ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to help define, build, and scale the Xsolla Money Account. The Xsolla Money Account is a strategic initiative to build embedded financial services for gamers, creators, and developers. The product spans wallet capabilities, card issuing, payouts, and future financial tools that remove friction from how value moves across the gaming ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of fintech and gaming, the Money Account enables new business models, creator monetization, and deeper player engagement.
You will own critical parts of the Money Account roadmap and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable financial products. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and consistent follow-through from concept through launch and iteration. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying close to execution and takes pride in seeing complex work through to completion.
This is a high-impact product area operating in a dynamic, evolving environment with meaningful technical, regulatory, and partner complexity. The opportunity is to shape foundational financial infrastructure that will scale globally and directly influence how money flows through the gaming economy.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities for gamers and creators.
Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints when shaping solutions.
Product Definition & Delivery
Translate product strategy into clear, high-quality PRDs that provide context, rationale, and actionable requirements.
Partner closely with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, trustworthy end-to-end user experiences.
Work with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence to manage scope, priorities, and delivery.
Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support teams.
Communicate goals, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
Support internal enablement by helping teams understand new features, user flows, and operational impacts.
Partner & Platform Engagement
Work with external partners such as wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
Participate in partner discussions to clarify requirements, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Contribute to evaluations of vendors, platforms, and capabilities that support the Money Account roadmap.

Define and monitor key product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Continuously refine products based on performance and evolving customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience & Background
8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional Fintech products from concept to launch.
Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams and APIs.
Product & Execution Skills
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product requirements and execution plans.
Strong project management and execution skills, including the ability to plan work, manage timelines and dependencies, track action items, and proactively surface risks or blockers.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) to manage backlogs, document requirements, maintain execution visibility, and support prioritization and planning workflows.
Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
Collaboration & Mindset
Collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions as new information emerges.
A proactive, can‑do mindset with a bias toward action—someone who rolls up their sleeves, tackles problems head-on, and looks for ways to move work forward rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and change, maintaining momentum even as priorities evolve.
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a bias toward ownership and execution.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance considerations.
Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ BUILD THE AI-NATIVE COMPANY, FOR REAL
Alan has spent 10 years developing a distinctive way of working: radical transparency, written culture, distributed decision-making, no managers, no meetings by default. This wasn't just philosophy. It was a deliberate architectural choice, and it made Alan one of the most productive companies in European tech.
Now, agentic AI empowers us to make it much more personalized. The principles that made Alan productive become the foundation for a much more ambitious journey: a company where AI agents handle organizational complexity, surface the right context instantly, and let every person focus on the work that matters.
As a Software Engineer on this team, you will:
- Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action.
- Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support.
- Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools.
- Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in.
- Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture.
- Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.
WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Alan's written, transparent, async culture generates an extraordinary volume of structured organizational knowledge. Most companies can't feed AI agents with high-quality internal data. Alan already can.
- The team is building a full AI-native operational layer from scratch, not adding copilots to legacy tools.
- Every Alaner uses what you ship, every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is immediate.
- The work sits at the frontier of applied AI: agents, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool use, human-in-the-loop design.
- The ambition goes beyond Alan. The patterns you build here could define how high-performance companies operate in the AI era.
🛠 YOUR PLAYGROUND
- Stack: Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL, plus deep integration with LLM APIs and internal AI infrastructure.
- What you'll do: design and ship AI-native tools that power how Alan works. automated workflows, organizational navigation, agentic assistants.
- Impact: your work shapes the daily experience of every Alaner and builds the playbook for the AI-native company.
👥 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Software engineers with +5 years of experience, ideally with backend or full-stack experience.
- Genuinely excited about AI and eager to explore what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can do inside a real product.
- Comfortable building in fast-moving territory where the right abstractions don't exist yet.
- Well-versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and modern web technologies.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Fair rewards & equity packages.
- Flexible office & remote options.
- Top-tier equipment: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation & hours.
- Comprehensive healthcare for you, children, and partners.
- Transport support and coaching for personal growth.
- Training budget for conferences, courses, books.
- Extended parental leave for all parents.
🔄 RECRUITMENT NOTE
🌟 We hire people, not roles. Don't worry if you don't check every box. High potential and curiosity matter most. We may even suggest another team if we see a better fit.

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHAT KEEPS US UP AT NIGHT
We’re building a medical agent that works — reliably, safely, and at scale.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering, ML engineering, and medical expertise. Our mission is to build the most accurate and reliable medical agent in the world, while delivering an outstanding conversational experience. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Deliver the most memorable chatting experience — You’ll work on making Mo the obvious choice when it comes to asking a health question. It means having a world-class snappy and delightful chatting experience, blazing fast time to answer, and rich content shared.
- 🧱 Integrate Mo with Alan services and our healthcare system — You’ll work on integrating Mo with our other services (digital chat with HP, map of physical location of HPs, tailored prevention programs, …) to help members get from words to actions.
- ➕ Extend our architecture to support the next chapters of Mo — You’ll work on our architecture, and agentic framework, to support Mo’s next needs (get more context, use new skills, be accessible in other countries we operate in)
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of healthcare, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey. If you’re curious, here https://arxiv.org/abs/2411.12808 is a paper we published recently.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and human-in-the-loop learning — and see your work deployed in production, helping real people.
- You’ll implement new capabilities for Mo, working across engineering, data, and medical expertise
- You'll have deep product ownership over the use cases supported in Mo, making sure we actually help our members get and stay better.
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring, shaping our interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Applied background in software engineering and systems architecture
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus.
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
- Ex-founders are typically great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?
We benefit from Alan’s platform, infrastructure, distribution, and health expertise — but operate with the speed and focus of a startup.
