In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.
Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnosticacross B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

deals (around $50K ARR)
with several Sales Executives
Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market
, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)
A
high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day
and meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
Confidence with senior decision-makers and handling objections live

Availability to work full US business hours
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with power dialers (Koncert, Orum, Nooks, Aircall, PhoneBurner or similar)

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a Channel Manager to develop, execute and evolve our partner go-to-market strategy in India. You will work closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Operations and the leadership team to align sales and go-to-market efforts with our product, technical and sales development efforts. Your key task is to deliver immediate and future partner-sourced revenue growth, working primarily with Grafana's regional Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
As our first dedicated channel hire in India, you will build an emerging partner community and shape the role, the strategy and the playbook inside a rapidly growing company where partners are a core part of go-to-market.
This is NOT a programmatic channel and distribution role. This IS a sales-focused channel role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable owning a partner-sourced revenue number, and can build on a fast-growing channel business.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop executive-level relationships with focus partners in India
Own partner opportunity identification and deal acceleration to drive revenue targets
Lead the identification, activation and development of regional partners
Develop partner capabilities, co-sell motions and brand awareness initiatives
Establish strong executive relationships to create partnership business plans
Work with leadership to manage pipeline and revenue commitments
Work across Grafana Labs on message alignment, operational coordination and evangelism of the partner strategy and program
What Makes You a Great Fit:
7+ years of experience in channel sales or sales (selling with partners)
Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
