The Head of Global Events & Travel leads the strategy, governance, and execution of our global events and corporate travel function. This role oversees three interconnected areas:
Flagship, VIP, High-Complexity & Client/client’s customers-Facing Events
(client and client’s customers events, executive dinners, and high-touch VIP gatherings);
Internal Meetings & Corporate Travel
(global gatherings, executive offsites, collaborators travel program); and
Dedicated Financial Control & Commercial Management
.
The Head is accountable for the full events and corporate travel portfolio, consolidated budgets, strategic supplier agreements, service standards, and duty-of-care governance. Serving both internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, prospects, and partners), the Head sets priorities, builds team capability, and manages major commercial decisions and C-level/client escalations. Financial oversight is supported by the Event & Travel Finance Lead in alignment with central Corporate FP&A.
A key initial priority is leading the implementation and transition to our enhanced travel operating model. Once established, the Head provides oversight through periodic performance reviews and exception management, delegating routine operations to the team and Travel Management Companies (TMCs).
Responsibilities
Function Leadership:
Lead and develop the Team. Recruit open roles, establish team cadence, and build capabilities across the function. Strategic resource planning across agencies, production vendors, and internal talent to execute both internal and client-facing events seamlessly.
Flagship, VIP & Client/client’s customers-Facing Events:
Execute on objectives, budgets, and brand standards set by C-Level leadership for 5,000-attendee conference, VIP executive receptions, and regional customer summits. Manage delivery through the internal Team, supported by event specialists and external agencies. Lead venue selection, production, security, contract negotiations, and attendee experience for both internal and external audiences.
Internal Meetings & Offsites:
Oversee the internal gathering strategy and delivery. Standardize playbooks for routine company meetings and regional leadership offsites.
Travel Operating Model Transition:
Lead the implementation of our approved global travel operating model, including RFPs and contracts for multi-region TMCs, unified policy and expense frameworks, approvals, reconciliation, and dual quoting. Coordinate phased migration corridor-by-corridor, validate vendor acceptance, protect service continuity, and establish an operational handover once stable.
Corporate Travel Oversight:
Own global travel strategy, master agreements, and major operational escalations. Oversee daily fulfillment, group flights, hotel blocks, rebooking, and high-touch support for executives, clients, and guest speakers managed by TMCs and the Travel & Logistics Coordinator.
Budget Accountability & Resource Stewardship:
Own the consolidated events and travel budget, as well as revenue/cost-recovery models for sponsored or client-facing events. Act as a steward of company resources, prioritizing expenditure against strategic business objectives, maximizing ROI on client events, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and escalating forecast overruns early with mitigation plans.
Financial Governance & Client Billing:
Work through the Team to manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, vendor deposits, event ledgers, cross-charging/client billing, invoice reconciliation, and post-event financial reviews. Maintain strict approval thresholds, separation of duties, purchase orders, payment terms, and international VAT/GST recovery.
Strategic Suppliers & Commercial Partnerships:
Lead major RFPs and negotiations with TMCs, airlines, hotel chains, event venues, registration platforms, and production partners. Maintain competitive discipline, set service expectations, and delegate routine vendor management while remaining the key point of contact for material escalations.
Policy, Duty of Care & Risk Management:
Own the global events and travel policy. Establish traveler assistance, emergency response, data privacy, and incident escalation frameworks in coordination with People Ops, Legal, IT, and Security, ensuring comprehensive coverage for collaborators, clients, and external VIP guests.
Cross-Functional & Client Partnership:
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on client event revenue targets, sponsorships, client experience, and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with C-Level executives on internal event agendas, keynotes, and executive participation. Partner with Finance, Legal, and People Ops to streamline global delivery.
Events & Travel Leadership:
8+ years leading corporate events and managed travel programs, including 3+ years leading a global function in a fast-growing, international environment.
Client & Internal Event Expertise:
Proven track record running both internal company meetings/offsites and high-impact, client- or customer-facing events (e.g., user conferences, client advisory boards, sponsored summits, roadshows).
Large-Scale Event Execution:
Proven experience directing large conferences (5,000+ attendees) end-to-end, covering budgets, venue sourcing, registration tech, production, speaker/VIP management, and vendor teams.
Travel Program Transformation:
Hands-on experience implementing or re-platforming corporate travel frameworks (TMC selections, booking/expense integrations, phased migrations, and duty-of-care rollouts). Multi-TMC or hybrid experience preferred.
Travel Industry & Commercial Fluency:
Strong understanding of airline/hotel distribution economics (GDS, NDC, dynamic pricing, corporate direct programs) and commercial contracting for high-value event venues and suppliers.
Financial & Commercial Acumen:
Demonstrated budget ownership, financial forecasting, ROI tracking, vendor negotiations, and client event billing/cost recovery. Experience with virtual-card systems or modern payment settlements is a plus.
Executive & External Presence:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging directly with C-Suite executives, enterprise clients, sponsors, and key industry partners.
Data Privacy & Duty of Care:
Solid understanding of global travel safety protocols, crisis management, GDPR compliance, vendor DPAs, and attendee data privacy standards.
Language & Mobility:
Professional fluency in English (Spanish and/or Italian are strong pluses). Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% and operate across European, Middle Eastern, and Americas time zones.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a recruiter to partner with our revenue org. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across high-visibility roles, working with leaders across the GTM org to hire world-class talent.
This isn’t a conventional recruiting role. You’ll work alongside executives to shape role strategy, design a high-touch candidate experience, leverage AI to improve our recruiting operations, and close exceptional talent for a fast-growing commercial team. You know what great looks like in a candidate, whether from building GTM teams at high-growth companies or from consistently exceeding hiring goals. The role centers on high ownership, data-driven decisions, and building pipelines and processes that scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
- Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify the signals that raise quality of hire
- Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high
- Representing Tennr externally. Every candidate interaction is a chance to show our brand and values.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
- Experience with Ashby preferred
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait.
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.

Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and
Node.js
skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

About the job
We are looking for Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
