ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring the founding SDR for our New York office. You'll build the outbound engine for North America from scratch, prospecting into SEO, marketing, and growth leaders at mid-market and SMB companies across the US and Canada, and generating the pipeline our New York AEs close. You'll report to our Head of Sales, Americas.
Founding means what it says here. There is no US playbook yet. You'll decide which accounts are worth calling, what the opening line is, which sequences earn replies, and what the motion looks like by the time the second and third SDRs arrive. You'll do it with a Head of Sales who has already built this and Berlin's playbook to borrow from, but the US version is yours.
If you get a rush from picking up the phone, love the puzzle of finding the right person to call, and want to sell a product genuinely at the frontier of where search is heading, this is the seat.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive outbound prospecting across North America, identifying and engaging decision-makers in SEO, marketing, and growth functions
- Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, generating qualified meetings for our New York AE team
- Build the US outbound playbook: target account definition, sequences, messaging, and the prospecting approach the next SDRs will inherit
- Use AI tooling to research prospects, personalize at scale, and sharpen your approach faster than a manual motion allows
- Work closely on targeting and positioning, and tell us honestly what is landing in the US market and what is not
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or BDR role
- A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore
- Driven and self-directed, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and working steadily until you hit them
- Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate, ideally someone who already uses AI tools day to day
- Highly coachable, treating every conversation as a data point
- Excited to learn the full sales cycle and grow into an Account Executive role. Our New York AE seat is the next rung, and we would rather promote you into it than hire around you
- Based in New York and excited to be in the office five days a week
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with outbound tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space
- Experience as an early or founding SDR somewhere, or building a motion in a new market
- Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
- You already know what GEO and AEO stand for.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
EEOC STATEMENT
Peec AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer. At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands.
A Staff Product Manager operates and drives vision across product areas. You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own a cross-functional problem space or a foundational platform area whose quality shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces.
- Drive strategic alignment across product areas. Identify the decisions that unblock the most work and make them.
- Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface.
- Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it.
- Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt.
- Mentor and stretch Senior PMs. Raise the floor of the function, not just your own output.
- Represent the product voice in senior leadership conversations and contribute to decisions that span multiple teams.
- Contribute to how the PM function operates, including how we run discovery, define quality, and measure success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6-8+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority, across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
- Systems thinker. You see second-order effects and account for them before they become problems.
- Able to hold strategy and execution at the same time. You do not hand off the detail when the scope gets bigger.
- Track record of mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping your own work.
- Strong data instincts. You can pull your own analysis, define the right metrics, and spot when a number is telling the wrong story.
- Experienced with AI tooling and actively finding new ways to scale your own coverage through it.
- Proven communicator at the executive level. You can frame a complex problem crisply and land a recommendation with senior stakeholders.
AI PROFICIENCY
- Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes.
- Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced.
- Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Risk to lead the Risk team and own Aave Labs’ risk-governance framework across its contributions to the Aave Protocol and its products. You’ll coordinate with external risk service providers, set and monitor risk parameters, and provide final internal Risk sign-off on collateral onboarding, material protocol-risk recommendations, and product or strategy launches and material changes. This is a leadership role that requires deep protocol knowledge, strong accountability, and the judgment to make high-stakes decisions.
You’ll lead the Risk team and work closely with embedded quantitative, product and engineering specialists, as well as external risk providers to ensure Aave’s risk posture remains best-in-class as the protocol scales into new markets and asset classes. If you understand market structure, portfolio risk management, and the Aave Protocol at a deep level, and you’re ready to take ownership of risk at scale, this role is designed for you.
How you can make an impact:
Lead and build the Risk team, setting direction, priorities, and standards for the function
Own and evolve Aave’s risk management frameworks and policies
Set minimum review standards and provide independent challenge for product-specific risk frameworks
Establish model-risk and data-governance standards for material quantitative models and external risk inputs, including validation, versioning and monitoring
Review whether product and engineering controls adequately implement approved risk requirements, with explicit ownership of gaps, exceptions and incident response
Establish standards for external risk providers and data dependencies, including methodology, independence, conflicts, data quality, performance and fallback arrangements
Own the governance, approval thresholds and escalation process for protocol-risk parameters; oversee monitoring and review material change recommendations
