Essential
• Minimum 3 years in sales or trading within messaging or wholesale telecoms.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

About The Role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement consultant to own the Source-to-Pay and inventory management workstream on a S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a major trading group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a broad, senior generalist role — you will be the single specialist covering procurement, supplier management, and core inventory processes across 4 legal entities.
You will work primarily offshore, joining the client onsite in Riyadh for key Fit-to-Standard workshops, UAT, and go-live. You'll partner closely with the Finance and Integration workstreams, since procurement processes touch both heavily in this engagement.
What You'll Own
— Fit-to-Standard workshops covering procurement and inventory processes, translating client requirements into standard S/4HANA Cloud configuration.
— End-to-end configuration of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipt workflows.
— Supplier master data setup, purchasing contracts, and supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
— Core inventory and stock management configuration across all 4 legal entities.
— The integration design touchpoints between Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI), working closely with the Finance Lead.
— Data migration scope for vendor master records and open purchase orders, in coordination with the Data Migration Consultant.
— End-user training delivery for procurement and inventory users during the Deploy phase.
Requirements
— 5+ years of SAP MM / Supply Chain consulting experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation as lead consultant.
— Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition procurement processes.
— Strong, demonstrable knowledge of the full Source-to-Pay process — from requisition through invoice settlement.
— Practical experience with basic warehouse and inventory management configuration.
— Comfort working independently across a broad scope, without a large team of specialists to lean on.
— Solid understanding of MM-FI integration points: goods receipt, invoice verification, accruals.
Preferred
— Prior project experience in the KSA market, with familiarity around local procurement and supplier practices.
— Exposure to intercompany stock transfer and subcontracting processes.
— Working knowledge of Arabic, written or spoken.
— Experience in trading, distribution, or bulk commodities client environments.

About The Role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a senior, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a major trading group based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will take full ownership of a multi-legal-entity Finance and Supply Chain transformation — from Fit-to-Standard workshops through go-live and hypercare — working at the intersection of our client's leadership and a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team.
This is a high-visibility role within our Middle East practice. You will report directly to the Managing Director and act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
What You'll Own
— End-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from Prepare through Run.
— A delivery team spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training — coordinating onsite and offshore workstreams as one team.
— The project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all phases.
— Executive-level reporting and steering committee facilitation with client leadership across 4 legal entities.
— Scope governance and change request management, protecting both project quality and commercial margin.

Requirements
— 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with full lifecycle accountability.
— A minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as lead Project Manager.
— SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
— Demonstrated experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
— Confident, polished stakeholder management with C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
— A track record of holding scope, budget, and timeline discipline on fixed-price or milestone-based engagements.
Preferred
— PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
— Prior experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing client environments.
— Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes.
Benefits
— Work on flagship Cloud ERP transformations for some of the region's most respected enterprises, backed by a multi-vendor partner ecosystem spanning SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText, BMC, Boomi, and Red Hat.
— A Berlin-headquartered firm with genuine regional depth — offices in Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo, and Casablanca, and an offshore delivery model that lets you focus on what matters most: the client.
— Direct visibility and access to senior leadership — your impact on client outcomes is seen and valued, not buried in a large delivery hierarchy.
— A culture that rewards ownership: you scope it, you lead it, you're credited for it.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
