About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.

How we hire
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
We’re real
A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts
Workplace: hybrid
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production. Then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter, without the layers, politics, and long wait for impact of a firm with a hundred thousand people. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, led by our founders since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA
Why Provectus?
Frontier access. Anthropic Preferred Partner:
newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process, not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff augmentation.
Autonomous
. You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth.
Build beside senior FDEs on a Claude certified team, with a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive. You are the one who builds it
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints, working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice
What we look for:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands on today and intend to stay that way
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a nondeterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why
Strong engineering fundamentals. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack
Cloud native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits
Presales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders: you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
Hands on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses)
Nice to have:
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform
Open source contributions or public writing on applied AI
What We Offer:
Full time
On site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC once a week
Unlimited Vacation policy
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance
401(k) matching plan
Base salary $180k to $200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Head of Workplace & Facilities based in London, you will be responsible for ensuring our teams operate in environments that are not only functional and safe—but scalable, adaptable, and built for the pace of high-growth product development. From brownfield build-outs to continuous upgrades, you will translate company-wide requirements into fit-for-purpose, high-performance facilities.
You will own the planning, delivery, and management of all physical environments that enable engineering and company operations—from collaborative workspaces and lab floors to test zones and logistics areas. You will lead brownfield and retrofit programmes across our sites, ensuring they meet the exacting needs of modern robotics engineering
This is a highly cross-functional, technically grounded leadership role. You’ll partner with hardware, software, and operations teams to turn functional requirements into physical reality—ensuring that space never becomes a blocker to speed, safety, or innovation.
This role also includes accountability for general office management, including oversight of our workplace operations team and front-of-house function. You’ll ensure the daily experience in each site reflects our culture and values—providing a seamless, well-run environment for employees, visitors, and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Facility Strategy & Planning
- Define and lead the physical environment strategy across lab, workspace, test, integration, prototype manufacturing, and office areas
- Translate functional and technical requirements from all parts of the business into clear, scalable space plans
- Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and future planning across global locations
- Develop and maintain design standards for our labs and shared workspaces
Programme Delivery (Brownfield & Fit-Out)
- Own the full lifecycle of facility programmes: scoping, budgeting, planning, contractor management, delivery, and commissioning
- Oversee brownfield upgrades to enable evolving R&D, prototype manufacturing, and testing needs
- Manage external architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Coordinate delivery timelines with product, hiring, and operational roadmaps
Prototype Manufacturing & Lab Readiness
- Ensure infrastructure supports mechatronics-heavy workflows including actuator assembly, sub-system integration, electronics rework, and test rig operation
- Define layouts and utility requirements (power, ESD, ventilation, compressed air, equipment mounting, etc.) for in-house prototyping and low-volume builds
- Establish protocols for safe operation, material flow, and flexible reconfiguration of physical spaces
Office Operations & Workplace Experience
- Lead general office and workplace management across all global sites
- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being
Facility Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring
- Lead improvements in facility uptime, utilisation, safety, and team experience
- Manage shared infrastructure including lab services, AV, security, physical IT, and environment monitoring
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and relevant R&D standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, people, logistics, IT, and workplace operations
- Work with executive leadership to develop long-term facilities strategy, capital planning, and space forecasting
- Represent facilities in company-wide planning processes, including headcount growth and program milestones
- Drive alignment between physical infrastructure and company objectives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years of experience in facilities, technical operations, or capital project delivery in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments
- Proven track record managing brownfield retrofits and complex fit-out programmes
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure requirements for labs, prototype manufacturing, and mixed-use technical spaces
- Experience overseeing general office operations, reception, and workplace experience functions
- Fluency across building systems (power, HVAC, ventilation, ESD, security, etc.) and health & safety best practices
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and skilled in leading cross-functional capital programmes from start to finish
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics, aerospace, automation, or electromechanical product development
- Familiarity with ISO/cleanroom environments, build/test zones, or controlled lab standards
- Track record building or scaling physical infrastructure in high-growth organisations
- Experience with real estate strategy, landlord/tenant negotiations, or hybrid campus models
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to industrial organisations across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with manufacturers, engineering groups, energy and utilities providers, and logistics and supply chain businesses. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the industrial sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to industrial stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, maintenance and field service. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with industrial decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the industrial sector. Navigate complex, often global, industrial organisations to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to industrial procurement cycles, capex and opex budgeting, and supplier qualification processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse industrial market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within engineering and R&D, plant operations, supply chain and procurement, quality, maintenance, and field service. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for industrial applications
Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within industrial organisations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and industrial use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, multi-site industrial organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, operations and engineering leadership, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within industrial procurement frameworks, including supplier onboarding, security and data governance reviews
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various industrial audiences, from plant and engineering managers to senior executives
Deep understanding of industrial buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory, safety and sustainability pressures industrial businesses operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the industrial market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for industrial use

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
