Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Go Developer to design and develop high-performance, secure, and reliable software components for enterprise-scale data collection and processing systems. You'll be building software that runs across Windows and macOS, processes high-frequency events, securely buffers and transmits data, and integrates with cloud-based data platforms — with production-grade engineering practices throughout.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and background services in Go, following clean architecture and production-grade engineering practices.
- Build multi-threaded and concurrent processing components using goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives, worker pools, and efficient memory-management techniques.
- Develop reliable event collection, processing, batching, compression, serialization, and transmission mechanisms for high-volume telemetry and event data.
- Implement robust local persistence and encrypted buffering — supporting offline operation, checkpointing, retry queues, recovery, and protection against data loss.
- Develop secure integrations with cloud platforms and data services using REST APIs, HTTPS, SDKs, and other integration mechanisms.
- Implement enterprise-grade authentication and security mechanisms, including RSA key-pair authentication, JWT/OAuth, TLS, certificate validation, encryption, and secure credential handling.
- Design resilient distributed-client behavior — idempotency, duplicate prevention, exponential-backoff retries, acknowledgement handling, failure recovery, rate limiting, and network resilience.
- Develop efficient data-processing capabilities across formats such as JSON, Parquet, and Protocol Buffers.
- Optimize applications for CPU, memory, disk I/O, network utilization, startup time, and long-running stability using Go profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and support cross-platform software for Windows and macOS, including interaction with OS APIs, system services, file systems, networking, and OS-native security facilities.
- Build comprehensive unit, integration, performance, stress, resilience, and security tests.
- Implement production-grade logging, metrics, health monitoring, diagnostics, and telemetry — ensuring sensitive information is never exposed through operational logs.
- Contribute to application packaging, versioning, configuration management, automated deployment, upgrade, rollback, and enterprise software-distribution strategies.
- Provide senior-level technical leadership through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Golang.
- Advanced knowledge of Go concurrency — goroutines, channels, mutexes, contexts, synchronization, and worker-pool patterns.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience building long-running services, agents, system utilities, telemetry applications, or distributed client applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTPS, TLS, JSON, authentication, and secure API integration.
- Experience implementing RSA/public-key cryptography, JWT/OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and secure credential management.
- Experience with local persistence, caching, queueing, batching, compression, retry, and failure-recovery patterns.
- Knowledge of Parquet or similar columnar/binary data formats and high-volume data-processing patterns.
- Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, mocking, profiling, debugging, and performance testing in Go.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, code-quality tooling, dependency management, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms and cloud SDK integration.
- Experience with Windows and/or macOS system programming, enterprise endpoint software, or large-scale telemetry systems.
- Familiarity with C/C++ or .NET interoperability, Windows APIs, macOS APIs, or OS-level encryption and key stores.
- Experience with MSI/MSIX packaging and enterprise device-management platforms.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

Grow With Us
We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who can combine analytical thinking with strong customer relationships. You'll own the full customer lifecycle: from successful adoption and value realization through renewal and expansion opportunities. You should think strategically about what your customers need, use data to solve their problems, and own outcomes for your portfolio.
This is a full-time role based in Lehi with a hybrid work setup.
Day in the Life
Customer Success & Problem Solving (40%)
Become an expert in Workstream and your customers' business
Build deep understanding of how they manage hourly workforces, multi-location operations, and franchisee adoption
Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Use product usage data, customer activity, and financial signals to figure out what's working
Leverage CSM tools (Gainsight, Churn Zero, Totango, or similar) to get visibility into account health, adoption, and risk
When customers have complex challenges, identify them and work with Product, Support, and Sales to solve them
Run customer training, build content that helps them learn, and set them up to self-serve adoption where possible
Keep accurate account records and notes
Renewal & Retention (35%)
Own renewal conversations and drive renewal outcomes for your portfolio
Get ahead of at-risk accounts and develop recovery strategies based on understanding why customers churn
Use customer data and CSM tools to surface renewal timing and risk signals
Be the customer's voice internally. Push for features, process changes, and decisions that protect retention
Growth & Expansion Pipeline (15%)
Surface expansion opportunities and generate CSQLs for Sales through discovery and account analysis
Look at customer usage patterns and business fit to identify where Workstream can solve new problems
Partner with Sales to brief them on expansion readiness
Introduce customers to new features as it makes sense for their needs
Feedback & Insights (10%)
Share what you're seeing across your portfolio. Which segments stick around? What actually drives churn? What does healthy adoption look like?
Give the internal team feedback on product gaps, where training breaks down, and process improvements
Use the renewal forecast to figure out where to focus your energy and effort
Key Metrics You Will Be Measured On
Renewal rate and NRR for your portfolio
Customer retention and churn
Customer engagement and health
CSQLs generated for Sales
Product adoption and usage
Who You Are
4–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar work where you've owned customer outcomes. You've managed a portfolio, built relationships, and moved the needle. Experience closing renewals is helpful.
You're analytical and strategic. You read customer data and understand what it means. You can look at a health scorecard and know what to do. You notice patterns: which segments are resilient, what kills adoption, where expansion lives.
You're good at discovery. You ask questions that matter, listen, and actually understand what your customers are trying to accomplish. You naturally uncover renewal risk, expansion signals, and feature requests.
You can handle complexity and ambiguity. You manage enterprise customers with real nuance - multi-location operators, franchisees, corporate partners. You know when to escalate, when to fix it yourself, when to loop in Product.
You're a clear communicator. You can explain complicated concepts in simple terms to customers and internally. Your account summaries and feedback are actually useful to the team.
You're organized and detail-oriented. You keep your accounts clean, track next steps, and follow through. You're comfortable with dashboards and CSM tools.
Nice To Have
Experience with payroll, HR tech, QSR, or franchising
You've used CSM platforms like Gainsight, Totango, Churn Zero, or Intercom
You've worked at a startup or high-growth company
Background in renewals, contracts, or account management
You've managed multi-location or franchisee operations

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The next generation of software won’t just be used by people — it’ll be built and shipped by agents. Builds are where that happens, and they’re the beating heart of Vercel. Whether an idea starts in v0, in an agent, or in an engineer’s editor, every customer builds — and millions of builds flow through our systems every day.
As an engineer on the Agentic Infrastructure team, you’ll take ownership of the systems that carry that work at scale. You won’t just contribute features — you’ll be responsible for the design, reliability, and evolution of the platform itself. You’ll make decisions that shape performance, define best practices, and ensure the workflows that Vercel, our customers, and their agents depend on are fast, resilient, and secure.
This role blends product thinking with deep systems ownership. You’ll partner with teams across Vercel to build and operate the agentic infrastructure that determines how software actually ships.
We’re looking for engineers who want to own high-scale systems end-to-end, thrive on improving the developer/agent experience, and are driven to have a lasting impact on how modern software gets built and delivered.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve the infrastructure that powers Vercel’s build and deployment lifecycle — from handling webhooks to designing resilient database schemas and building scalable APIs.
Design and operate high-performance microservices that process millions of builds daily, ensuring speed, reliability, and developer delight.
Lead projects end-to-end: from identifying opportunities to defining technical direction and delivering improvements in performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Collaborate across teams to align infrastructure with company-wide goals and ensure seamless developer workflows.
Shape the long-term vision of agentic infrastructure at Vercel by setting standards for scalability, reliability, and developer productivity.
Participate in the on-call rotation, taking responsibility for the reliability of critical systems.
Contribute to the open-source community, representing Vercel’s commitment to advancing developer tools globally.
Write clean, efficient, tested, and well-documented code that others can build upon confidently.
What you need
3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating backend applications and distributed systems at scale.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to navigate and improve complex systems.
Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
A track record of end-to-end ownership — from design and implementation through to long-term operation in production.
Skilled at cross-team collaboration, able to influence priorities and drive alignment toward shared goals.
Able to reason about technical direction and architectural tradeoffs, balancing long-term vision with pragmatic delivery.
Invested in the people around you — through mentorship, code review, or simply raising the bar on how the team builds.
Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to push the boundaries of how modern software gets built and shipped.
Bonus if you
Are familiar with React or Next.js
Have experience with DynamoDB
Have worked to develop a CI/CD platform or internal developer platform used by other engineers or by agents.
Have experience contributing to or participating in open-source projects.
Have experience optimizing build systems for monorepos or polyrepo setups.
Have experience with build caching, artifact storage, or dependency management at scale.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The base pay range for this role is $196,000.00 - $294,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
