HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🚀 WHY JOIN CARE OPS IN 2026? 🚀
You might look at Alan’s Care team today—managing high volumes seamlessly, supported by strong partners, and automating 50 of conversations—and ask: "It works, so why join now?"
Yet, the most exciting part is still ahead. We are at a turning point as we prepare to support millions of members and push to set the standards in the industry.
Here is why this is the moment to join.
- People: This is the opportunity to join a team with incredibly high talent density, operating with distributed ownership—empowered Crew Leads, strong deputies, and Guillaume Poirier https://www.linkedin.com/in/guillaume-p-34602923/ as Care Ops Lead. It is a proven engine for creating talent and fueling internal mobility.
- Processes: We absorb high volumes without glitches (including Ministry of Finance in France) and collaborate smoothly with Product and Sales. We trust and work hand-in-hand with solid external partners in France and Spain.
- Innovation: We are one of the few companies in the world claiming to automate 40% of member conversations as of the end of 2025 (a true market benchmark).
We're building an organization capable of serving 3 million members with a lean team. To get there, we need people who can build scalable systems (analytical and operational) that make this possible.
What this means for the role you're joining:
- Our operations are getting smarter, and our analytics need to keep up: We don't just need dashboards. We need to understand what drives performance, spot problems early, and help teams decide faster. You'll build this.
- Our planning is getting more complex: More countries, more automation, more partner teams. We need better models to know how many people we need, where, and when.
- Our tools need to scale: What works with manual effort today won't work at 3x the volume. You'll build AI-powered tools and workflows that make operations smoother across the board.
Recognition: We are building something unique, yet we are not yet known externally as the reference for Care operations.
⭐ THE CARE OPS ROLE ⭐
The Care Ops team supports the Care Community globally (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on our Roadmap and Strategic Plan. Care Ops is accountable for operational excellence and efficiency in Care, enabling the Community to scale without any compromise on user experience.
We are looking for a Care Ops who loves numbers, builds tools, and wants to have a real impact on how we run operations at scale.
You'll join a team of 10 and work across the full spectrum of our operations: understanding what drives our performance, building the tools and models that help us make better decisions, and collaborating daily with Data, Engineering, Product, and Care teams.
One week you'll be deep in a staffing model, the next you'll be building an AI-powered reporting tool, the next you'll be presenting a performance deep dive to Crew Leads.
Some of our missions include:
1/ Performance analytics and operational insights
- Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why. Not just track numbers — explain them.
- Conduct deep dives into operational performance (response times, resolution quality, contact drivers) and deliver concrete recommendations.
- Help define and maintain our key metrics across countries: what do we measure, where does the data live, how do we make it reliable.
- Work closely with our Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
2/ Planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
- Help build and improve our staffing models: how many people do we need, when, and where? How does automation change the equation?
- Contribute to simplifying our planning tools and processes
- Work with our external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
- Challenge how we do things today.
3/ Tooling and AI
- Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms). You'll probably build half your tools with AI.
- Identify where current processes don't scale and propose solutions — sometimes a simple script, sometimes a product need.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering crews to push efficiency needs into the roadmap.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
You will excel as a Care Ops if you:
- Communicate clearly in English and French, written and verbal. You'll work with many teams and clarity matters.
- Think in numbers. You're comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL. You build models, not just read dashboards.
- Have a performance mindset. You want to understand why a metric moves. You look for root causes and push for action.
- Are curious about AI and tooling. You use AI tools in your daily work and see them as building blocks. You're excited to learn and experiment.
- Get your hands dirty. You dig into the details, fix what's broken, and don't wait for someone else to do it.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a similar role — ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Have an organized and structured mindset.
- Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a startup or tech company environment and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company. If this sounds like you, then you might just be the Care Ops we're looking for.
We value diversity and encourage individuals from varied experiences and backgrounds to apply. Join our Care team and contribute to our mission of delivering an exceptional user experience.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks

Map the counterparties. Map each priority institution's decision architecture, including mandate criteria, allocation cadence, co-investment appetite and approval process, and maintain that intelligence as a living asset.
Capital Formation and Transactions
Lead regional fundraising. Lead regional pre-marketing and fundraising support for the firm's investment vehicles within each jurisdiction's private placement and offering regimes, coordinating with counsel on the marketing approach for Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Australia.
Own diligence processes. Originate and manage institutional diligence processes end to end, including DDQ coordination, data room support and operational due diligence visits.
Support transactions. Support cross border financing and strategic transaction conversations alongside the Americas and MENA coverage teams and fund principals.
Franchise and Regional Platform
Build the region's presence. Build the firm's presence across the region's priority investment and gaming industry forums; run the APAC events calendar and convert presence into qualified pipeline.
Develop the regional plan. Develop the 2027 regional coverage plan, including market prioritization, any additional country coverage and the regional hiring sequence, for approval by the Group Head.
Set coverage standards. Establish coverage and CRM standards for the region and enforce the group's interaction logging discipline.
Risk and Controls
Ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure all regional marketing and offering activity complies with applicable regimes and the firm's policies, in coordination with counsel, including Singapore's frameworks for fund offers to institutional and accredited investors.
Maintain counterparty awareness. Maintain rigorous counterparty awareness, including KYC, AML and sanctions screening coordination, and escalate reputational risk considerations early.
Candidate Profile
Experience
8 or more years of progressive experience in APAC institutional coverage, capital formation, investment banking or investor relations at a bank, asset manager, placement agent or sovereign investor, including significant client facing responsibility.
Demonstrable relationships across Singapore's institutional community and at least one of the Korean, Japanese or Greater China institutional or strategic investor markets, with a referenceable record of capital raised or partnerships executed.
Sector experience across gaming, interactive entertainment, technology or media, or coverage of strategics in those sectors, is a clear advantage.
Domain Expertise
Working knowledge of regional fund marketing and private placement practice, including Singapore's institutional and accredited investor frameworks.
Experience marketing alternative strategies such as credit, special situations or private equity to Asian institutions is preferred.
Experience operating under the Monetary Authority of Singapore regulatory framework, including holding or having held representative status with a capital markets services license holder or operating within an applicable exemption, is preferred.

We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership
You own problems end to end. You move fast, act like an owner, and thrive in ambiguity. You've led complex projects before, whether officially or not, and you're ready to do it again.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a developer using your tools, not just an engineer building them. You care about API design, developer experience, and everything in between.
A healthy skepticism for “the way things are done”
You bring rigor and creativity. Best practices matter - but never more than forward motion.
What You’ll Do
Build and evolve
Customer.io
's SDKs across platforms - including Android, iOS, Node, and Go - and the developer tools that support them
Lead SDK initiatives end to end: set technical direction, write the code, manage the release, and own the outcome
Improve SDK delivery infrastructure - CI, automated testing, versioning, publishing, and release processes - so shipping is reliable and low-friction
Partner closely with product and design to turn loosely defined goals into a great developer experience
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes across unfamiliar codebases and languages by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
Bring strong customer empathy to the role - understanding what the engineers integrating with our SDKs actually need, and occasionally engaging directly with them
What we're looking for
Expert-level competency in at least one established programming language, with strong software design and API design fundamentals
Experience building and evolving mature, production-quality software, with a clear understanding of how systems fit together and how other developers consume them
Exceptional fluency with current LLMs and agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) - using AI to understand unfamiliar codebases, work across languages, and run things in parallel or autonomously
High autonomy in ambiguous environments - you clarify the problem, validate its value, and drive implementation without close direction
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical decisions and tradeoffs clearly
Ability to work effectively across multiple languages and stacks; prior experience in every language we support (Swift, Kotlin, Node, Go) is not required
Nice to have: experience building external-facing SDKs, APIs, or developer tools; experience owning CI, testing, versioning, or release infrastructure; or forward-deployed engineering experience.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Senior R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust
— join our mission to deliver the governed context layer that AI agents depend on: accurate semantic definitions, traceable lineage, data contracts, and auditable history baked in from the start.
Embraces Open Standards
— help build portable, interoperable data infrastructure: Agents Schema, open formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), MCP-native interfaces, and connector skills that work with any model and any compute.
Scales Without Breaking
— work to make Fivetran AI efficient at agent scale, where unit costs deflate as volume grows and context retrieval is fast, accurate, and cost-controlled.
We emphasize using no-nonsense tools and take great pride in the simplicity and effectiveness of the systems we build. Our back-end is built on Java, Python, Postgres, and Kubernetes, and our front-end is built on React and TypeScript.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our New York, NY office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python, Java, SQL, dbt, LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), vector databases, BigQuery / Snowflake / Databricks, MCP protocol, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes
What You’ll Do
Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and evaluate what’s actually relevant to Fivetran AI’s roadmap
Prototype new ideas quickly, then take the ones that prove out and turn them into shipped, production-grade features
Build and maintain both back-end and front-end systems for the Fivetran AI product — from Agents Schema pipelines to the Context Catalog UI
Contribute to the AISQL capability: natural language to SQL grounded in dbt metric definitions, executed natively against the warehouse
Take ownership of production reliability: on-call rotation, incident response, and SRE work to keep the platform trustworthy at scale
Write and maintain tests, and do hands-on QA to catch issues before customers do
Use coding agents to automate the repetitive parts of the job, freeing up time for the research and design work that needs a human
Partner with product and design, bringing your own understanding of the AI tooling market to shape what gets built next
Develop software designs and contribute to the technical roadmap for the Fivetran AI platform
Contribute to hiring by participating in the interview process
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of programming experience across Python and/or Java, with the ability to move fluidly between back-end and front-end work
Considered a trusted expert in your subject area, capable of executing complex, ambiguous tasks with minimal hand-holding
Comfortable reading AI/ML research and turning promising findings into working prototypes
Strong product and market awareness — able to judge which emerging techniques are worth building versus which are hype
Experience with SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
Genuine willingness to work across the full stack: research, backend, frontend, SRE, and QA, as the team’s needs demand
Writes well-structured, performant code and can dive into unfamiliar codebases to suggest improvements
Experience using coding agents or similar AI tooling to speed up day-to-day engineering work
Analytical mindset to identify gaps in existing systems and design practical, pragmatic improvements
Thrives in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of ownership
Bonus Skills
Experience with LLM-powered applications — RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, or agent frameworks
Familiarity with semantic layers — dbt, LookML, Sigma, or similar
Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystem or building AI agent integrations
Background in site reliability engineering — monitoring, alerting, incident response
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or building data connectors
Experienced working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or Docker
Contributions to open source AI or data projects

This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office.

Research emerging techniques in retrieval, reasoning, and agentic AI, and evaluate what’s actually relevant to Fivetran AI’s roadmap

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead Vercel's global professional services organization, composed of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using Vercel's core platform, Next.js and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You will define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering, and partner closely with GTM and Product Leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers' complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into our product roadmap.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin or New York, with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) required in office.

Are comfortable representing the function externally at conferences, customer executive briefings, or large-scale events.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 plus annual bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.

Location: Valencia; Poland; Yerevan; Serbia; Kyiv; Madrid; Odesa
Workplace: remote
About the role:
Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are hiring an exceptional Senior Solution Owner to sit at the intersection of frontier AI (Claude and agentic systems) and enterprise transformation. You will own the story and the delivery for client engagements built on our Programs (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, and Blueprint Activation) and five Blueprints— packaging reusable IP into repeatable outcomes, and personally getting hands-on in the field when it counts.
You are equally comfortable framing an ROI case for a CFO, aligning a healthcare or financial-services stakeholder on a compliant rollout, and pairing with an engineer to wire an MCP integration or ship a Claude Code harness.
Domain Focus
Deep, current expertise in one or both of our priority verticals is a leading selection criterion:
Financial Services (FSI) — e.g., office of the CFO, lending/underwriting, risk, compliance-sensitive workflows.
Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) — e.g., revenue cycle management, clinical/operational workflows, regulated data handling.
You understand the vocabulary, the buying process, the compliance constraints, and where AI creates defensible value in these industries.
Forward-Deployed Delivery (FDE / FDX)
Our delivery model pairs a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with a Forward Deployed eXpert (FDX) that lands a Cowork and Blueprint Activation or program inside a client. We normally launch projects in this two-in-the-box model, then extend as the engagement grows. You must be able to credibly play at least one side of that box and partner tightly on the other:
FDX — own the domain framing, product definition, rapid-prototyping loop, stakeholder alignment, and OCM; validate use cases through user interviews and turn them into working demos.
FDE — configure MCP integrations, build and adapt Claude Code harnesses and skills, wire data pipelines and connectors, and debug in the client environment.
Comfort embedding directly with clients and Anthropic field teams, and setting the tone in the first sessions, is essential.
Requirements:
Deep domain expertise in Financial Services & Insurance and/or HCLS, ideally in a client-facing/consulting context.
Proven ability to lead or materially contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (0-to-1 and scale) and land it as real client delivery.
Track record operating forward-deployed / embedded with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.
5-7+ years in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years with AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; familiarity with outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.
Fluent English.
A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly required. Working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, building skills, workflows, and productivity tooling for yourself or your team; MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses are a must.
GenAI/agentic patterns: how prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, and agent frameworks work – well enough to assess quality, challenge assumptions, and translate to client stakeholders.
Data fundamentals: what ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance mean in an enterprise context – well enough to scope integration work and identify data readiness risks.
Cloud & AI infrastructure: AWS as the primary platform; what MLOps and AI observability involve – well enough to ask the right questions and understand tradeoffs.
Design thinking, data-driven decisions, strong communication and executive storytelling.
Bias to action; thrives in ambiguity with structured problem-solving.
Enough engineering empathy to earn credibility with senior engineers and architects on day one.
Nice to Have:
Second priority vertical beyond your primary FSI/HCLS focus.
Prior experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment.
Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification or willingness to complete one early.
Certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP.
Software development background.
What You'll Do:
Define value proposition, positioning, and reusable artifacts for your assigned Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; align sales and delivery.
Build business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and translate them into scoped SOWs.
Run market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; turn findings into demos and first deployments.
Stand up Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation on live client data; drive rapid prototyping from use case to context to result.
Build with Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills and plugins. Drive Cowork Activation as a separate, parallel client-facing workstream.
Define solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Break complex work into incremental releases; balance delivery against technical debt and architecture.
Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.
Lead Agile execution - backlog, sprint planning, release process.
Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that produces the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI read, and cost signal from the Agentic SDLC program.
Define success metrics and analytics; drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Support change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks so wins repeat across accounts.
Why Join Us:
Deliver frontier work on Provectus' delivery stack — Cowork activation, Agentic SDLC program, and Blueprint Activations across FSI and HCLS — with real client impact.
Shape how enterprises in financial services and healthcare adopt AI, from strategy to first deployment.
Work forward-deployed in small, senior teams of Forward Deployed Executive + Principal Architect + Forward Deployed Engineers.
Grow inside a team actively building the modern AI-delivery practice, tooling, and frameworks.
Remote-friendly culture.
Private medical insurance or sports coverage
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work.
