Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.ai is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
A very large share of Higgsfield’s capital goes into compute. GPU procurement, deal economics, the financial planning around it — today that entire function effectively sits on one person’s desk.
We’re not hiring someone to explain the business to the board. We’re hiring someone to drive $100M+ strategic deals end to end: find them, model them, negotiate them, close them, and own what happens after. The financial work matters because it’s how you win a deal and how you know it was worth winning — not because someone needs a deck.
This is the largest line in our cost base and the surface area is enormous, so you’re in company-level decisions from week one. What the role demands is energy and complete ownership. Nobody hands you a process, a pipeline or a mandate here. You take them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own GPU and compute economics
- Engage and maintain relationships post-deal close, leading delivery of strategic, co-owned initiatives (e.g., co-marketing, case studies, presence at events/conferences, etc.
- Become one of the most knowledgeable people in the world on the GPU and AI-compute market: pricing, supply, contract structures, who is building what and at what cost. Through research, and through showing up in person.
- Source, structure and negotiate compute and infrastructure agreements — capacity commitments, long-term supply, colocation, energy-linked deals.
- Build the cost models that say whether a deal is good, and challenge the ones that say it is.
Build and challenge the financial picture
- Build and stress-test P&L and FP&A models at company level.
- Own forecasting for the largest line in our cost base.
- Work directly with the CEO and the co-founders on the development strategy and financial planning.
Shape major strategic deals
- Model the economics of large partnerships and identify where the value actually sits.
- Translate commercial decisions into a financial story leadership, the board and investors can act on.
REQUIREMENTS
- McKinsey / BCG / Bain-type background, or equivalent depth from corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure PE, or a strategic-finance role at a fast-scaling company. Consulting alumni at Engagement Manager / Principal level and above.
- You can build a three-statement model, an FP&A forecast and a deal case yourself — and find the error in someone else’s.
- You understand the economics of large strategic deals: capacity, offtake, TCO, capex versus opex, contract structure.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Able to become a genuine domain expert fast, from a standing start, on something technical.
- Heavy international travel. The GPU market is a relationship market and it does not happen online.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- A technical or quantitative undergraduate degree — engineering, physics, applied maths, CS — underneath the commercial track.
- Procurement, supply-chain or capacity-planning exposure at real scale.
- Time at a cloud, GPU, data centre, semiconductor or energy company, including on the commercial side.
- You’ve already made the jump from consulting or banking into an operating role at a startup.
COMING FROM THE COMPUTE SIDE INSTEAD?
If you’ve bought or sold GPU capacity at a cloud, neocloud, data centre or hardware company and you can hold your own on the numbers, this is your role too. We care that you know the market and can move a deal, not which chair you sat in while you learned it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Also hiring: GM, International Partnerships — same seniority, focused on enterprise B2B partnerships and commercial execution across verticals. If your background is commercial rather than analytical, apply there https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/higgsfieldai/a89ac4c2-176b-44c0-9192-f6c16d786ea7 instead.

To achieve our mission of making programming more accessible around the world, we need our team to be representative of the world. We welcome your unique perspective and experiences in shaping this product. We encourage people from all kinds of backgrounds to apply, including and especially candidates from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds.
We are seeking an elite, hands-on Senior Security Compliance Consultant (SOC 2 & GRC Specialist) to lead a critical, company-wide SOC 2 Type II audit readiness initiative. In this strategic engagement, you will perform comprehensive gap analyses, assess existing security controls, design robust compliance workflows, and drive cross-functional teams toward audit completion.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in GRC frameworks, control mapping, evidence automation, and policy development. Utilizing automated compliance platforms such as Sprinto, you will build repeatable compliance processes, validate technical controls, and ensure a seamless audit experience across the entire organization.
General Information (About the Client):
Our client is a fast-scaling, cloud-native technology platform committed to maintaining enterprise-grade trust, security, and data privacy. To support their rapid commercial growth and enterprise sales pipeline, they are establishing a formal, highly disciplined security governance model.
They operate a modern, cloud-first environment where compliance is treated not as a passive checklist, but as an active, automated operational advantage. By leveraging modern GRC platforms and fostering a security-conscious culture, they provide an empowering environment for compliance experts to drive real architectural and procedural improvements.
Tasks and Deliverables:
SOC 2 Readiness & Gap Analysis: Conduct a thorough assessment of existing technical and operational security controls, pinpointing compliance gaps and building an actionable remediation roadmap.
Control Design & Implementation: Author, refine, and operationalize security controls, policies, and procedures aligned with SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria (TSC) and PCI DSS standards.
Automated Evidence Collection: Lead evidence-gathering workflows using automated GRC tooling (Sprinto), ensuring all technical artifacts, access logs, and policy attestations are validated and audit-ready.
PCI DSS Guidance: Provide expert advisory on maintaining PCI DSS alignment alongside SOC 2, ensuring overlapping control requirements are mapped efficiently to reduce operational drag.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, HR, and IT teams to embed compliance workflows into daily operations without slowing down feature execution.
Auditor Interface & Readiness: Serve as the primary liaison during the audit preparation phase, coordinating directly with external auditors to present evidence, resolve findings, and ensure a successful audit cycle.
Required Experience:
SOC 2 Mastery: Proven track record of leading end-to-end SOC 2 readiness, gap remediation, and audit preparation initiatives for cloud-native or B2B SaaS companies.
GRC & PCI DSS Acumen: Deep familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and PCI DSS compliance requirements.
Tooling Proficiency (Sprinto): Direct, practical experience leveraging automated compliance and evidence-collection platforms, specifically Sprinto (or equivalent modern platforms like Vanta/Drata).

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
*We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.

- Lead data and automation projects beyond Pigment to improve Finance team performance, including self-service analytics, reconciliation automation, and variance analysis
- Drive the deployment of AI agents to replace manual processes and enhance the Finance team's operational efficiency
- Scope and contribute to building priority Finance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), ensuring metric consistency across Pigment, BI, and Finance reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support processes to champion best practices across the Finance team
- Mentor and grow a junior analyst or intern, progressively delegating Pigment, data, or reporting responsibilities
PROFILE
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems roles, ideally in consulting or a tech scale-up environment
- Hands-on experience with a Pigment rollout or run, or a similar EPM tool (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, etc.) - strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to internalize a tool previously managed by an external service provider, with a mandate to build internal autonomy quickly
- Comfortable working with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders alike

- Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to Finance, including no-code/low-code tools, agents, and LLMs
- Ability to structure a data governance approach at the scale of a Finance function
- Familiarity with accounting close processes is a plus
- Prior mentoring experience (junior analyst, intern, or apprentice) is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English
