About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Insurance: the carriers, MGAs, and brokers people rely on when life gets expensive and complicated. These organizations win or lose on trust and service at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to insurers reimagining how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Insurance industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large national carriers that require a white-glove experience with regional and mid-sized insurers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows, such as claims intake, policy servicing and renewals, billing and payment support, agent and broker support, and contact center coaching
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in insurance AI governance and regulation
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Claims Operations, Customer Service and Contact Center, Distribution, Digital and Technology, and Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across lines of business
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, guide customers through security, architecture, and AI governance review, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Insurance positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Insurance experience (carriers, MGAs, brokers, insurtech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing [six- and seven-figure] deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (claims, customer service, distribution, digital), and to compliance and risk gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including regulated-industry vendor risk, AI governance, and data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships with senior executives, and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences
- High EQ, self-aware, and curious. Low ego and hands-on, comfortable running your own prospecting and deals
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and conversational AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Healthcare: the health systems, hospitals, clinics, health plans, and life sciences companies people trust with their health and their families’ care. These organizations win or lose on trust and access at massive scale, under some of the most demanding regulatory standards anywhere.
Our ideal candidate learns fast, closes well from a warm introduction, and is passionate about AI voice technology. You’ll act as a strategic partner to organizations reimagining how they serve patients, members, and clinicians, safely and at scale.
In this role you will:
- Focus on prospecting and landing net-new customers to expand the market footprint that ElevenLabs has in the Healthcare industry
- Balance a diverse pipeline of large health systems that require a white-glove experience with community hospitals, clinics, and regional providers that require speed to close
- Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in patient-facing and internal workflows, such as scheduling and reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, patient intake and outreach, and HCP support
- Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitive solutions, build-vs-buy dynamics, and emerging trends in healthcare AI governance
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (Patient Access and Contact Center Operations, Digital and Product, IT and Clinical Informatics, and Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and InfoSec), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across facilities and service lines
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high-impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value, scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run, and set them up to scale in production
- Partner closely with Legal teams to drive strategic, fast-moving negotiations, including BAAs
- Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice, and share what you learn in the field to sharpen our Healthcare positioning, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Healthcare experience (health systems, hospitals, payers, life sciences, health tech) is preferred but not required. We weigh demonstrated adaptability and fast ramp in a new industry heavily
- Proven success closing six-and-seven figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Proven ability to take a warm introduction through discovery, Proof of Value, and procurement to close
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (IT, product, and engineering) and business buyers (patient access, operations, digital), and to privacy and compliance gatekeepers, translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, including HIPAA, BAAs, and PHI data protection reviews, and able to work autonomously as a cross-functional partner

You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

The Opportunity
OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact.
You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist.
You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business.
This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries.
What You'll Do
Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution.
Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation.
Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy.
Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction.
Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment.
Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact.
Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists.
AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life.
Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value.
Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making.
Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment.
Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions.
Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight.
Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus.
Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets.
Willingness to travel approximately every two months.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.
