About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
You'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers

We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,

Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team

Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.

collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.

Join us as a Head of Data Platform.
Requirements
:
Education & Experience:
— MSc in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics or another quantitative field; PhD is a plus, not a requirement — research-grade methodology sits with the Quantitative Researcher
— 5+ years in data engineering / analytics, incl. lead / management experience; built a trading / financial data platform from zero at a crypto exchange, HFT / electronic-trading firm, market maker, or trading fintech. Bank / enterprise-DWH background alone does not qualify
— Personally carried production ownership of money data — trades, balances, positions, P&L — where a data error is a financial error
Core Technical Skills — data platform:
— Hands-on today: designs and ships pipelines personally — advanced SQL and Python; ClickHouse (or kdb+ / comparable columnar OLAP) in production
— Streaming and batch in one architecture: Kafka or equivalent, event feeds with second-grade freshness alongside hourly aggregates; trading-day logic — metrics counted within a trading day that starts and ends at a fixed morning hour, with an automatic daily reset
— Optimizes data footprint and computational overhead across every stage: selects the tech stack, partitioning logic, and execution flow based on cost-to-performance impact
— Data-correctness engineering: reconciliation, idempotent backfills, late / duplicate event handling, data-quality monitoring and lag alerting
— Vendor and API integration: institutional market-data providers (Kaiko / Amberdata class), exchange APIs, FX feeds; schema design and documentation others can build on
Core Technical Skills — analytics & applied math:
— Applied statistics at a working level: distributions, hypothesis tests and confidence intervals, correlation vs causation, time-series and aggregation pitfalls (session boundaries, survivorship, outliers) — enough to catch a methodological error in an analyst's query or notebook, and to have designed or reviewed metric / experiment methodology in past roles
— Metric and semantic design: one written definition per metric (P&L, uptime, spread, fill rate) enforced across every report; analytical data models (marts / star schemas) that make those definitions computable and cheap to query
— BI stack governance: Tableau / Grafana — performance, access control, versioned metric definitions; reviews dashboards for correctness rather than building them all himself
— ML literacy: understands when a model is — and is not — needed and can supervise applied work; research-grade modeling remains the Quantitative Researcher's mandate
Market & Domain Knowledge:
— Trading data from practice, not textbooks: maker/taker, fees and rebates, perpetual funding, realized / unrealized P&L, inventory and exposure, order-book depth and spread, slippage, quoting uptime
— Understands the consumers: how analysts, quants and desk heads use the data, and how market-quality / compliance metrics feed liquidity-provider terms
— Has built and run a mixed organisation of data engineers and analysts: separate hiring bars and growth tracks, peer review of queries and dashboards as a standard, methodology documented before a number ships
— Partners with quantitative research: turns the Researcher's methodology into production metrics and dashboards without distorting it; runs the sign-off process with quant and desk stakeholders
— Treats balances and client data as confidential by default: access control, least privilege, audit trail, no raw-data leaks
— Never ships silently wrong numbers: escalates early, cuts scope consciously, flags uncertainty in the data
Mindset & Soft Skills:
— Player-coach: the first months are personal hands-on delivery; scaling through the team runs in parallel, not instead
— Speaks business: reports status in money and deadlines; prioritizes by P&L impact — which dataset unblocks which decision; no jargon walls with management and stakeholders
— Owner of the direction's technical goals, not of a backlog: takes a business problem, decomposes it into tasks, executes and delegates
Responsibilities — Platform:
— Architect and ship the central data warehouse: every trade, position, balance and P&L across all trading services; an hourly contour for BI plus a real-time contour for monitoring; trading-day logic with automatic daily reset
— Build the data layers behind LP terms: market quality (spread, depth near mid price, fill rate, per-order slippage), quoting-uptime start/stop events per maker and pair, external tier-1 benchmarks and FX feeds for regional fiat pairs
— Close the data debt: gaps in realized-P&L coverage, history backfills, broken monitoring services — restore or replace
— Set and hold agreed data-freshness targets and pipeline-health alerting; own schemas and documentation
— Own analytics delivery end-to-end: the KPI rulebook published and signed, financial / attribution / historical-performance dashboards, compliance screens and provider scorecards
— Enforce a single semantic layer: one definition per metric across every report; methodology documented before a dashboard ships
— Quality gate: numbers are reviewed and challenged before they reach management; sign-offs from quant / desk collected per deliverable
Responsibilities
:
— Hire leaders-first and onboard the technical team (~10 people: data engineering, analytics & BI, technical PM) per the approved hiring plan; hand tasks down without losing velocity
— Single interface to exchange tech (requirements, acceptance, freshness targets) and to analytics / quant stakeholders; run delivery in Jira against the approved one-year roadmap
— After the build: run the platform as a service to the direction — researcher-generated tasks, new metrics and pair groups, regular recalibration.

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.

Workplace: remote
About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
About the role
We're looking for a Linux Administrator to join our Infrastructure team, responsible for building, operating and continuously improving all of our infrastructure services — from core services to observability and private clouds.
Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of a large-scale trading platform and includes 2,000+ virtual machines and 300+ physical servers, running predominantly on Ubuntu. The stack ranges from core services like LDAP, PowerDNS and NTP, to an observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, Jaeger) and private clouds based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, as well as services such as GitLab, Artifactory and Vault.
You’ll work in a team of experienced infrastructure engineers, using Scrum and Agile practices, with two-week sprints and a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
The position is full-time remote, with a flexible start time — anytime before 12:00 pm EET/EEST.
Why this role?
You’ll be part of the team responsible for the production environment behind products used by millions of users, working directly with development teams, helping them troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and keep their services running reliably in production.
It’s a good fit for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, automation and making infrastructure more reliable and scalable, rather than simply maintaining servers.
Tasks
Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, Loki, Prometheus etc;
Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring;
Manage and support private clouds (Openstack and Kubernetes);
Design, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems across different environments, including bare metal, virtual machines and containers.
Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis;
Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs;
Work towards reducing operational effort;
Automate repetitive operational tasks and continuously reduce manual effort;
