OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

Are you a commercially driven sales professional who loves opening doors, building relationships and winning new business? We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing sales team. This is a
hunter-focused role
for someone who is energised by prospecting, creating opportunities from scratch and turning conversations into revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the ASEAN market, while also building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll need to be comfortable owning the
full sales cycle — from prospecting and first conversation through to negotiation, close and account growth.
If you’re ambitious, resilient and enjoy the thrill of winning, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business:
Identify, prospect and engage new clients across your target market, building a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
Own the full sales cycle:
Take opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, proposals, negotiation and close.
Create your own opportunities:
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and develop creative approaches to open new conversations rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Build senior relationships:
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, demand generation, sales and other senior stakeholders within target accounts.
Understand client challenges:
Uncover business objectives, pain points and priorities and translate these into relevant solutions.
Drive revenue growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Grow existing accounts:
Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients while continuing to prioritise new business acquisition.
Build and manage pipeline:
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline, with a strong focus on conversion, deal velocity and revenue generation.
Partner with internal teams:
Work closely with campaign, marketing, delivery and client success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sale through execution.
Stay commercially curious:
Keep up to date with trends across B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM and the broader technology landscape so you can bring value to client conversations.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience
, ideally within technology, media, marketing, advertising, demand generation, SaaS or a related environment.
A
proven hunter mentality
— you enjoy prospecting, cold outreach, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
A track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
and consistently delivering revenue.
Experience managing the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting to closing.
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions against business challenges.
Confident engaging with
senior decision-makers
and navigating multiple stakeholders within an organisation.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable hearing “no” and finding another way in.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Highly self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards ambitious targets.
A team player who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders while taking
full ownership of their number
.
Experience or understanding of
B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM or digital marketing
is highly advantageous.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re not someone who waits for an SDR to hand you a meeting.
You’re naturally curious about businesses, know how to identify an opportunity, and are confident picking up the phone, sending the message or finding the right person to start a conversation.
You’re competitive but collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by results. You take ownership of your pipeline, your clients and, most importantly,
your number
.
What We Offer
Career Growth:
Join a high-growth organisation with genuine opportunities to develop your sales career.
Competitive Compensation:
Attractive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to your success.
Autonomy & Ownership:
The opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop your territory and make a visible impact on revenue growth.
Collaborative Culture:
Work alongside an experienced, supportive team that values ambition, accountability and teamwork.
Regional Exposure:
Work with leading technology and B2B brands across the ASEAN and APAC markets.
If you’re a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business and building something of your own, we’d love to hear from you.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.

Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.

Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.

You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Service Delivery, and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving, not paralyzed by it.
Key responsibilities:
1. Hiring & Selection
Support the Regional HRBP on submitting the hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings/induction for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardised onboarding/induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyse exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
3. HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance and compensation from employees and managers across LATAM
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time off requests and balances, Workday challenges, etc.
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ/knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
4. Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the LATAM Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI & Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
5. HR Systems & Data Integrity
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with different HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What You Need For This Role
Background
• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Experience
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
• Advanced English — written and spoken; most team communication is in English
• G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) — advanced level required
• AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
Bonus track — what sets great candidates apart
• High tolerance for ambiguity — you don't need everything to be defined to take action
• Dynamism — you shift context quickly and don't lose quality when the pace picks up

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re building a founding team of Strategic Account Executives in London.
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win..
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Support on onboarding and adoption, and support partner/MSP-influenced accounts alongside the Partnerships team (including Google Chrome Enterprise, Fortinet, and Menlo Security relationships).
Stay ahead of the SaaS security landscape - ransomware, shadow IT, OAuth risk, browser threats, AI governance, and competing SSPM/backup vendors - and feed insight back to Product and Marketing.
What You Bring:
6-figure deal experience:
proven track record closing and owning six-figure renewals, expansions, and multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
Track record in B2B SaaS:

Domain fluency:
working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) admin, seat, and OAuth permission models, plus the security categories SpinOne spans (backup/DR, ransomware detection, SSPM, DLP, browser security).
Dual fluency with buyers:
comfortable discussing RTO/RPO, incident response, and misconfiguration risk with technical stakeholders, then translating it into downtime cost and audit readiness for executives.
Compliance know-how:
experience navigating compliance-driven renewals and vendor security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, FERPA) is a strong plus.
Leadership:
proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, with hands-on experience in quota planning and pipeline reviews.
Analytical rigor:
experience using CRM and product-usage data to track account health, forecast retention, and measure team performance.

Location: Shanghai; Beijing, China
Workplace: hybrid
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) Business Development team, based in China. This is a newly created, hybrid role sitting within the core XPN BD team — roughly 80% campaign and partner success, 20% business development support — created to close a gap in how XPN partners are supported once a deal closes: campaigns are launched, but no one consistently owns their ongoing success.
The best candidate will be someone comfortable owning outcomes rather than just relationships — proactively strategizing with partners, coordinating across internal teams to get campaigns right, and stepping in to help close deals when local presence and trust matter more than a remote pitch. Full ownership of the sales process (sourcing, pitching, commercial negotiation) sits with the Core China/APAC Team; this role isn't required to run a deal end-to-end, but is expected to help get opportunities over the line and make sure they deliver once signed.
If you're excited about building a new function from the ground up, becoming a product expert partners and internal teams rely on, and working across both Chinese and global creator platforms as publishers look to expand their reach, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators.
Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own end-to-end success of assigned partner campaigns post-signature — from kickoff through launch, live optimization, and post-campaign review.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners in China/APAC, building trusted, ongoing relationships rather than transactional check-ins.
Proactively strategize with partners on campaign structure, creator selection, storefront setup, and quest mechanics to maximize outcomes.
Identify risk signals early (underperformance, partner disengagement, unclear expectations) and drive corrective action before they become churn risks.
Coordinate directly with the XPN BD Team and Creator Success Team, pulling in the right internal resources at the right time.
Provide partners with clear, honest performance visibility — translating XPN data into terms that make sense for flat-fee and hybrid-model publishers.
Serve as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding structured feedback back into XPN product, reporting, and process improvements.
Sit within the core XPN BD team and support the Core China/APAC Team in progressing late-stage opportunities — joining calls, providing local market context, and helping translate commercial terms into what will land with the partner.
Help identify expansion or upsell opportunities within existing successful partner relationships and flag them to the Core China/APAC Team.
Represent XPN at regional industry events across China and APAC, both to support active deals and to build XPN's local market presence.
Develop and maintain deep, current expertise in the XPN product to the point of being the go-to expert for partners and internal teams alike.
Work fluently across internal stakeholders (BD, Creator Success, Marketing, Data/Reporting) and external stakeholders (publisher teams, creator/MCN partners).
Game industry experience required based out of the China office (Beijing or Shanghai), in accordance with local in-office attendance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
3+ years in a customer success, account management, or partner management role — ideally in gaming, platform, adtech, or creator economy environments.
Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships with a strategic, consultative approach — not purely reactive support.
Working knowledge of both the Chinese domestic platform landscape (Bilibili, Douyin, DouYu, Huya) and major global/international platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) — publishers are increasingly looking to expand reach beyond China, and this role needs to speak credibly to both sides of that expansion.
Comfort working cross-functionally across time zones with global teams, translating between local market realities and global program structures.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally for events and partner meetings across China and APAC.
Self-starter comfortable defining process in a role without an established playbook — this is a new function within XPN.
Nice To Have:
Prior direct or adjacent BD/sales exposure — this role will occasionally carry commercial conversations, though it is not a quota-carrying sales position.
Familiarity with additional regional platforms (e.g. Chzzk/SOOP in Korea, Niconico in Japan) for publishers expanding into wider APAC.
Experience working with flat-fee or hybrid commercial models and the reporting expectations that come with them.

The ideal candidate will have proven skills in financial modeling, strategic assessment, and M&A due diligence, along with the curiosity and strategic thinking needed to identify important factors that may never fit on a spreadsheet. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Deal Execution: Lead key aspects of M&A, strategic investment, and partnership processes from initial evaluation through execution, including market mapping, target sourcing, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, approval materials, closing, and integration planning.
- Partner with senior executives and Product leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable market landscapes, target universes, and build/buy/partner recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities, including proactive sourcing and outreach to prospective targets.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on financial analysis and valuation, including discounted cash flow analysis, precedent transactions, comparable companies, accretion/dilution analysis, unit economics, and business case modeling.
- Build sophisticated long-term financial and capital models to assess potential transactions, new growth initiatives, and capital allocation decisions.
- Lead cross-functional due diligence processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Develop rigorous quantitative and qualitative assessments of strategic growth initiatives, including new markets, technologies, products, and business lines, in close partnership with Corporate Strategy and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare clear, decision-oriented materials for senior executives and the Board, articulating investment theses, key risks, valuation considerations, strategic rationale, and potential impact on long-term value creation.
- Play a lead role in transaction negotiations and structuring, developing perspectives on key economic and strategic terms and helping drive transactions toward successful outcomes.
- Support post-transaction integration planning to ensure strategic objectives, operating priorities, and value-creation opportunities are clearly defined and executable.
- Operate as a business athlete across WHOOP, serving as a flexible resource across the organization and applying financial analysis, strategic thinking, and project leadership to high-priority initiatives and complex business problems beyond the traditional scope of Corporate Development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of relevant experience across corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or related roles, with meaningful transaction experience.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing M&A transactions, strategic investments, or similarly complex strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, unit economics, LTV modeling, and investment/business case development.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration planning.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional workstreams and driving processes forward in fast-moving environments.
- Strong strategic judgment and the ability to identify the most important qualitative and quantitative factors when evaluating opportunities with incomplete information.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to effectively engage senior leaders, external executives, investors, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- A track record of taking ownership, operating with a high degree of autonomy, and successfully driving negotiations and complex projects to completion.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and drive work forward with limited oversight, combined with a team-first, positive mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Experience in healthcare, consumer subscriptions, technology, or adjacent industries is preferred.
