About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Own a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market which includes target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 3000+ employees. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

on what that will take.
About this role
GiveDirectly has delivered more than $1B in cash directly to more than 2 million people living in poverty across 15 countries. We believe cash transfers are one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid, with the research to back it up.
We are growing at an unprecedented scale. By the end of 2027, we will have more than tripled dollars delivered via our current playbook to $750M+, while building toward a step-change of roughly 10x on a new technology stack and operating model. We also believe that we could deliver significant incremental money through external partnerships, whether by sourcing verified lists from an institutional partner like UNHCR, subgranting to partners with existing distribution capacity, or routing funds directly through an established remittance provider.
To evaluate and advance these external opportunities to increase our delivery capacity, we are building a lean internal consulting team. In this role, you will work with high autonomy to elaborate a comprehensive set of options and rigorously evaluate, prioritize, and implement them. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with our Executive team, Country Directors, and external partners. The work is in an early stage, the mandate is wide, and the recommendations you make have the potential to influence delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars.
This role is especially well suited to structured problem-solvers with Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, in business or social impact contexts. This role is funded through the end of 2027, deliberately matched to the window in which these decisions need to be made. We see a strong case for it to become a permanent function beyond that.
What you'll do
Build and prioritize a portfolio of options
. Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, from institutional data partnerships to outsourced delivery to telco and payment provider arrangements, and rank them on scale, speed, feasibility, and what it would cost us to pursue them.
Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict
. Run primary diligence on the options that warrant it, including direct engagement with potential partners, regulators, and counsel, and reach a defensible recommendation to advance or stop.
Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation
. Take the opportunities we select from recommendation through to a live pilot, holding the counterparty relationship and coordinating the cross-functional internal work required to deliver.
Define and run competitive solicitations
. Articulate what we need from a partner precisely enough to publish an RFP (or similar), set selection criteria, and manage and evaluate the responses.
Negotiate with institutional counterparties
. Lead engagement with UN agencies, INGOs, mobile network operators, and government bodies, from first contact through to signed agreement.
Equip Executive decision-making
. Produce the analysis and written recommendations that let the Executive team decide where to commit money and capacity.
What we're looking for
A driven, disciplined explorer of unfamiliar territory.
You have personally taken a mandate as broad as "find us more ways to deliver” and turned it into a short list of options you pressure tested until you arrived at a recommendation. You translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones and success metrics. You have done this with no playbook and no team assigned to you. Your work influenced high-stakes strategic decisions.
Strong analytical instincts.
You are adept at using data to generate insights and drive decision-making. You can build comparable estimates for structurally different options, and show what would have to be true for each one to work.
A negotiator who uses leverage intelligently.
You can assess what an institution's incentives and compliance requirements will allow. You position opportunities for collaboration shrewdly, distinguish a difficult but workable partnership from one that will not advance, and judge when to persist, change your approach, or walk away.
A clear, direct communicator.
You cut through complexity and influence senior stakeholders with concise, well-structured thinking. Your recommendations lead with what you think we should do, name the assumptions they depend on, and state what further work would test them.
Embody and set an example for GD values.
We take
our values
incredibly seriously, and expect the people who represent us externally to embody them in all aspects of their work.
Additional areas we’re interested in, though not required
Experience with humanitarian or institutional donors, particularly UN agencies and INGO consortia; mobile money, telco, or payments partnerships; grantmaking, organizational due diligence, or cost-effectiveness assessments; running challenge funds or competitive solicitations; negotiating data-sharing and data-protection agreements; and operating in low-income or infrastructure-constrained markets.

- You are excited to be part of a growing team.
BONUS:
- You have experience building SDKs.
- You have experience in server driven user interfaces.
- You have shipped your own app to Google Play or the App Store.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team

Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch

supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a

for sellers once supply scale is established.

Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.

building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.

- Talk to customers regularly to understand their problems, and use research and data to shape the experiences that solve them.
- Integrate AI throughout your process, from synthesizing research and analyzing competitors to generating concepts, writing copy, and building working prototypes.
- Take accountability for quality at every stage of a project, and above all for what ships.
SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of product design experience and a portfolio of shipped work that shows strong visual and interaction craft and clear end-to-end thinking.
- Experience owning a product area with little oversight, taking ambiguous problems from definition through launch and iteration.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, motion, and interaction detail.
- Fluency in Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools, with experience designing for iOS, Android, and web.
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system, including partnering with other designers and engineers to get changes built in code.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design for interconnected flows and complex existing systems.
- Experience talking directly to customers, and using research and product data to inform design decisions.
- Credibility with engineering and product partners, built on clear communication and the ability to explain design rationale and influence direction.
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, with the ability to present work confidently and explain design rationale.
- Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to speed up your design work.
- Openness to feedback, with the ability to take critique, adjust, and keep work moving.

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to shape where Alchemy invests growth: full-funnel, from self-serve signup all the way through the enterprise sales funnel. This is a high-ownership, strategic seat. You'll decide, each cycle, where our marketing dollars and headcount go for the highest return, and you'll have real influence over the tactics we run to get there.
This role has real breadth. You'll own the channel mix we run today, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, a lifecycle program we're just getting off the ground, and our website, and you'll decide where each of those gets more or less investment based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline. You'll also go looking for what's next: new channels worth testing as the audience and the industry evolve, and product-led signals worth turning into a marketing motion. And you'll bring visibility to parts of the funnel we can't see well today, both self-serve and the enterprise sales flow, so the whole company can make better calls on where to spend.
This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who's already built full-funnel growth measurement from scratch at a developer-focused B2B company, and who knows how to rank channels by ROI and act on it. You won't be building a growth program from zero, you'll be evolving one: an AI-powered SEO/AEO system already in production, a defined tool stack, and agencies already engaged. You'll decide what stays, what goes, and where you build a team to get us to the next level of growth maturity.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel visibility for Alchemy's growth motion, from self-serve signup through the enterprise sales flow, including the quality of leads reaching the sales team, so the company can see how every channel performs end to end.
- Set the channel investment strategy each half: given current resourcing and goals, decide where marketing dollars and efforts go, and defend that call with data.
- Own and continuously re-rank channel ROI, paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO, lifecycle/email, website, ecosystem/partner-driven channels, and any new channel you stand up, identifying the highest-ROI area each cycle and reallocating toward it.
- Evaluate and evolve the existing tool stack and agencies: keep, renegotiate, or replace based on what's actually driving signups and pipeline.
- Identify, pitch, and test new channels and signals, including product-led growth signals you pick up working with Product, as Alchemy's audience and the industry evolve, then scope and delegate what you find to the right owner: a product marketer, an ecosystem marketing manager, an agency, or your own hire.
- Build and lead a team over time: propose and open headcount as the highest-ROI areas demand dedicated ownership, and directly manage the specialists and agencies you bring on.
- Represent growth and channel performance in the twice-yearly marketing planning cycle and retro, as a primary voice in where the company focuses its tactics next half, backed by your own data.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B company with a developer-focused audience and both self-serve and enterprise motions.
- Track record of owning full-funnel measurement: connecting top-of-funnel spend to signups to pipeline, and using that to make investment calls, not just channel-level reporting.
- Proven ability to rank and reallocate spend + efforts across channels based on ROI, and to kill or scale channels based on evidence.
- Experience evaluating and managing agency relationships and a marketing tool stack, with the judgment to know what to keep versus replace.
- Comfortable identifying, testing, and standing up entirely new channels rather than only running the established playbook.
- Strong cross-functional operator: able to work with Product on in-product growth signals, with Sales/SDR on lead quality and funnel handoff, and with Product Marketing and Ecosystem Marketing on execution you delegate out.
- Efficiency-obsessed: instinctively pressure-tests where a dollar or a headcount is going before committing to it.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted growth initiatives.
- Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week.
Nice to Haves
- Startup experience building a growth function from 0 to 1, standing up measurement and channel testing where little existed, not just optimizing an established program.
- Has built and led a team, or is ready to hire and manage one as the highest-ROI areas justify dedicated headcount.
- Experience in crypto/Web3 or blockchain infrastructure marketing.
- Experience marketing an API-first or infrastructure product.

Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned GTM outcomes across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver the training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community — Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs — to a shared, coordinated go-to-market motion.
Every program you build, every piece of content you ship, and every internal enablement session you run exists to accelerate GTM outcomes: more partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and faster revenue through the ecosystem.
Docker’s partner ecosystem is a strategic growth lever, and AI Governance (AIG) is our primary co-sell motion. You’ll ensure every partner type understands Docker’s AIG value proposition, knows how to run joint sales plays, and is ready to engage customers alongside our field teams. Equally, you will serve as the internal GTM connector for Docker’s own sellers — equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with the partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness they need to drive pipeline through the ecosystem. If you love building from scratch, orchestrating complex programs across diverse partner types, and making an entire ecosystem move toward a common GTM goal, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Partner GTM Enablement — Training & Certification
- Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners — all anchored to enabling partners to execute Docker’s GTM motion.
- Develop role-based learning paths that give partners the product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth they need to sell and support Docker effectively — with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor.
- Leverage and extend Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale partner certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise across the ecosystem.
- Manage certification tracks end-to-end — from curriculum design and facilitation to assessment, badging, and ongoing recertification — tying completion to measurable GTM readiness.
External Partner GTM Enablement — Content & Programs
- Develop and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content including joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection handling guides — all built to activate partners in the field.
- Partner with the Partner team to identify enablement gaps across each partner segment and build scalable programs to close them in service of shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner management and learning platform.
- Establish Impartner as a world-class partner portal — driving adoption, improving the partner experience, and continuously optimizing the platform for discoverability and GTM engagement.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new launches and messaging — especially around AIG — into partner-ready GTM materials that are accessible, timely, and field-tested.
Internal GTM Enablement — Enabling Docker’s Field to Win with Partners
- Own the internal side of partner GTM: equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Build and maintain “How to Win with Partners” resources for Docker’s field teams — covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models tied to GTM outcomes.
- Build co-sell plays and joint sales materials that connect Docker’s AIG story to each partner type’s unique value proposition (e.g., Hyperscaler integrations, G/SI delivery models, Channel resell motions).
- Develop and deliver enablement on how to run effective account mapping sessions with partners — including preparation, joint prioritization, and follow-through.
- Support account mapping in Salesforce (SFDC) between Docker AEs and partner sales teams, ensuring the right structure and training exists to make joint pipeline sessions productive.
- Run internal enablement sessions on partner engagement models, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies to drive joint pipeline and GTM velocity.
GTM Velocity & Impact
- Drive velocity in Docker’s partner program by ensuring partners are enabled, certified, and ready to engage customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Track partner readiness KPIs — including pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth — and tie every enablement investment to measurable GTM outcomes.
- Use partner performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to identify gaps and continuously sharpen programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes — not just content management.
- Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS — Impartner experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partner types.
- Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage and build credibility with both external partners and internal field stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to prioritize, measure, and connect enablement investment to GTM results.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or other structured sales methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms — Docker experience a significant plus.
- Experience enabling partners around a primary GTM motion or strategic product category (e.g., AI/ML, security, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align enablement with go-to-market priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with partner stakeholders and influence GTM execution without direct authority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s platform, partner ecosystem strategy, and the current state of partner enablement across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and ISV segments — with a specific eye toward GTM alignment gaps.
- Audit existing partner programs, content, and the Impartner platform — understand what exists, what’s missing, and what partners actually need to execute Docker’s AIG GTM story.
- Build relationships with the Partner team, Sales leadership, and key partner stakeholders to understand the ecosystem’s GTM motion from the inside out.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Take full ownership of the Impartner platform — establish governance, improve the partner experience, and begin driving adoption tied to GTM engagement.
- Deliver the first partner training or certification module (with AIG as the GTM anchor) and gather field feedback to iterate.
- Launch at least one “How to Win with Partners” internal enablement resource and one account mapping framework for Docker’s field teams.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE GTM IMPACT
- Operate a fully functioning partner enablement program with measurable readiness scores, certification completion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
- Be recognized by the Partner team, partner community, and Docker’s field teams as the go-to resource for partner GTM enablement, co-sell readiness, and joint pipeline execution.
- Demonstrate clear linkage between partner enablement investment and partner-driven GTM outcomes — pipeline generated, quota retired, and account depth increased.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$166,950 – CA$238,500 + equity
United States: $120,400 – $172,000 + equity
