Location: London Workplace: OnSite Company Description We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day. We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers. Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale. If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started. As a Staff Engineer (Payment Processing) at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, you will set the technical direction for our Gateway, Routing and Payout platforms. Every payment and payout we process passes through these systems, from the merchant's API request to the routing decision that sends it to the right acquirer, payment method or payout rail. Correctness matters on every transaction, and small changes in availability, latency or routing quality show up directly in our merchants' approval rates and revenue. This is a role for engineers who are energised by scale and by the hard trade-offs that come with it: latency budgets on the authorisation path, failure domains and blast radius, consistency and idempotency across regions, and the operational reality of running critical infrastructure around the clock. You will operate as a force multiplier across multiple teams - shaping architecture, raising the engineering bar, and turning ambiguous, business-critical problems into designs that can be delivered incrementally. We're looking for individuals with deep technical judgement, strong ownership, and a pragmatic approach to breaking big problems into smaller iterations that deliver value continuously. How you'll make an impact - Own the architecture of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, defining the service boundaries, data models and integration patterns that let them scale by an order of magnitude - Design for resilience from first principles - redundancy, graceful degradation, backpressure, idempotency and recovery - so that partial failures never become customer-facing outages - Set and defend the non-functional requirements that matter: availability targets, latency percentiles, throughput ceilings, data durability and recovery objectives - Lead the hardest technical decisions end to end, from problem framing and design review through to production rollout, migration and decommissioning of what came before - Drive operational excellence by improving observability, alerting, capacity planning, load and chaos testing, and incident response, and by closing the loop on the root causes you find - Raise the engineering bar across teams through design reviews, code review, pairing and mentorship, growing the senior engineers around you - Partner with product, platform and other engineering teams to sequence delivery, remove blockers and keep multi-team programmes aligned on a single technical direction - Make pragmatic build-versus-buy and refactor-versus-rewrite calls, and communicate the reasoning and trade-offs clearly to both engineers and senior leadership Experience and qualifications - Significant experience building and operating distributed backend systems in production, with a track record of technical leadership across multiple teams - Demonstrable experience designing for high throughput and low latency, and a strong intuition for where systems break under load - Deep understanding of resilience patterns in distributed systems: idempotency, retries and backoff, circuit breaking, queueing and backpressure, consistency and failure modes - Strong proficiency in either .NET or Java, and the ability to write clear, production-ready code that others can maintain - Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures, and with relational and non-relational data stores at scale - Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development (we use AWS & Azure), containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code - Experience owning production systems on call, with a strong sense of ownership for observability, monitoring and incident response - Experience leading complex migrations or re-architectures of live, business-critical systems with no loss of availability or data integrity - Excellent communication skills, able to influence without authority, write clear design documents, and express technical trade-offs to engineering and non-technical audiences alike Nice-to-haves - Experience in payments, financial services or another domain with strict correctness, auditability or regulatory requirements - Experience with multi-region or active-active architectures, including data replication and failover strategies - A history of mentoring engineers into senior and staff-level roles Additional Information Bring all of you to work We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It’s a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace: on-site About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and serves five brands from one marketing department: Deluxe Holiday Homes, ProKeep, HIVE Business Center, Deluxe Homes Interior Design, and Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. We run a platform-first model: our in-house Marketing OS and AI pipelines do the production-line work, and a small team does judgment, camera, and execution. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, decisive Marketing Executive to own the physical and scheduled side of marketing across all five brands: the video and photo shoot pipeline, the day-to-day operation of every social media account in the group, every marketing vendor (print, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, design freelancers), the physical launch of HIVE Business Center, and the trackers and weekly reporting the department runs on. You are the single point of accountability for one outcome: everything happens on the date it was promised. This is an ownership role, not a reminder-sender role. You make the routine calls — hold or release a shoot, pin a vendor to a date, reorder collateral before it runs out — and report after; you do not escalate and wait. You hold a written GO/NO-GO right on every shoot: if a shoot is not ready 3 days out, you stop it. If a vendor slips, you are on their phone the same day. Note: This role does not include marketing strategy, creative direction, copywriting, design, paid advertising, or SEO — those sit with specialist owners. Captions, scripts, and visuals arrive prepared from the content team and AI pipeline: you publish and operate, you do not write or design. The role has no direct reports. Key Responsibilities Shoot Production • Own the shoot calendar across all brands: schedule every shoot 7 days out and issue the brief (properties, concept, video count) to the content and camera team. • Run the readiness gate: scripts in 4 days out, written GO or NO-GO to the Shoot Lead and GM 3 days out, by 6 pm, every time. • Lock properties with operations: units blocked, cleaned, and staged 3 days before every shoot. • Prepare the kit: wardrobe, props, and equipment ready on shoot day. • Log delivered-vs-planned for every shoot and keep host cancellation and standby penalties at AED 0. 2. Social Publishing & Account Operations • Publish the prepared content for all 5 brands, every day, per the approved calendar through the Marketing OS — and log the live link for every post. Flag any cadence break 24 hours before it happens, never after. • Operate every social account in the group (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube): bios, links, covers, highlights, pinned posts — complete and current at all times — and secure handles, profiles, and defensive registrations for any new brand or entity within 48 hours of its naming. • Moderate comments and DMs across all accounts with hard routing rules: booking or sales leads to the reservations and BD teams the same day, guest complaints to operations, spam hidden. • Keep Google Business Profile and Bing Places complete and active for ProKeep and HIVE (weekly posts, photos, Q&A), and execute the citation list set by the Search team. • Send review responses within 48 hours (AI-drafted, human-checked). • Run a monthly QA pass across every live channel and fix what it finds. 3. Vendors, Print & Physical Brand • Own every marketing vendor thread end-to-end: supplier, quote, approval, pinned date, delivery, and payment paperwork to finance. • Keep welcome books and in-unit collateral stocked across 700+ units on a reorder • Deliver uniforms and the vehicle-branding schedule (15 vehicles currently pending) to completion. • Chase trademark agents (EN + AR) and manage Arabic transcreation delivery from briefed vendors. • Run the physical launch of HIVE Business Center: signage, tour-route materials, print collateral, and opening-day logistics. • Bring every vendor decision to the GM as a 3-option comparison with your recommendation. 4. Trackers & Reporting • Keep every task, vendor, and budget line in ClickUp with a due date, updated every working day — without being chased. • File and index every photo and video asset within 48 hours of delivery so the AI pipeline can use it. • Send the Monday report to the GM: progress, blockers (with the date and person you escalated to), and spend. • Escalate any blocker — on anyone, including the GM — in writing within 24 hours. • Record every operational decision (cadence changes, vendor awards, holds) in the decision log. Required Qualifications • 3–6 years in production coordination, marketing operations, traffic management, or event production — UAE experience required. • You come from a 50–500-person company — agency, hospitality, property, or D2C — where you ran schedules and vendors yourself, not through a department. • Decisive operator — reference-checked: your last manager will confirm you made calls inside your scope without waiting. • Proven vendor management: sourcing, quotes, negotiating to a deadline, accepting or rejecting delivery, and closing the payment paperwork. • Daily discipline in a task system (ClickUp, Asana, or similar): every task, a due date, a same-day update. • Fast, clear written English — comfortable issuing a written NO-GO that stops a shoot, to people more senior than you. • Native fluency in the mechanics of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube account operations — publishing runs through our platform, but you know how each platform actually behaves. • Valid UAE driving licence and readiness to move across Dubai daily: properties, vendors, print shops, and the HIVE site. Preferred Qualifications • Arabic — working level or better. • Hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate marketing exposure. • On-set experience: call sheets, shot lists, location logistics. • Enough Adobe/Canva literacy to catch a wrong export — you check design, you do not produce it. • AI tools in your daily workflow: drafting, checklists, review responses.

Location: Rennes Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together. About the Role: With flexible, distributed-first ways of working, you'll have the support to do your best work, wherever you are. As the Lead Identity & Access Management Specialist you will be the primary architect and team leader driving our cloud application security posture. Your mission is to balance business agility with absolute data protection across our sprawling SaaS ecosystem (including M365, Slack, Salesforce, etc). In this role, you will bridge the gap between user enablement and risk management by owning Identity and Access Management (IAM), deploying SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools to prevent configuration drift, and governing the entire lifecycle of our business applications. Crucially, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of IT engineers with a strong security mindset, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in automation and proactive risk reduction. Your Impact: By building and automating robust Identity pipelines: You will design, configure, and maintain our Identity Providers (IdP) using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. You will leverage SCIM to automate provisioning and ensure immediate, airtight offboarding to prevent orphan accounts. By hardening our SaaS posture against configuration drift: You will deploy and manage SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tools. You will establish and enforce security baselines (such as CIS benchmarks) across our key tools, catching unauthorized administrative changes in real time. By governing the security of third-party integrations: You will audit, restrict, and manage OAuth permissions granted to third-party add-ons and AI extensions, ensuring our enterprise data remains inside approved boundaries. By mitigating Shadow IT and assessing third-party risk (TPRM): You will analyze CASB, proxy, and endpoint logs to discover unauthorized SaaS usage. You will partner with Procurement to assess the security profiles of new software vendors by auditing SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, and CAIQ sheets. By championing technical leadership and team growth : You will build, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of IT professionals. By establishing engineering best practices, leading agile workflows, and promoting continuous learning, you will multiply your impact across the entire organization and cultivate the next generation of cloud security talent. Your Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Cloud Security, IAM Administration, or IT Security Operations, including 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical coordinator for other engineers. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in identity protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM. Hands-on administration experience with modern IdPs (Okta or Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). Scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate security workflows and interact with SaaS APIs. Soft Skills: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to explain complex security practices to non-technical stakeholders, combined with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset and proven leadership capabilities to unblock and motivate team members. Standout Qualities: You hold an industry-recognized Cloud Security certification like CCSP or CCSK (Cloud Security Alliance). You hold a specialized identity certification like Microsoft SC-300 or an Okta Certified Professional/Administrator credential. You have direct experience deploying and running enterprise-grade SSPM or DSPM solutions (e.g., Wiz, AppOmni, Reco, or Defender for Cloud Apps). Leadership Excellence: You have a proven track record of designing technical roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable engineering sprints, and successfully leading a small-to-midsize IT or Security team through complex migrations or infrastructure overhauls. Team Dynamics: Reporting: You will report directly to IT Ops Lead, joining a team that values proactive protection and automated operations. The Neighborhood: You will collaborate daily with IT Operations, HR Ops (for automated onboarding/offboarding workflows), Security, Procurement (for vendor assessments), and departmental leads across the company. Our Work Style: We operate in a highly flexible, remote-friendly, and data-driven environment. We live in Wrike for project management, utilize Okta / Entra ID, and scripting (Python, PowerShell) for API-driven automation. Our Philosophy: We follow a Zero Trust security approach. We believe in securing through smart automation and user education rather than simply "blocking" productivity tools. Benefits & Perks: 6 weeks of paid vacation + 5 RTT Recovery Days + Seniority Leave Parental Leave: 16 Weeks Maternity / 4 Weeks Paternity + Reserved Daycare Spot Health Insurance - Competitive Coverage - for employees + dependents Hybrid Work – Flexible hybrid working model with a monthly home office allowance of €20 (hybrid) or €50 (fully remote). Location: Tokyo, Japan Workplace: Hybrid WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT US Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money. In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays. ABOUT THE ROLE The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them - Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off - Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership - Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met - Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing - Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close - Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself - Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance - Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time - Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals - You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results. - Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication NICE TO HAVES: - Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR - Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management - Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know. A NOTE ON AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Location: Prague; Limassol Workplace: remote Join Azul at a pivotal moment as we expand the market for Java intelligence and observability solutions that help enterprises optimize, secure and modernize their Java environments. As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Java Intelligence, you will be responsible for market strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution and commercial success for key areas of Azul’s Java Intelligence portfolio, including Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub and Payara InSight. You will shape how customers understand the value of these solutions, influence product direction in partnership with Product Management and Engineering and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, strong market instincts and the ability to lead through influence, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for developers, architects, operations teams and enterprise decision-makers. This role will ideally be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Limassol, Cyprus Or remotely in Europe or the EU. What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities) You will be responsible for specific areas across Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, working closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners. You will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging, market positioning, and business performance for your areas. You’ll use customer insight, market data, and business results to recommend direction, build alignment, and drive decisions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. The balance of your focus across the three products will evolve as business priorities change. These products are also closely connected to Azul’s Java runtimes: Optimizer Hub ships as part of Azul Prime, while Intelligence Cloud’s JVM Inventory supports Azul Core Oracle migration initiatives. Your work will therefore influence broader product and runtime priorities, and at times may include direct involvement with Azul Core and Azul Prime. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will come through strong product judgment, clarity, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to influence teams and senior leaders. Responsibilities: Drive business and product outcomes. Define meaningful measures of success for your product areas and use them to guide priorities and decisions. Monitor sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention, and other relevant product and business metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to understand performance, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust product direction when the data or customer feedback indicates a change is needed. Shape product strategy. Develop and recommend the multi-year direction for your areas, including where the products can differentiate, which customer segments and use cases to prioritize, and where Azul should build, partner, or integrate. Ensure your recommendations reflect customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and Azul’s broader enterprise and open-source portfolio. Partner with executive leadership. Report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with the CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO, and other senior leaders. Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, pricing considerations, customer insights, and business results clearly and credibly. Use evidence to support recommendations, invite constructive challenge, and adapt direction as new information emerges. Translate strategy into roadmap priorities. Turn product strategy into clear, sequenced, and achievable roadmap recommendations. Evaluate priorities and trade-offs across products and initiatives, build alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing, and help teams understand both what is being prioritized and why. Communicate roadmap direction effectively to internal stakeholders and customers while balancing customer needs, business opportunity, technical feasibility, and speed of execution. Develop pricing and packaging recommendations. Help shape how Intelligence Cloud is priced, packaged, and metered across Java environments of varying sizes and complexity, how Optimizer Hub is positioned and packaged as part of Azul Prime, and how Payara InSight is packaged for Azul Payara customers. Develop and test pricing models, gather feedback from customers and the field, and partner with finance, sales, and leadership to refine and implement recommendations. Lead inbound product management activities. Partner closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements and design reviews through implementation decisions and release readiness. Lead customer discovery and requirements sessions, translate customer problems into clear product needs, and provide direction on UX and UI priorities. For areas involving Optimizer Hub, consider the operator experience of installing, sizing, and running the product on Kubernetes. Contribute to customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-base content, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and continually evaluate the usability of the product. Lead outbound product management activities. Partner with marketing on positioning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing content. Participate in customer and prospect conversations, support strategic deals and escalations, and conduct ongoing market and competitive research. Help ensure product messaging resonates with developers, platform teams, technical decision-makers, and executive buyers. Build technical credibility. Develop a strong working understanding of the technologies behind the products and engage effectively with engineering teams on product and technical trade-offs. You do not need to be a JVM internals expert, but you should understand JVM architecture and operating principles, including JIT compilation and warm-up, well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business value. What you bring (aka Experience, Skills) 8+ years experience in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end to end — strategy through launch through revenue. Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in an adjacent market: application performance monitoring, application security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics. Fluency with AI tools and experience operating in an AI-first product management organization — you use them in your daily product work and have a view on where they help and where they don't. Deep technical fluency generally — you can read an architecture diagram, follow an engineering debate, and ask the question that changes the answer. Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product, including the messy cross-functional work of getting a model approved and into market. Understanding of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as the key influencers in an enterprise sales cycle. Strong domain knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes. Excellent written and verbal communication in English — equally effective with an engineer and with a Fortune 100 CIO. Comfortable in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone setup: self-directed, and a strong writer because writing is how decisions get made here. Comfortable in a startup-shaped environment where bringing order to chaos is part of the job. Nice to have Hands-on software or quality engineering background — you have written code and debugged production systems. Experience with open source communities. Familiarity with cloud cost optimization: how compute is provisioned, monitored, and optimized. Experience taking a new product from early traction to a durable revenue line. Working knowledge of Java and Java development tooling. Familiarity with Jakarta EE application servers (Payara, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss) and OpenTelemetry. Experience working across more than one product at once, especially products at different stages or sold through different motions. Experience with infrastructure software that customers deploy and operate themselves, not just SaaS. What we Offer · Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages · Referral Program · Work-life balance, remote-first, paid time off, company shutdown, holidays · Work with top experts worldwide whom contribute to the Java ecosystem Our Culture & Values · Maniacal Customer Focus · Innovation & Excellence · Initiative & Courage · Impact & Influence · Integrity & Transparency · Diversity, Inclusion & Teamwork Employment at Azul is contingent upon the completion of reference and background checks.

Location: San Francisco; Toronto; New York; Montreal; Seattle Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE Forward Deployed Engineering is Baseten’s swat team. We’re deeply technical, great with customers and fast, and we make the platform better with everything we learn in the field. FDEs take on the hardest inference problems for our most strategic customers: novel architectures, extreme scale, tight latency budgets. Then we turn those solutions into a platform no one can match. We’re scaling the team quickly. We need someone to build the operating system that lets a fast-growing team of engineers stay focused on hard problems instead of coordination. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to our largest customers and to company leadership. You’ll shape how a new kind of engineering team operates in the AI industry. RESPONSIBILITIES - Run the priority account cadence. Own the operating rhythm for our top accounts: daily hot-account check-ins, the weekly “forest view” review with leadership, and the account list itself with Sales leadership. Goal: zero surprise escalations to our execs. - Make the bridges work. Our FDE team connects to SA and Sales, Product, engineering (inference, infra), capacity and on-call. You’ll make sure each connection has a clear owner, cadence and SLA, with no hand-offs falling through the cracks: - Account transitions between solution architect and FDE, with exit criteria and runbooks - Non-P0 escalations to engineering teams, tracked and burned down weekly - Customer patterns and gaps flowing into the product roadmap - Drive cross-team programs for our largest customers. Coordinate multi-team efforts such as dedicated-capacity rollouts, cluster migrations, capacity reservations and large customer launches. Bring together various teams so these run on a plan, not on heroics. - Reduce toil and protect platform time. Track where engineering time goes: incidents another team owns, manual routing and config changes, after-hours pages. Work with engineering leads to remove the biggest sources of obstacles, so FDEs keep 30% of their time for shaping the platform. - Own the metrics. Build and report the metrics scorecard (account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health) to leadership. - Help us scale the team. Drive programs like new-hire enablement and certification, account load balancing, and run book coverage. Partner with Recruiting on hiring operations as we grow. - Manage risk and dependencies. Maintain a clear-eyed view of cross-team dependencies and risks; surface them early, drive mitigation, and keep leadership informed with honest, signal-rich updates. - Communicate up, down, and across. Translate between deeply technical teams and senior leadership. Run effective program reviews and write the kind of crisp statuses that let busy people make fast decisions. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs - Technical depth: you’re comfortable with ML Infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems, and can follow an incident channel or a design doc without a translator. Experience with LLM inference is a strong plus. - You’ve run programs across many teams at once and kept them moving without formal authority - Calm in the middle of an escalation: you bring structure to chaos and close the loop - You write clearly and concisely, for engineers and for execs - High ownership, and you’d rather fix the process than work around it NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience working on AI / ML Infra stack. - Background in solutions engineering, SRE or forward-deployed teams WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - In your first few months, you'll have taken ownership of one or more in-flight programs, established the operating rhythm they were missing, and built the trust that makes teams want you in the room. - Within a year, the programs you run are the ones leadership doesn't worry about, because the structure is clear, the risks are visible early, and the follow-ups always close. BENEFITS - Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity - (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents - Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!) - Paid parental leave - Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot - (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities. Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you. At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
