thoughtful rollouts, playbooks, best practices, and ongoing enablement
- Evangelize — share what we build and learn externally through content, demos, talks, and open source examples
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll own the health, cost, performance, and business impact of the GTM Agent System, and build the feedback loops that keep it improving. Because we build the platform we run on, you'll also operate the agent on LangSmith the way we tell customers to, and turn that practice into the reference story enterprises keep asking us for. You'll work across Python 3.11, FastAPI, LangGraph, DeepAgents, LangSmith, Supabase Postgres, BigQuery, Anthropic and OpenAI models, and Slack and Next.js surfaces.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Monitor production health across every graph, catching errors, slow runs, expensive runs, and silent failures before reps report them
- Triage incoming issues from Slack, tickets, and rep reports, fixing small things directly and routing the rest to the right owner
- Run the weekly eval suite, investigate failures, and turn real production bugs into permanent regression tests
- Track cost and latency by model, graph, use case, and role, and recommend concrete changes to model choice, reasoning effort, and caching
- Track usage and adoption per rep and per feature, and own the weekly health report the team runs on
- Build the business metrics that show leadership what the agent is worth, from reply rates and meetings booked to hours reclaimed and ROI
- Build our own monitoring and alerting on LangSmith, and write the “how we run our own agent” story for customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Strong production Python and SQL, comfortable working in traces, logs, and warehouse tables
- Real experience running LLM applications, including tracing, evals, and prompt and cache mechanics
- SRE or production operations instincts: percentiles, SLOs, and separating noise from real pattern
- Healthy skepticism about metrics; you check what a number actually counts before you publish it
- Clear writing skills, and interest in publishing what you learn
- High agency; you notice what's missing and take initiative to build it
NICE TO HAVES:
- LangGraph or LangSmith experience
- Experience building an eval suite from scratch
- BigQuery or dbt
- Prior DevRel-adjacent writing
- Empathy for sales and go-to-market users
Salary: $165,000 - $220,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra's AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You've been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Workplace: Hybrid
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Infrastructure team builds and operates the foundational systems behind Perplexity’s products. At Perplexity, infrastructure sits on the critical path of every answer, supporting real-time search, retrieval, model serving, and agent workloads where latency, reliability, and rapid iteration directly shape the user experience. This role is for strong infrastructure engineers whose experience spans multiple domains and who are energized by cross-cutting problems that do not fit neatly within a single platform team.
You do not need to be a specialist in every area. Scope ranges from owning major production systems to setting technical direction across teams, leading complex infrastructure programs, and shaping infrastructure strategy across the organization. If a specialized Cloud Infrastructure, Storage Platform, Backend Platform, Data Platform, Connector Platform, or AI Acceleration role clearly matches your expertise and interests, apply directly to it. If your experience spans several infrastructure domains or you are most energized by cross-cutting systems problems, apply here. Submit one application, and we will consider you across the Infrastructure organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own cross-cutting infrastructure problems that span compute, storage, networking, data, deployment, and reliability, including eliminating bottlenecks across retrieval and serving paths, building shared abstractions across deployment environments, and resolving failure modes that cross platform boundaries.
- Design, build, and operate distributed infrastructure supporting Perplexity’s consumer, AI, and enterprise workloads, owning systems from architecture through production operation.
- Identify gaps between existing platforms and build shared abstractions, automation, and tooling that make infrastructure easier and safer to use.
- Improve system performance, availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across online request traffic and background workloads.
- Debug complex production issues across service and infrastructure boundaries, then turn the findings into durable architectural improvements.
- Set technical direction for complex infrastructure systems, lead high-impact programs across teams, and establish durable technical standards through collaboration with infrastructure, product, AI, and security partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production backend, platform, or distributed systems.
- A track record of owning complex production systems end to end and delivering sustained technical impact across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction, lead through influence, and raise the engineering bar through architecture, design reviews, and mentorship.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python or other systems or backend languages such as Go, Rust, C++, or Java.
- Meaningful experience across at least two infrastructure domains, such as cloud platforms, distributed systems, Kubernetes, storage, databases, networking, data systems, developer infrastructure, or production reliability.
- Ability to develop depth quickly in unfamiliar systems, reason across software and infrastructure layers, and drive production incidents from diagnosis through durable resolution.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.
