Location: SF or Remote (US/Canada) At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Engineering Manager for Agent Platform & UX, you will lead two teams reimagining Render's onboarding and activation experience for both humans and AI agents. One team owns the experience a person sees the first time they come to Render: signup, onboarding, activation, and what drives them to adopt more of the platform. The other team builds the equivalent experience for agents, which reach Render through APIs rather than the UI, integrating with providers like Codex, Claude, and Cursor so agents can use Render the way humans do. You'll take an already-forming org through its next stage of growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and grow two teams, UX (human onboarding and activation) and Agent Platform (the equivalent experience for agents via programmatic interfaces like the MCP, CLI, API, SDK, and Blueprints) - Own the roadmap for Render's self-serve user journey, from first touch through activation, initial monetization, usage expansion, new feature adoption, and PQL graduation - Drive the agent-facing side of the platform: build the API-driven experience that lets agents integrate with and operate on Render - Partner with the dedicated product and design partners on both teams to align roadmap with customer, growth, and platform needs - Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping both teams' identities and focus areas clear as they scale - Make key architectural and product decisions, balancing long-term platform investment against iterative improvements to onboarding and activation - Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that already includes senior ICs WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong people leadership - the top priority for this role - Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team - Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset - Proven experience building and scaling more than one team, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org - Experience managing and developing senior (IC5+) engineers, including hiring and performance management - Ability to partner closely with product and design without needing to fill those functions yourself - Strong product instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to growth and activation outcomes - Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment NICE-TO-HAVES - Prior growth-focused engineering experience (onboarding, activation, funnel optimization) - Experience building developer- or agent-facing product experiences, and integrating with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude, or Cursor - Background in developer platforms or DevTools - Experience helping a team split or reorganize as it scales into multiple teams If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization. Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation. We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you! Location: San Francisco; New York Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US: AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. THE ROLE: We are looking for strong engineers with experience and interest in designing, building, and maintaining the novel, high-performance systems that make up our serverless platform. Specifically, you'll be working on the distributed object storage system that underpins every container image, volume, and checkpoint on Modal: hundreds of petabytes of data, replicated across multiple cloud object stores and a CDN, cached on local NVMe across a large fleet of workers in many datacenters, and shared peer-to-peer within each datacenter. You'll make cold starts feel local when the data is hundreds of milliseconds away, designing the caching, preloading, and peer-to-peer layers that hide object-store latency and keep public ingress off saturated uplinks. You'll own durability and cost at petabyte scale, from streaming and batch replication between origins, to garbage collection over billions of objects. You'll work across the stack, from local disk and page cache to distributed blob storage and garbage collection and you'll help shape what storage becomes next as we push storage closer to workloads. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code - Experience building high-performance distributed storage or caching systems at a large scale (the more challenges you've worked through, the better) - Strong cloud skills, including deep familiarity with object storage (S3 or similar), CDNs, and their consistency, throughput, and cost characteristics - Strong knowledge of low-level operating system foundations (Linux kernel, file systems, page cache, containers, etc.) - Willingness to step into the thick of it with our on-call rotation and respond to production incidents NICE-TO-HAVES: - Experience with replication, content addressing, and consistency models in multi-region or multi-cloud systems - Experience operating storage systems at scale (petabyte-scale datasets, high-throughput read/write paths, large-scale garbage collection or data migration) - Experience with data engineering at petabyte-scale. - Prior experience with Rust KEY THINGS THE TEAM IS WORKING ON: - P2P sharing of data across workers within a single datacenter to dramatically reduce ingress - Replicating data across multiple blob storage providers - Automating garbage collection across hundreds of petabytes of data - Deploying colocated storage clusters to datacenters to accelerate high-throughput customer workloads

Location: United States Remote; Canada Remote ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we’re reimagining how teams think and create together. The Design and Research team brings clarity to complexity, shaping experiences that help people collaborate, ideate, and solve problems visually. We partner deeply with engineering, product, and research to invent the next generation of collaborative work combining craft, systems thinking, and bold exploration. YOUR MISSION As a Lead Product Designer focused on Growth, you’ll define how Mural earns user trust at the moments that matter most when someone first encounters the product's value, decides to go deeper, or chooses to stay. This is end to end growth journey ownership. It's about designing the logic of how Mural grows: the moments where clarity converts, where friction is a design failure, and where the line between growth and product quality either holds or breaks. You'll work across discovery, activation, and pricing surfaces, onboarding paths, upgrade flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and in-product nudges. Most importantly, you'll orchestrate how those surfaces work together and set the standard for how growth design is practiced at Mural. You'll succeed if you can bring full journey thinking, rigor and craft to a domain that often defaults to shortcuts and if you can help a cross-functional team understand what good growth design actually looks like. WHAT YOU'LL DO PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES (INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR WORK): - Define high-quality, user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences across problem to success flows, upgrade flows, pricing surfaces, and lifecycle touchpoints — setting patterns that scale across the platform. - Work from concept to production, delivering thoughtful UX, polished visual design, and vibe coded prototypes that help the organization understand direction, risk, and value. - Use behavioral data as a primary design input: interpret funnel metrics, experiment results, and user signals to inform design decisions, not just validate them. - Design and lead experiments across acquisition, activation, and expansion funnels — from hypothesis formation through read-out, in close partnership with product and data science. - Establish reusable growth patterns in Mural's design system that balance clarity, persuasion, and long-term user trust. - Partner with engineers to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation of flows and components. COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES (PRACTICE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT): - Directly manage one to three designers on the growth surface: run regular 1:1s, set goals, give performance feedback, and support their career growth. - Balance IC output with people leadership — this is a hands-on management role, not a full-time management track. Expect the majority of your time to remain in design work. - Model how to hold craft and commercial intent simultaneously — showing peers what it looks like to design for conversion without compromising user trust. - Mentor designers working on growth-adjacent surfaces, developing their instincts around hierarchy, motivation, friction, and funnel thinking. - Contribute to how the team understands growth design as a discipline: a principled approach to earning user commitment. - Champion the relationship between growth quality and product quality, helping leadership understand when they align and when they're in tension. - Partner with research, data science, and product to elevate experimentation quality across the organization. HYBRID RESPONSIBILITIES (BOTH PLAYER & COACH): - Reframe problems at the funnel level helping teams understand where value is earned or lost and why. - Lead workshops or working sessions that bring clarity to pricing, packaging, onboarding, and upgrade moment opportunities. - Collaborate with product, research, and data science to define success metrics, shape experiment hypotheses, and interpret outcomes. - Advocate for user trust as a growth asset, not an obstacle to conversion — and model how design holds that line. DESIGN & RESEARCH TEAM CONTRIBUTION: - Share growth approaches for designing discovery, onboarding, and identity flows with peers through critique and collaboration. - Partner with research, data, and product teams to elevate experimentation quality and improve how Mural understands user value signals. - Contribute to a culture of design excellence, especially in areas where growth and monetization intersect with core product experiences. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 8+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, productivity tools, collaboration software, or product-led growth environments. - 2+ years of managing other designers - A track record of leading growth, monetization, or conversion-focused design work — not just contributing to it. - Deep fluency in funnel thinking: you understand acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion as a connected system, not isolated moments. - Strong data instincts: you can read behavioral data, interpret experiment results, and use both to sharpen design decisions. - Exceptional craft: visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish are second nature. - Systems thinking: you understand how decisions cascade across surfaces, journeys, and user relationships over time. - Experience mentoring or leading other designers, even informally — you know how to raise the quality of work around you. - Strong communication skills that help cross-functional partners make smart, user-centered decisions. - Comfort operating in spaces where patterns don’t yet exist and playbooks need to be written. ALSO GREAT IF YOU BRING - Experience with pricing architecture, packaging strategy, or monetization model design. - Deep experience mapping and designing activation journeys — the full arc from first action to genuine value realization. - Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools and vibe coding to prototype growth flows, simulate behavioral nudges, and stress-test funnel logic in motion — treating code as a design material for rapid exploration. - Background in organic acquisition or activation funnels at scale. - Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or contextual intelligence in growth flows. - Experience working with data science teams on experimentation frameworks or causal inference. - History of shaping 0→1 growth systems or redesigning broken acquisition or retention loops. WHY YOU’LL LOVE MURAL You’ll help shape how millions of people discover value in Mural, understand what the product can do for them, and make confident choices about their journey. You’ll design experiences that balance business goals with user trust, clarity, and delight. You’ll collaborate with thoughtful partners who care about evidence, craft, and outcomes. At Mural, we “drink our own champagne” and use our product daily to collaborate, ideate, and prototype together. This role is Canada Remote. Your design work will shape how millions of people around the world collaborate. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! At Figma we believe design doesn’t end in a file or with your designer - it includes everything that goes into the product you ship: the production code that ties it all together, the systems and developer tools that make that code reliable, the context you provide to our AI agents, and the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page. The Roundtripping Area at Figma is redefining how Designers, PMs and Engineers collaborate. We are responsible for agentic workflows enabling ideation and prototyping on production codebases as well as accelerating the journey from design to code. In 2025, we introduced Figma’s MCP, accelerating how ideas get to production. Our Roundtripping team is expanding, and we’re hiring AI Product Engineers across multiple levels in the UK. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward. Cultural Storytelling: Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers. Campaign Excellence: Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back. Industry Presence: Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market. The profile we're building 🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity: When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it 📊 Analytical Thinking: You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling. 🤝 Orchestration Ability: AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship. ⚡ Real Adaptability: The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first. Who you are Required 4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry. Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic. Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market. Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community. Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets). Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow. Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level. Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English. Preferred Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms. Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it. Why this role Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America. At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region.
