We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone to own Runway's SEO and AEO strategy, end to end. You’ll build out our library of SEO content at scale, run experiments to sharpen what's working, own technical SEO health and report on what’s working to drive organic growth.
This is a hybrid strategy-and-execution role. You won't just hand off a keyword list and wait. You'll be optimizing a piece of content one day and making a technical case to our development team the next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Runway's SEO and AEO strategy: Keyword cluster architecture (pillar-and-spoke), competitive SERP and content-gap analysis, understanding what stage of the buying journey a searcher is in so content matches what they actually need, as well as champion Runway's presence in AI-generated answers.
- Build out Runway's library of SEO content: Briefs, landing pages, articles and more, identifying and scoping high-opportunity content, without sacrificing quality or brand voice
- Design and run experiments on content formats, internal linking and page structure and use the results to sharpen the strategy
- Own technical SEO health: Indexing, sitemaps, structured data and schema markup, ongoing site monitoring and recommend site structure and information architecture changes (page templates, internal linking, URL structure) that improve crawlability and rankings
- Own measurement and reporting for organic growth: Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and AI citation trends against clear targets, and go beyond traffic volume to measure whether that traffic actually converts into product signups
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 4+ years in SEO, with experience contributing to overall strategy
- Experience building or scaling an SEO function from a small base, moving fluidly between strategic and hands-on work
- Experience collaborating across teams, including managing freelancers and partnering with product, marketing and design teams
- Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console, plus keyword/competitive research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience in AEO / AI-search visibility, with the ability to bake it into a broader SEO strategy
- Experience using Profound, AirOps, or similar AEO tool is a plus
- Experience at an AI, product-led or consumer-facing tech company is a plus, where SEO has to coexist with a fast-moving roadmap
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote across North America and London — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
We're building a tool that makes content creation easy and accessible for all types of creatives. Our users love it. Runway has an actively engaged and growing community of passionate artists and creators worldwide. And we're scaling the systems behind our support team so we can keep delivering delightful experiences as that community grows.
We're looking for a Support Systems Engineer who ships production code, not tickets and specs: someone who takes a fix from proposal to merged PR themselves. This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the AI support agent, our ticketing system and other Support tools end to end: authentication (JWT), response logic, routing, escalation paths and tone, tested in staging before it sees live traffic
- Ship daily product changes that remove ticket volume. Recent example: extending automatic refund eligibility to one-click credit purchases, accidental upgrades and month-based proration on annual terms
- Build and maintain internal CX tooling as real software, not one-offs: scripts, jobs, dashboards, admin surfaces
- Run QA and evals with real test suites and pass/fail rubrics, plus monitoring and alerts for outages, bugs and volume spikes
- Own releases: staged rollouts, a regression suite before every ship, clear rollback criteria, a writeup when something reaches production
- Build the CX reporting the org runs on: volume, deflection, CSAT, reply and resolution time, escalation accuracy, agent spend. You own the correctness and availability of the queries.
- Build and stage the guardrails on refunds, account changes and anything touching money or PII, including the audit trail
- Keep the knowledge base accurate and structured for the agent to parse, and manage the handoff into the ticketing system
- Keep the CX roadmap and the coverage model current, sequenced against priorities set by the Head of CX, so gaps show up before they bite
- Run the day-to-day with our AI platform vendor: weekly working session, joint roadmap, issues filed with reproductions
- Carry signal across teams: Product and Engineering on bugs and rollouts, Customer Education on self-serve, community on Discord and the forums, GTM and Analytics on routing and reporting
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years in Customer Experience, Support Engineering or Support Operations, with real time spent writing code
- You ship production code in codebases you didn't write: read TypeScript, trace logic through someone else's service, put up a PR that survives review. Our stack is TypeScript and Node.js on AWS
- Hands-on experience building and tuning AI or LLM-powered support workflows: prompt and context engineering, routing, escalation design, evals
- SQL experience. You own the reporting, so you shouldn't be waiting on Analytics for it
- Code-level experience with a billing or payments API: invoices, prorations, refunds. A large share of consumer tickets live here
- Git, PR review, CI, staging and feature flags as your default way of working
- Real QA and eval experience: you can define rubrics, build test suites and calibrate against what good looks like
- Judgment about where a fix belongs, in code, in the agent or in the knowledge base
- A track record carrying signal between support, product and other functions and turning it into action
- Comfort managing your own work in a fast-moving environment, high ownership and high autonomy
- Genuine interest in AI, creative tools or both
WHAT SETS YOU APART
The most successful person in this role treats the agent and the systems around it like a product they own. They watch where it fails, ship the fix and check whether it worked. They build reporting people actually use. And they show up with improvements no one asked for yet.
FOR YOUR APPLICATION
During our interview process, you'll have several chances to get acquainted with the Runway product and use all the features our team has built, and that starts now. As part of your application, instead of a cover letter, we ask that you try out the Runway product, specifically build a custom workflow.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Applied Scientist or Data Scientist

- Prior experience deploying Machine Learning models to production and making meaningful contribution to backend systems
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Snowflake, Postgres, etc.)
- Fluency with agentic (AI) tools for software development and data analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page https://www.kraken.com/culture to understand what drives us and how we work.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.
- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.
- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT THE DATA TEAM:
We’re growing our Data team and are looking for our first few key hires to build self-serve data tools and drive business strategy in the right direction.

- Self-serve AI analytics tools (Hex, Snowflake)
- Embedding with teams as a “data adviser”, providing strategic analysis and consulting
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Contribute to building the most modern analytics stack https://modal.com/blog/analytics-stack in Data today to support AI-driven self-serve analysis, key metrics tracking, and external customer reporting
- Influence work on new products like LLM Inference Endpoints https://modal.com/blog/qwen3-8-2-4t-a95b-now-available-on-modal through product analytics tracking
- Identify millions of dollars of cost savings and optimization across our tools and financial operations
- Write data pipelines that power the operations of our business, such as our cloud compute economics or sales comp
- Create foundational datasets that can be used by people and AI tools to answer questions around product use cases, financial reporting, and marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- SQL fluency, Python proficiency
- Professional experience with at least 2 of the following tools: Snowflake, dbt, dlt, Modal, Hex, Posthog
- Ability to extend their work beyond just data reporting and into action and impact
- High attention to detail
- Excellent and precise communicator
- Strong personability and relationship building skills
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with AI products, especially LLM inference and sandboxes
- Experience in fin ops, fraud, sales ops, or risk, especially in the context of AI (e.g. token cost optimization)
- Project management skills
- Strong presence in the data community online and offline

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~300 Mid-Market customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
