Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Teams across Arcadia already put agents to work enabling clients' clinical, analytics, and operations teams. We use them heavily for our own work, too. Much of the platform foundation is in place. Now it has to handle longer-running workflows, client-facing agents, and PHI at scale.
You'll join the team that owns the platform underneath these agent workflows. This isn't a solo mandate. Your influence comes from what you ship and what other teams build on top of it.
How We Build
Engineers at Arcadia own outcomes end to end: the problem, the design, the code, the rollout, and the result in production. We build alongside AI without handing it our judgment; our automation is governed and transparent, built to strengthen human expertise, not replace it. We have few layers, high agency, deep ownership. We adopt new tools and practices quickly, which lets us move faster than many startups while keeping the discipline a regulated environment demands.
Our agent platform sits on top of governed access to AWS-based petabyte-scale lakehouse data with open table formats, distributed Spark processing, and Kubernetes services. The current implementation has an OSS agent harness and a gateway/router across model providers, all built on a third-party agent framework.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia product teams should be able to spin up an agent quickly, ship it with confidence, and evolve it over time safely and cost-effectively. The platform provides the building blocks: persistence, workflows, memory, and identity-aware, compliant connectivity to tools. The platform also takes care of the quality attributes: caching, compaction, evals, guardrails, observability, resiliency, and safe handling of PHI.
Teams adopt it because it's the fastest safe path, not because they're told to. You treat it as a product and can show the impact in numbers.
Next: customers bring their own agents to Arcadia, and eventually assemble them from our building blocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Evolve and run our agent platform for both internal and client-facing use cases: the runtime, SDKs, templates, and paved paths that let teams ship agents on Arcadia's data. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Stand up and harden the infrastructure underneath it: IaC, network topology, security controls, and the operational tooling that keeps it running, in close partnership with SRE.
Make quality attributes platform defaults, not per-team projects: evaluation harnesses and regression gates, guardrails and policy enforcement, tracing and telemetry, and resiliency patterns for model, tool, and data failures, plus the inevitable provider churn.
Design for a regulated industry: PHI isolation, least-privilege identity for agents, audit trails, and human review.
Run the platform as an internal product: work with the teams building on it every week, and measure adoption and developer experience.
Partner with domain teams on their hardest agent use cases, and turn what you learn into platform capability.
Own it in production: SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
Set the technical bar for how engineers build with AI at Arcadia, and coach Senior Engineers through design partnership and review. Their trajectory is part of your impact.
What You'll Bring
Platforms you've built and run that other engineering teams adopted, from ambiguous beginnings through years of operation, with results you can show.
Deep foundations in cloud-native distributed systems, data infrastructure, and service architecture. You reason from first principles.
Hands-on infrastructure depth: IaC, cloud, security architecture, and running production systems. You can go deep with SRE, not just hand work off to them.
Current, hands-on production coding, and the desire to keep doing it.
Passion for developer experience (DevEx/DevProd) as a discipline.
Writing clear enough to set standards beyond your own work, and influence that comes from credibility, not title.
No healthcare background required. We hire builders from fintech, infrastructure, and consumer scale, and teach the domain.
Would Love for You to Have
Scars from production LLM/agent deployments beyond glossy demos (but we won't ask for 20 years of LLM experience).
Pragmatism about the LLM ecosystem: excited by it, not distracted by it.
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own one of Arcadia's most consequential platform domains and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org adopts AI; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
T
ogether, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
We're looking for a staff software engineer to be a technical leader on our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform — the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
As a
Staff Software Engineer
, you'll contribute to the technical direction for the team. You'll own the architecture of major subsystems, lead complex projects that span multiple engineers, and raise the bar for design and code quality across the team. You'll spend your time on the hardest technical problems, and multiply the team through design reviews, coaching, and mentorship.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. We do expect the successful candidate to come to the Oakland, CA office from time to time.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of complex, team-level projects across the Metadata services, coordinating development across multiple engineers
Independently design and develop the architecture of new subsystems, and own team-level subsystems end to end
Use AI tooling and agents — across development and SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet a high quality bar, and identify design deficiencies before they ship
Drive technical initiatives across the team's responsibility areas — discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history
Set and uphold design, architecture, and coding best practices, and hold teammates accountable for code quality
Coach and mentor engineers, demonstrably improving the quality of code across the team
Write technical specs, document common components, and keep the team accountable for necessary project documentation
Fix and optimize critical parts of the codebase, drive incident follow-through, and advance the reliability and performance of the services you own
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation
Skills We're Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex, team-scope technical work to completion
Deep expertise designing and owning subsystems in distributed, cloud-based systems
Demonstrated ability to set technical direction for a team and drive multi-engineer initiatives across an area of ownership
Excellent design and architecture judgment; identifies design flaws in existing systems and proposes sound solutions with clear trade-offs
Writes exemplary, well-tested code that serves as a model for others, and reliably estimates and delivers sprint to sprint
Strong track record of raising quality through code review, coaching peers, and enforcing accepted engineering practices
Experience partnering with QE on test strategy and owning operational health — incidents, post-mortems, reliability, and performance
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and managing dev infrastructure
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts — and able to model those practices for a team
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience architecting metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia. We leverage a modern technology stack — including our in- house Marketing OS and AI content pipelines — to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are hiring two junior specialists to own link placements end-to-end across the group’s websites — from research and first contact to price negotiation and a verified live link. You work from our vetted publisher database plus your own research, order the articles from our content pipeline, and build up to ~20 quality links a month once you find your rhythm. You report to the Head of Search, who trains you on our quality rules and works the pipeline alongside you.
This is an ownership role, not a list-scraper role. Within our quality rules, you decide which sites to pursue, what price to accept, and when to walk away — and report after, not before. If a publisher goes quiet, you chase them. If a link you paid for disappears, you get it
restored or replaced.
Note: This role does not include writing articles — our content team and AI pipeline produce them.
Key Responsibilities
Research and find link opportunities
• Work the prospect queue from our vetted publisher database and add opportunities from your own research.
• Qualify every site before contact: real traffic, a related subject (property, travel, business, the Gulf), and no seller footprints.
• Apply our quality bar on every placement — DR 40+ for main websites, and never more than 3 links a month from one site.
• Spot new site types, niches, and sources the database does not cover yet.
• Flag price and quality patterns you see in the market so we adjust the plan with real data.
2. Outreach and negotiate
• Contact site owners and pitch the placement in clear, personal English — not a template blast.
• Negotiate the price on every deal and record asking price vs final price.
• Decide when a deal is bad and walk away — an overpriced or off-quality link is worse than no link.
• Keep many conversations moving at once without dropping any of them.
• Build repeatable relationships with the publishers worth returning to.
3. Place and verify
• Order the article from our content pipeline with the right anchor and target page.
• See every placement through to publication — chase until it is live.
• Confirm every link is live, do-follow, and indexed before counting it.
• Run the 90-day live check on your placements and get dead links restored or replaced.
• Build up to ~20 quality links a month after your ramp-up period.
4. Monitor performance and run your pipeline
• Keep every prospect, conversation, and order at the correct status in Marketing OS — the pipeline is the single source of truth.
• Record every cost against every placement; no untracked spending.
• Watch how your placed links perform and report what is moving rankings.
• Have your weekly numbers visible without being asked for them.
• Escalate blockers to your lead the day they appear, not at the end of the month.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2+ years of hands-on link building — with placements you personally won and can show us (send 3–5 live links).
• Working SEO knowledge: you understand how links, on-page, and technical SEO fit together, even if links are your specialty.
• Written English strong enough to pitch and negotiate with international site owners without a template for every message.
• Pipeline discipline: you can run many open conversations at once and drop none of them.
• Decisive operator — you make the routine calls yourself and can give references who confirm it.
• Based in Armenia and able to work 2 days a week from our Yerevan office.
• Comfortable working to monthly numbers that are openly tracked.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on on-page SEO experience — audits, titles and meta, internal linking.
• Russian and/or Arabic — our sites run in three languages and both are a real advantage.
• Familiarity with the main SEO research and backlink tools.
• Experience buying placements through link marketplaces.
• Daily use of AI tools in your current work.
• Agency background — you have built links across many different websites and industries.
What We Offer
• A ready system, not a blank page: a vetted publisher database, a Marketing OS pipeline, and AI-produced articles — your time goes on winning placements, not admin.
• A specialist lead who trains you, clear quality rules, and honest monthly targets.
• Hybrid working in Yerevan (2 days office / 3 days home), employment through our Dubai company, and leave per Armenian labour law.
• A real growth path: language ownership, wider SEO scope, and a senior track as the search team scales.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced AI Safety Engineer to drive the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems that protect our platform and users across a multimodal space, with a particular focus on detecting and preventing abuse of ElevenLabs' free tiers. You'll work alongside a team of ML and full stack engineers to build production-grade safety infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a product ownership role where you'll be responsible for end-to-end technical execution of our safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring. You'll bridge the gap between ML research and production-grade systems, ensuring our safety infrastructure is robust, observable, and scalable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection, deploying AI/ML models into production systems
- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and service architectures supporting real-time and batch moderation workflows
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems; establish SLIs, SLOs, and performance benchmarks
- Partner with ML engineers to translate research models into production-ready systems and integrate them across our product suite
- Drive technical decisions and contribute vision to the safety roadmap on how the next generation of platform guardrails should be built for scale and precision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Direct experience tackling free-tier abuse, fraud detection, or fake-account / bot farming at scale
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience building production systems at scale
- Strong production backend experience: distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and Python expertise (asynchronous Python, backend frameworks)
- Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines
- Observability mindset with experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and building observable systems
- Track record of taking products or systems from 0→1 with measurable impact, including deploying or working alongside ML/AI systems in production
Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Redis), or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

Looking to join a world-class blockchain development team? Ava Labs makes it simple to deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, led by innovations on Avalanche. The company was founded by Cornell computer scientists, who partnered with Wall Street veterans and early Web3 leaders to execute a promising vision for redefining the way people build permissionless networks. About the Role
Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3. Join us as we empower people to easily and freely digitize all the world’s assets on one open, programmable blockchain platform. We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Group. This team is responsible for maintaining and advancing the Avalanche blockchain and its ecosystem.
Ava Labs is hiring a Staff Engineer into the Platform Engineering Group to serve as a full-time maintainer of AvalancheGo and the technical anchor for the node domain: consensus, peer-to-peer networking, state sync, the VM plugin interface, and the node's integration with the C-Chain EVM (coreth and libevm). This is a hands-on role that requires an Architect/Solver build, with tech lead responsibilities during coordinated network upgrades. You will own the health of the codebase, set the technical direction of the domain across the teams that build on it, and multiply the effectiveness of the engineers around you.
What You Will Do
- Own AvalancheGo as its maintainer: Maintain and advance the software powering the Avalanche network, as well as its environments. Manage contributions from both the team and the community in a fair, effective, and thoughtful manner. You hold the merge bar for network-critical code; assess contributions from the team and the community fairly and quickly, and steward backwards compatibility for the node operators and Avalanche L1 builders downstream of every release. Your review will be the last gate before code reaches every validator.
- Set and enforce engineering standards. Define what production quality means for the team.
- Design, build, and advance Avalanche’s critical systems. You’ll be contributing directly to the critical systems in the Avalanche network: consensus, networking (P2P), state management and sync, the VM interface, and performance of both the network nodes and their EVM integrations.
- Champion reliability and production readiness. Establish observability standards (structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling), define SLOs for node performance, and lead incident review and postmortem culture for network incidents.
- Raise and define release quality. Own the engineering lifecycle for network-critical code: versioning and upgrade coordination, backward compatibility, staged rollouts across test networks, and hard test quality metrics (unit, property, fuzz, race-detection, and end-to-end network tests) before anything ships.
- Mentorship. Mentor senior engineers into larger scope, run design reviews that measurably change outcomes, and spread your context deliberately so the team can onboard, operate, and extend the node without you.Turn a team of individual contributors into a team with shared standards, shared context, and a high quality ceiling. Becoming a single point of failure is a failure mode of this role, and you will be expected to resist it.
- Evangelize the project within the org: Write ADRs, release notes, and technical communications; engage external contributors; and model what a great open source citizen looks like.
- Drive protocol direction through the ACP process. You originate and champion Avalanche Community Proposals, represent the node's constraints in protocol design conversations, and position AvalancheGo for upgrades before they activate on Fuji and Mainnet. Your bets play out over 6 to 18 months.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- A self-starter with insatiable curiosity combined with being comfortable diving into someone else’s code to understand how it works. You treat the code as the source of truth and are able to discern nuances from there.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an appreciation for clean, maintainable code. You create software as much for the end user as for the love of the craft.
- You believe in growing a culture of excellence. As a Staff Engineer you will set the definition for development standards among your team, as well as cultivating the quality you want to see in the developers you work with.
- You understand what makes a great open source project great. Not just in terms of code quality, but in terms of its ecosystem, its community, and its contributors
- You have operated at Staff scope before, irrespective of whatever your title said. You can point to a workstream you created rather than inherited, one that other teams came to depend on, and to the case you built to get it funded.
- You influence without authority. You have driven technical direction across teams that did not report to you, through alignment and credibility rather than escalation, and engineers from those teams would vouch for it.
- You treat the code as the source of truth. You are comfortable diving into a large unfamiliar codebase, discerning its nuances from the source, and making impactful contributions within weeks.
- You know what makes a great open source project great: the code quality, and equally the review culture, the contributor experience, and the trust of the ecosystem that depends on it. You have been on the maintainer side of that relationship.
- You hold a high bar and make it stick. You have set standards that other engineers actually follow, pushed back when work below the bar tried to land, and done it in a way that made people want to work with you rather than around you.
- You still do the unglamorous work visibly. Reviews, on-call, migrations, and documentation remain part of the job at this level, and you treat them as the job rather than a distraction from it.
This Role Is Not for You If
- You want to write smart contracts or build dapps. This is node and protocol engineering, several layers down.
- You want a purely advisory position.
- You consider reviews, on-call, migrations, and documentation to be beneath the level. They remain part of the job, done visibly.
- You are uncomfortable working in public. Your code, your reviews, your design docs, and occasionally your mistakes will be visible to the entire ecosystem.
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years operating at a staff/lead level (or clearly performing at that scope), with a track record of raising team-wide engineering quality.
- Expert-level Go: deep fluency with the concurrency model (goroutines, channels, the race detector), profiling and performance tuning (pprof, benchmarks), module and dependency management, and idiomatic API design in large codebases.
- Significant open source experience - maintainer or sustained core contributor on a widely used project, with a public record of reviews, RFCs/design docs, and community engagement (a GitHub profile we can read is worth more than any bullet on a resume).
- Proven production experience designing, shipping, and operating distributed systems at scale: consensus or replication, P2P networking, state synchronization, or comparable high-availability systems.
- Strong testing discipline across the pyramid: unit, property-based/fuzz, integration, and end-to-end network testing, plus experience building CI that enforces it (GitHub Actions preferred).
- Experience with release engineering for software users self-host and cannot be force-upgraded: semantic versioning, backward compatibility, migration paths, and coordinated network upgrades.
- Working fluency with Linux-based infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability tooling (Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent).
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
