Capital.com builds and operates web and mobile trading platforms, public and partner APIs, and the backend services behind them, all in a highly regulated environment. As Application Security Architect, you will be the senior design authority for the security of these products. You will set the direction for how we secure software at scale: you will own secure-by-design patterns and standards, lead threat modelling and architecture reviews, and define the application security baseline that engineering teams build against.
Working closely with the Product Security team and the Director of Product Security, you will guide AppSec processes and set the vision for your area without direct line management. You will treat security as a shared outcome rather than a gate, balancing strong protection with developer experience and delivery speed, and you will earn adoption through enablement rather than mandates.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Standards:
Define and maintain secure-by-default reference architectures for common patterns: web apps, mobile backends, microservices, public and partner APIs, and event-driven services
Own core application security architecture decisions: authentication and authorisation, session management, API security, secrets management, multi-tenant isolation, and security logging and auditing
Lead the redesign of user authentication and the delivery of security features into the product
Develop and roll out application security standards, secure-coding guidelines, configuration standards, reusable design patterns, and architecture decision records (ADRs) that engineers can apply without a security expert in the room
Define internal policies for the safe use of AI-assisted and vibe-coding tools
Define security requirements for acquired technology and guide its secure integration
Threat Modelling & Design Review:
Establish and run a threat-modelling operating model, covering scope, cadence, templates, and facilitation, proportionate to each product's risk tier
Own the security review stage of the new product approval process, covering architecture design and configuration
Lead design reviews for high-impact initiatives: new products, new auth flows, payment and sensitive-data flows, platform migrations, and major refactors
Identify design-level risks and agree practical, prioritised mitigations with engineering teams
Secure SDLC, DevSecOps & Supply Chain:
Assess the current state of application security, propose improvements, and drive the secure SDLC strategy with Engineering and Security leadership
Oversee AppSec processes and own the tooling strategy (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, and secrets scanning), including how findings flow back to engineering
Embed security controls as guardrails in CI/CD through policy-as-code, with agreed enforcement and escalation paths
Partner with DevOps to organise repository management and prevent supply-chain attacks, covering safe component usage, dependency management, SBOMs, and build integrity
Improve the security of our internal tools
Requirements:
Experience:
8+ years in technology, including 5+ years in a dedicated application or product security role, with a strong engineering background and hands-on architecture or design ownership
Proven track record creating, documenting, and rolling out security standards, patterns, and best practices across a complex engineering organisation
Deep, demonstrable threat-modelling experience across product portfolios
Technical:
Experience designing and implementing a secure SDLC in a cloud-native environment. Strong AWS knowledge is required, and exposure to GCP or other clouds is welcome
Strong command of OWASP standards (Top 10, ASVS) and DevSecOps practice, including AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, secrets scanning) and vulnerability management
Deep understanding of modern distributed architectures: microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, OAuth2/OIDC, and containerised workloads (Docker, Kubernetes). You should be able to reason about their trust boundaries, attack surface, and data flows across web and mobile clients
Collaboration:
Exceptional ability to influence and align engineering teams without direct authority, and to brief both engineers and executives
Pragmatism and strategic thinking: you balance the ideal with the achievable, protect delivery throughput, and turn long-term direction into an actionable plan
Clear written communication through diagrams, ADRs, and patterns, plus a track record of mentoring and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or another regulated environment
Awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance drivers: FCA and CySEC operational resilience, GDPR, and PCI DSS
Software supply-chain security, including SBOMs and artifact and build integrity
Experience securing AI-integrated product features, or using AI to scale an AppSec programme
Experience building or running a Security Champions programme
CSSLP, GIAC GDSA, or a hands-on offensive security certification. Certifications are valued but secondary to demonstrated experience
What you'll get in return:
You will join the company, that cares about work and life balance
Annual Bonus based on the performance review cycle
Generous Annual Leave Policy
Medical Insurance and Pension fund, with additional benefit packages based on the location
Hybrid working model (3 days from our modern office and 2 days fully remotely)
Comprehensive Workation Policy with 30 more remote days available.
Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".
Задачи:
— Участие в развитии и эксплуатации Developer Platform на базе Kubernetes: развертывание, масштабирование, оптимизация кластеров, включая настройку сетевых политик и безопасности с помощью Cilium;
— Настройка и поддержка CI/CD-пайплайнов с использованием GitLab CI, автоматизация процессов сборки, тестирования и деплоя приложений;
— Внедрение GitOps-подхода с использованием Flux CD для управления конфигурациями;
— Работа с системами управления секретами (HashiCorp Vault) и обеспечение безопасности инфраструктуры;
— Оптимизация инфраструктуры для проектов на Golang, Java, Node.js, включая поддержку микросервисных архитектур;
— Настройка и управление кластерами Kafka/Redis/Nats/Postgres;
— Настройка и поддержка Istio Service Mesh;
— Настройка и поддержка инфраструктурных сервисов в k8s и на ВМ;
— Интеграция c Observability-стеком для сбора метрик, логов и трейсов.
Требования:
— Опыт работы от 3 лет в DevOps;
— Глубокое понимание Linux, Kubernetes и сетей (включая сетевые политики через Cilium), управление Helm-чартами, troubleshooting;
— Опыт работы с CI/CD-инструментами;
— Навыки работы с инфраструктурой как код (Ansible) и GitOps-подходом (Flux CD/Argo CD);
— Опыт работы с системами управления секретами (HashiCorp Vault);
— Навыки написания скриптов на Bash, Golang или Python;
— Владение английским языком для чтения документации.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы с базами данных (Postgres);

About Us
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
About the Role
We're looking for our first hospitality fan Sales person in NRW. Sales is at the heart of our business growth right now, and you will be driving it forward in your day-to-day. This role is about more than closing deals, it is about blending with the hospitality scene and winning the market.
In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate:
- Find the coolest new hospitality spots in town that everyone talks about
- Create engaging ways to show our product
- Use creative communication strategies to close the deal that will help the merchant operate smarter
- Do a smooth handover to the onboarding team to make sure we go live quickly and successfully
- Efficiently use our CRM and other Sales tools (Hubspot, Clay, AI) to leave more time for creativity and connection
- Continuously improve and revisit our sales funnel
- Keep an eye on the new developments in the industry and the merchants’ needs to create our own path
What You’ll Need
You are a natural relationship builder with a passion for hospitality industry:
- Hands-on approach, independence and hunger for fast-paced operations
- Natural curiosity and a healthy appetite for calculated risk - we want you to try new things and not be afraid to fail
- Strong and engaging communication skills - you can grab an attention of a busy hospitality owner and keep them interested
- Passion and curiosity for hospitality and hospitality tech
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management or Hospitality
- You are comfortable working in both English and German
If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission
- Flexible time off
- Team events
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
What we expect from the Head of Treasury:
— Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting.
— High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless communication with international banks and partners.
— Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes.
— Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools.
— Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems).
— Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies.
— Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles.
Key responsibilities:
— Building and optimizing the treasury function: cash flow forecasting, payment automation, and transparency.
— Managing relationships with international banks: account opening, fee optimization, and banking network management.
— Assessing and managing FX and interest rate risks, as well as implementing practical hedging strategies.
— Cost reduction, control over payment limits, access rights, and transaction security.
— Updating internal treasury policies and mentoring the team.
What we offer:
— Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format.
— 21 days of paid vacation + 10 sick leave days and Cyprus public holidays.
— Health insurance, sports/wellness compensation, professional training, and language learning budgets.
— A strong international team and the opportunity to build global-scale processes.
Location: London, England
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Your job is to make sure every payout and transaction lands with the right person.
We have spent years getting very good at protecting the things a marketplace has always had to protect: checkout fraud, account takeover, courier abuse. But we are no longer only a marketplace. We now issue banking products, lend to merchants, move instant payouts to couriers, and collect cash on the doorstep. Every one of those is a new way for money to leave the platform.
This is a new team, and it owns that surface: fraud wherever money moves through the platform. Who receives it, who lends it, who collects it, and who holds it in a financial account. Think instant payout rails, merchant cash advances, and platform-issued banking and earned-wage products serving millions of couriers and merchants. These are live loss surfaces, and the volume grows with every financial product we launch.
We are now looking for a
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to build that protection. You will design and ship real-time detection and automated enforcement for our financial products across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. The work is high-throughput, low-latency, and unusually consequential: a rule you ship on Monday can stop a serious loss by Friday. It is also close to greenfield, so you will be setting the patterns every future financial product inherits on day one.
This role will be based in
London
,
UK
as one of the founding engineering roles in our London hub, working closely with our teams in Helsinki and Berlin.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go that score financial events in real time, including payout enrollments, bank account links, credit applications, and account-to-account transfers.
Design fraud detection and automated enforcement for our financial products end to end: from signal collection through to the decision that blocks a fraudulent payout.
Build on and extend our shared fraud decisioning platform, so signals, rules, and models work across all three of our brands instead of being rebuilt three times.
Partner closely with risk analysts, data scientists, and product managers to turn observed fraud patterns into shipped detection, and to know when a rule, a model, or a product change is the right answer.
Work across team boundaries with our account security, payments fraud, and financial product teams. We build on their signals rather than rebuild them, so clean interfaces matter.
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions as we establish the fraud infrastructure baseline for financial products, with support from senior engineers on the team.
Write well-tested, observable code and help the team hold a high quality bar. In fraud, a silent failure is a loss event.
Our expectations:
3 to 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including backend services you have shipped and owned in production.
1+ years of production experience in Golang, or strong experience in another backend language and real enthusiasm for picking Go up quickly.
A working understanding of low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems. Real-time decisioning comes with a latency budget, and you are keen to learn to build inside one.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, and some exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar).
Willingness to operate what you build, including a share of on-call, with a pragmatic approach to reliability.
Uses AI tooling in day-to-day development and can critically evaluate its output for correctness and quality.
Nice to have
Experience in fraud, risk, payments, lending, or financial crime, especially money movement fraud, bank account linking fraud, payout abuse, or lending fraud.
Experience with rules engines, real-time feature stores, or ML model serving in a decisioning path.
Background in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Node.js alongside Go.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or regulatory regimes.
What we value
A product-oriented mindset. You think beyond the ticket, understand the "why" behind the work, and take a high level of responsibility for outcomes rather than output.
Comfort with ambiguity. This is a new team on a new surface; parts of the charter are still being drawn, and you will help draw them.
A track record of owning a project or feature end to end, especially in fast-paced environments.
Clear and proactive communication, with a collaborative spirit. We work across three companies and several time zones, so we move fast, but we succeed together.
An adversarial instinct. The best fraud engineers enjoy thinking like the attacker.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.
We believe in equality of opportunity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion, or belief.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!
