Platform owns the
foundation
the company runs on: compute and deployment, reliability and on-call, CI/CD and monorepo health, developer environments, the infrastructure that model training and inference run on, and the security boundaries around all of it.
AI and agent tooling is the clearest example. You will contribute to how models are trained and served here, as well as how agents work inside our codebase: the environments they run in, the verification that makes their output trustworthy, and the review paths that keep it all legible. There is no industry standard and you’ll help form our opinions rather than inheriting one.
Our users are other engineers. Expect to spend time with all the other engineering teams, understanding their needs and building a roadmap. The scope is large, so you'll be choosing what to leave alone as much as build.
Architecture decisions here last: this is a small team covering a large surface. You'll have real room to decide things, and you'll stay close to the systems you decide about.
What you'll own
Own our platform:
GCP, Kubernetes, Temporal, the GPU fleet behind cloud export, and the deploy and rollback machinery everything ships through. You'll be in the on-call rotation, and we'll expect you to make it quieter and more actionable.
The AI enablement substrate:
GPU capacity, training and inference pipelines, and the reliability and cost of the systems serving models in production.
Cost is an engineering constraint:
infrastructure decisions have a number attached and you're expected to make smart trade-offs. As inference grows with usage, the metering and attribution behind those numbers sit with this team.
Security comes with the systems you run
: identity and access, secrets management, least-privilege boundaries, and supply-chain integrity.
Make what you build legible.
Infrastructure-as-code that explains itself. Runbooks and in-repo context written for someone jumping in to help. Observability that tells you what failed and why.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What you bring
Required:
You have 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems, or equivalent server-side engineering with a heavy infrastructure focus.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how and when to harness AI in your work.
You've run systems where failure was expensive, and your opinions about reliability and deployment come from consequences rather than reading.
You've carried a pager, commanded an incident, and rolled back before you understood why.
You use SLOs and error budgets as operating tools.
You’ve used a major cloud provider and Kubernetes in production, with infrastructure-as-code as your default.
You've owned an architecture or migration, from planning through launch, whose consequences outlived the project, and you can say what you'd do differently.
You've found important unowned work, scoped it, earned buy-in, and delivered it without being handed a spec.
You build a minimal repro, read the logs, and write targeted checks to prove a fix works instead of trusting output.
Experience that helps:
GPU and ML infrastructure:
capacity planning, training or inference pipelines, serving cost and latency. If you haven't run a GPU fleet, experience with expensive capacity-constrained systems transfers well.
Production security engineering:
IAM, secrets, supply chain, least privilege. You don't need to have held a security title, but you should have owned these boundaries for systems you ran.
Cloud cost modeling:
commitment strategy, reservations, unit economics.
CI/CD:
at monorepo scale, and developer-environment work.
Intricacies of Video:
Media, video, or GPU-backed workloads.
Small teams owning a large surface:
whether at a Series B to D company or on an internal platform team.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
This role sits on Notion’s Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers. Our work tells the story of our offering in a way that reflects the products themselves: smart, refined, and with a dash of wit on the side.
As a Brand Designer, you’ll work on high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns: setting direction from early strategy through final execution, partnering closely with stakeholders and executives, and raising the bar for craft and systems. You’ll be asked to define approaches, resolve ambiguity, and influence both project outcomes and how the team works.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Concept, art direct and design high-visibility moments from brand campaigns, product launches, and events, developing approaches that can scale across a broad range of surfaces, moments, and channels.
- Contribute to our brand systems and develop standards and tooling that improve velocity and consistency for teammates near and far.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and patterns that make great work repeatable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 10+ years in an agency or in-house environment, with demonstrated leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
- A strong portfolio of work that’s culturally resonant and visually diverse, and that showcases your ability to tell stories across many channels.
- A deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and sensitivity to small details.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash systems. You’ll build and maintain Ramp’s Salesforce-based quoting platform, contract workflows, and Billing/Core integrations that turn complex commercial agreements into accurate, supportable customer outcomes—from quote creation and approvals through order forms, provisioning, billing, renewals, and amendments.
This is not a Salesforce CPQ implementation role. Ramp uses an in-house Quote-to-Cash platform built on Salesforce, so we’re looking for a strong Salesforce engineer with experience in quoting, pricing, contracts, billing, subscriptions, or other complex commercial workflows.
This role sits in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team and partners closely with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Billing Engineering, Product, and GTM teams. You’ll combine hands-on Salesforce engineering with systems design and strong commercial judgment to make high-stakes revenue workflows reliable, scalable, and easier for teams to use.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Design, build, and operate Ramp’s Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash platform and the integrations between Salesforce, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent business systems. Own data contracts, idempotency, error handling, reconciliation, and safe lifecycle changes for quotes, contracts, and subscriptions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using in-house services and approved automation platforms.
- Drive architecture, tooling, and design decisions that keep commercial systems fast, reliable, and scalable.
- Write and communicate technical specifications, including architecture diagrams, data models, process flows, and sequence diagrams.
- Own data integrity and the operating assumptions for your domain; continually improve them.
- Partner with the rest of the team on code reviews, operational support, debugging, and solution design.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years building applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- 5+ years of systems architecture and integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and asynchronous processing.
- Working knowledge of another programming language, such as Python.
- Strong API and integration-design skills, including reliable handling of retries, duplicate events, partial failures, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with Quote-to-Cash domains such as quoting, pricing, approvals, contract lifecycle management, billing, subscriptions, renewals, or amendments. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is welcome but not required.
- Familiarity with the broader GTM stack beyond Salesforce, such as Gong, LeanData, contract lifecycle management, billing, or revenue systems.
- Strong knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns, streaming APIs, and publish/subscribe architectures.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, CI/CD, Salesforce platform limits, code coverage, and unit-testing practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex commercial requirements into simple, durable system behavior with non-engineering partners.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and evaluating their output.
NICE TO HAVES
- Snowflake/DBT
- Kafka experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re building the next generation of wallet infrastructure at Rain, supporting both custodial and non-custodial architectures. Our team is tackling foundational problems across cryptography, key management, secure computing, and blockchain wallet infrastructure—not simply integrating existing wallet SDKs. We’re looking for exceptional engineering leaders and senior individual contributors who can architect these systems from the ground up, bring deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet security and infrastructure, and have the technical breadth to work across multiple wallet architectures. Most importantly, we want engineers who are excited to push the technical frontier and define what modern wallet infrastructure should look like, rather than reproduce the standard stack that exists today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the architecture of Rain’s wallet infrastructure, designing secure, scalable systems for custody, key management, transaction signing, authorization, and recovery.
- Design flexible signing infrastructure that can support MPC, HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, and emerging cryptographic approaches without creating fragmented systems.
- Build and evolve wallet systems across multiple account models, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, embedded wallets, and multichain infrastructure.
- Define the boundaries between cryptography and wallet orchestration, including how keys, signing authority, transaction policies, permissions, and authorization interact across the platform.
- Architect security-critical key management systems covering key generation, distributed key generation, storage, rotation, backup, recovery, and hardware-backed isolation.
- Build highly available signing and transaction infrastructure capable of securely controlling high-value customer assets while maintaining reliable, developer-friendly APIs.
- Set the technical direction for wallet security, including threat modeling, policy engines, secrets management, account recovery, authentication, and programmable authorization.
- Make foundational build-vs.-buy decisions across cryptography, custody, wallet, and security infrastructure while ensuring the architecture can evolve alongside new blockchain standards and cryptographic techniques.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet, custody, cryptography, or security infrastructure, combined with strong distributed systems and architecture fundamentals.
- Experience designing or building production wallet, custody, signing, or key management systems, particularly infrastructure responsible for securing high-value assets.
- Strong knowledge of applied cryptography, such as MPC, threshold cryptography, threshold signatures, distributed key generation, ECDSA, EdDSA, or secure multiparty computation.
- Experience with HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, confidential computing, hardware-backed key isolation, or other security-critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of modern wallet and blockchain account architecture, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, transaction orchestration, and multichain systems.
- Experience designing authentication, authorization, policy, permissions, recovery, or secrets-management systems where security and correctness are critical.
- A track record of making high-leverage architectural decisions in complex distributed systems, including evaluating tradeoffs across security, reliability, developer experience, and extensibility.
- The ability to form strong technical opinions, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and own architecture from first principles through production, rather than simply integrating existing wallet or custody providers.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI delivery, and Ramp’s core product teams. You will partner with enterprise/strategic customers to deeply understand their finance workflows—especially corporate finance and controllership priorities like close, controls, and spend governance—identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation, and translate those needs into clear problem statements, solution designs, and actionable feedback for Ramp’s Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
This role is for someone who can listen carefully, structure ambiguity, and turn on-the-ground learnings into scalable solutions. This role required high proactivity and bias to action.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Discover and diagnose customer needs. Run stakeholder interviews and workflow deep dives with Finance, Procurement, AP, and IT teams. Map end-to-end processes and identify the underlying drivers behind pain points — risk, cost, cycle time, compliance, exception volume, and operational complexity.
- Translate needs into solution requirements. Turn qualitative input into crisp artifacts: problem statements, success metrics, constraints, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans. Balance speed, safety, and scalability across MVPs, iterations, and broader rollouts.
- Partner with technical teams to implement AI workflows. Work closely with Ramp engineers and AI builders to design and ship solutions that meet real customer workflows. Specify data inputs, integrations, governance needs, policy rules, auditability requirements, and edge cases.
- Drive feedback loops into Ramp's product. Synthesize learnings across customers into reusable patterns and product opportunities. Write high-signal briefs for Product and Engineering that explain what customers need, why it matters, and what should be built next.
- Communicate impact and guide executives. Present status, outcomes, and recommendations to customer operators, executives, and internal stakeholders. Quantify impact through time saved, error reduction, improved compliance, faster close, and other business outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem framing: you can turn messy workflows into clear systems and priorities.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing (briefs, requirements, postmortems) and verbally (workshops, exec readouts).
- A builder mindset: you like shipping, learning, and improving the system.
- Experience in solutions, implementation, product strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
- Strong grounding in corporate finance / controllership workflows, including accounting close, spend governance/controls, budgeting, procurement, and AP operations.
- Experience translating finance requirements into system design and configuration (e.g., ERP/accounting, procurement, expense management, payments), including integrations, data mapping, and controls.
- Ability to partner with finance system owners/admins to drive change management, testing (UAT), and successful rollouts.
- Familiarity with finance operations workflows (AP, procurement, expenses, cards, accounting close).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, automation, or applied ML (you do not need to be an ML engineer).
- Basic comfort with data concepts and systems integration (APIs, ETL, SQL, spreadsheets, data quality).
WORKING STYLE
We collaborate best when we’re close to the work and close to each other. This role is hybrid in New York, with time in-office to partner tightly with product and engineering teams. Importantly, this role required spending time with customers to understand real workflows, so travel and flexibility are critical to success.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will build and run the operating systems that help Juno ship reliably and support customers as we scale. On the product operations side, you will turn product decisions into clear operating plans, maintain visibility in Linear, coordinate customer testing and launch readiness, keep commitments and risks visible, and make sure product changes are communicated clearly.
You will partner closely with product and engineering to make decisions executable, keep work organized, surface gaps and dependencies, and ensure the team follows through on what it has committed to ship.
On the customer support side, you will be the first line of defense when customers encounter product issues. You will triage and investigate problems, coordinate the right response, and redirect travel-service questions to our travel partners. Because you sit close to both the product process and the customer, you will turn recurring friction into clear insights, accountable follow-up, and better operating systems.
Success means Juno ships through a lightweight and dependable process, customers understand what changed, risks and commitments do not get lost, recurring issues reach the right owners, and support demand does not grow one-for-one with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide holistic support through the entire launch lifecycle across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, change management, customer communication, and post-launch iteration. Own and improve Juno's shipping process so the right reviews, testing, documentation, internal enablement, and customer updates happen at the right time.
- Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, owners, milestones, dependencies, status, and product decisions. Surface risks early and follow through until they are resolved.
- Serve as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues across email and chat, join customer calls when needed, manage escalations to resolution, and route travel-service questions to the right partner.
- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions. Analyze support trends and customer feedback, diagnose recurring friction, size the problems you find, and translate messy input into clear findings, recommended actions, prioritization input, and accountable follow-up for product and engineering.
- Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences that improve the quality and speed of product operations and customer support.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, consulting, or another customer-facing analytical role in a fast-moving software company.
- You are highly process-oriented. You can turn ambiguous cross-functional work into clear owners, milestones, decisions, and next steps without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You actively use AI to get real work done and can show us what you have automated, analyzed, or built.
- You can use qualitative feedback and data to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, size problems, and measure whether a product or operational fix reduced customer friction.
- You write with precision and empathy. You can explain a complicated product change or technical issue clearly, without jargon or filler.
- You run toward ownership, move quickly without losing the details, and can drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, customers, and external partners.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, debugging, or data analysis, even if you do not write production code.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, travel, fintech, or another operationally complex product.
