9-Month Contract Position
About the Job:
We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and paid channels, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional Sales. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook.
You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ.
Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting.
Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns.
Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets.
Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes.
Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend.
Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership.
Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets.
Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ.
Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales.
Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets.
Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.

About LaunchDarkly Engineering
LaunchDarkly helps engineering organizations
ship software and AI with speed,
safety, and control. Our platform gives teams the confidence to release gradually, target experiences to the right audiences, learn through experimentation, understand what is happening in production, and respond quickly when risk appears.

The work spans high-scale distributed systems, reliable data and event pipelines, intuitive enterprise workflows, and AI-powered capabilities that help teams manage the next generation of software delivery.
LaunchDarkly’s SDKs are used in systems that perform trillions of feature flag evaluations each day, giving our engineering work a direct connection to the reliability and customer experience of software around the world. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Endpoint team (Client Platform Engineering) manages the devices Anthropic’s people work on, plus the infrastructure underneath them. We treat the fleet as a distributed platform, not a collection of devices, and configuration ships as code through pull requests, CI, staging, and a canary group. Today the fleet is mostly macOS, with a growing mobile footprint.
Anthropic also works with vendor and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners whose teams need access to Anthropic systems. Those programs are growing, in more countries and with more vendors. Anthropic-owned Chromebooks issued to vendor staff are becoming the default device for vendor teams. This role exists to make ChromeOS a supported platform with a dedicated owner. You will own ChromeOS end to end, from how devices are bought and enrolled to how they are locked down, monitored, and retired, and help bring Android in as a second platform.
The team is deliberately lean and runs with high autonomy. You’ll define what ChromeOS looks like at Anthropic and own the platform decisions that get it there.
Responsibilities
Own ChromeOS as a platform at Anthropic: device standards, Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise setup, organizational unit design, and policy
Manage ChromeOS policy as code through the Chrome Policy API, GAM, and Terraform, in the team's config-as-code pipeline, so changes are reviewed, tested, and progressively rolled out like the rest of the fleet
Build zero touch enrollment through resellers, so a Chromebook arrives enrolled and works the first time in every country our vendor partners work from
Work with IT Operations and procurement partners on buying and shipping devices internationally, including regions our current partners don’t reach
Design device models for vendor teams (kiosk, managed guest sessions, shared devices, and assigned devices) and pick the right one for each program
Lock devices down to what the work needs: copy and paste, downloads, printing, USB, and app and extension controls
Own the device lifecycle for vendor fleets, from enrollment to wipe, lock, and retrieval when an engagement ends
Feed ChromeOS device data into our fleet telemetry, tracking which devices are checking in, OS version, and drift between expected and actual state
Partner with Corporate Security on hardware standards (such as Verified Access attestation and minimum AUE date), device trust signals, and access decisions
Work with Security on the contractor access model and on keeping Anthropic data off vendor devices
Run data loss controls through Chrome Enterprise Premium
Work with Security on the vendor identity model: which accounts vendor staff use and in which tenant
Support Android as a second platform, working with the corporate mobile program on Android Enterprise and zero-touch enrollment
Write the runbooks IT Operations and vendor partners use to stand up a new program
You may be a good fit if you
Have owned ChromeOS as a platform for a fleet of thousands of devices
Know the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise well: OU design, device and user policy, enrollment, and reporting
Have automated ChromeOS policy through the Chrome Policy API or GAM
Have run kiosk, managed guest, or shared device programs for frontline, contact center, or outsourced teams
Have set up zero touch enrollment with resellers and shipped devices across several countries
Have worked with Android device management and can hold your own in a mixed fleet
Excel at ambiguous problems that touch several teams at once
Communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience, including vendor partners
View IT Engineering as requiring product engineering rigor
Write clear documentation as a natural part of your workflow
Strong candidates may also
Manage device configuration as code (pull requests, CI, staged rollout) instead of clicking in consoles
Have managed ChromeOS alongside macOS or mobile fleets
Have used VDI or browser-based access to keep data off the device for outsourced teams
Have supported BPO or vendor programs through fast growth into new regions
Have built automated, progressive rollout systems with promotion gated on telemetry
Have used LLMs to automate operational work, or are excited to make Claude a teammate
Technical Skills
Python and shell scripting
ChromeOS management through the Google Admin console and Chrome Enterprise
Google Admin SDK, Chrome Policy API, and GAM for automating policy and reporting
Android Enterprise management (working knowledge)
Querying live device state at fleet scale
GitOps and CI for configuration management
Endpoint security fundamentals
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$325,000
—
$360,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager Account Executive to lead our pursuits into the largest and most complex global enterprises. This is a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for an elite enterprise seller who excels at high-stakes, multi-year deal campaigns.
Rather than managing high-velocity pipeline across a wide territory, you will hold deep ownership of a curated portfolio of Checkout’s most strategic targets (e.g., Fortune 50 / global tier-one accounts). Deal cycles on these accounts are transformative, measured in quarters and years rather than weeks, with contract values spanning tens of millions in revenue and billions in processed volume.
You will act as the "CEO of the Pursuit," orchestrating cross-functional deal squads—spanning Solutions Engineering, Product, Treasury, Legal, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership—to architect bespoke, mission-critical infrastructure solutions for sophisticated global buyers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Account Orchestration: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year account penetration strategies for a select target list of mega-cap enterprises. Map complex, matrixed global organizations to uncover systemic inefficiencies in their existing payment stacks.
- Multi-Threaded Stakeholder Alignment: Build sustained, credible relationships across diverse buying centers within the enterprise—including C-suite executives, Global Heads of Treasury, Chief Technology Officers, Product Leaders, and Enterprise Procurement.
- Deal Team Leadership (Virtual GM): Mobilize, lead, and coordinate a dedicated cross-functional pursuit team (Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, Legal, Commercial Strategy, Integration Specialists, and C-level sponsors) to deliver high-impact proposals, deep-dive workshops, and executive briefings.
- Complex Commercial & Technical Architecture: Translate complex technical, regulatory, and financial mechanics (e.g., cross-border interchange, scheme routing optimization, local acquiring, unified commerce) into quantifiable ROI models and long-term business cases tailored to board-level evaluation.
- Multi-Year Pursuit Governance: Drive sustained momentum through complex, 12- to 24-plus month procurement, evaluation, and proof-of-concept cycles. Maintain discipline, milestone progression, and executive-level alignment despite organizational shifts, market changes, and competitive pressures.
- High-Stakes Contract Negotiation: Lead master services agreement (MSA) negotiations, complex pricing frameworks, service-level commitments, and risk/regulatory alignments in direct coordination with top-tier corporate legal and procurement teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Proven Track Record in Mega-Deals: Substantial history of quota attainment within enterprise software, fintech, or payments, specifically characterized by multi-million-dollar ACV or platform-scale commercial contracts.
- Multi-Year Cycle Mastery: Demonstrated ability to originate, navigate, and close 12- to 24-plus month enterprise procurement cycles with Fortune 100 or global top-tier digital enterprises.
- Executive Gravitas & Technical Acumen: Comfortable commanding the room with C-level stakeholders, corporate treasurers, and technical architects; able to synthesize complex payment infrastructure nuances into clear business outcomes.
- Internal Leadership Without Authority: Exceptional ability to align internal executive stakeholders, prioritize cross-functional resources, and influence product roadmaps to win tier-one logos.
- Strategic Endurance & Analytical Rigor: High intellectual curiosity, strategic patience, and structured account planning skills (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or equivalent enterprise methodologies).
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in enterprise payments, financial infrastructure, cloud platforms, or complex transaction processing is strongly preferred.
