About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Safeguards team is responsible for enforcing our policies, protecting users, and ensuring our platform is not misused. As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst focused on Safety Evaluations, you'll play a central role in ensuring our models meet safety and policy standards before and after launch. You'll run and monitor evaluations, drive mitigations when issues surface, coordinate the creation of new evals, and help build the processes and documentation that allow the team to scale this work over time.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of coordinating across teams to break new ground and drive work to completion. This work is deeply cross-functional — you'll partner closely with policy experts, Safeguards engineering teams, and many other stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure our evaluations are comprehensive and current, and that findings translate into meaningful improvements to model behavior.
Responsibilities
Support model launch readiness by running evaluations, monitoring and interpreting results, and surfacing regressions or unexpected behavior changes to relevant stakeholders
Partner closely with policy and domain experts throughout the evaluation lifecycle — from identifying risks and scoping the right evaluation approach, to coordinating creation of new evals and ensuring existing ones remain current with evolving policies, threat vectors, and model capabilities
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to help manage evaluation outcomes, including interpreting results and driving mitigations where needed
Think strategically about eval quality to build processes and eval paradigms that keep evaluations unsaturated, high-signal, and insightful as models improve
Build out processes and frameworks for creating product-specific evaluations as Anthropic's product surface area expands
Help design and scope tooling improvements that accommodate evolving eval needs and expand self-serve eval creation and iteration for non-technical users
Write and maintain rigorous documentation for evaluation creation, execution, and interpretation as the team builds out eval tooling and processes
You may be a good fit if you:
Have experience in trust and safety, content operations, policy enforcement, or a related operational role at a technology company
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — you're energized rather than frustrated when the path forward isn't clearly defined and you need to figure it out as you go
Have experience building processes, workflows, or programs from scratch (zero-to-one work), not just maintaining existing ones
Have strong program management instincts, naturally creating structure around complex, multi-stakeholder efforts by tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep work on track
Are eager to expand your technical toolkit, including adopting internal tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work
Can manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different domain areas without losing track of details — strong prioritization and context-switching are essential when deadlines and priorities shift quickly
Are a strong generalist comfortable moving fluidly across different types of work and switching contexts throughout the day
Are comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information and escalating appropriately when needed
Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and cross-functionally
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience operating under tight, high-stakes timelines — such as product launch cycles, incident response, or regulatory deadlines — where information and priorities can shift with little notice
Experience coordinating across engineering, policy, and product teams to translate findings into concrete action
Experience building and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation in fast-changing environments
Proficiency with data tools (SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets) sufficient to maintain and improve workflows
Comfort working with sensitive content areas as part of eval creation or enforcement review responsibilities
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$270,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The
Senior Project Manager
is responsible for driving the overall planning, management and completion of Operations projects across our organization and its affiliates. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing delivery leadership and execution support to multiple shared services teams and game teams across our studios. This role focuses on enabling teams by driving technically complex initiatives—such as platform services, tooling, infrastructure, and cross-studio programs—rather than owning feature delivery within a single game team.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders, and excels at bringing structure, visibility, and predictability to projects that span teams, disciplines, and time zones. The ideal candidate understands game development pipelines, can speak the language of engineers and technical leads, and brings structure, predictability, and risk management to fast-moving creative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Leadership
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex projects (e.g., service upgrades, tooling, integrations, live ops initiatives).
Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across multiple teams and time zones.
Drive execution against schedules while balancing quality, technical debt, and production realities.
Define standardized project management processes, tools, workflows.
Mentor other project managers
Cross-Team Project Leadership
Lead and coordinate initiatives that support multiple game teams and shared services teams.
Own integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Enable alignment and execution without direct line management authority over delivery teams.
Technical Enablement & Partnership
Translate technical strategies and architectural decisions into clear execution plans, timelines, and risks.
Ensure teams have visibility into delivery progress, impacts, and adoption timelines.
Partner closely with stakeholders to translate designs into executable project plans.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Process & Delivery Governance
Establish and maintain consistent project management practices across shared services initiatives.
Facilitate planning, execution, and retrospectives for cross-team efforts with a focus on delivery outcomes.
Track progress and delivery metrics, manage dependencies and risks; proactively escalate and resolve blockers.
Implement and continuously improve methodologies and processes.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a primary point of coordination between shared services teams and supported game teams.
Provide clear, concise status reporting to studio leadership and senior stakeholders.
Manage expectations and trade-offs across competing priorities and timelines.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT NORTH:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
WHY THIS ROLE?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises harness the power of AI in real-world applications. As a bridge between our core North product and our clients’ engineering teams, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
We’re looking for Software Engineers with Applied AI experience who can own the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), from early prototypes to production-grade AI agents, to deliver concrete business value in enterprise workflows. You’ll work closely with customers on real-world business problems, often building first-of-their-kind agent workflows that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources. While our pace is startup-fast, the bar is enterprise-high: agents must be reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one.
Note: between 20 - 40% travel anticipated
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our enterprise customers to translate high-value, ambiguous business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria and evaluation methodologies
- Lead the design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, and sensitive enterprise data sources, with enterprise-grade reliability and performance
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform, working across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through production
- Take ownership of scoping and shaping use cases end-to-end, flexing into whatever technical area the problem demands (including frontend) to drive the most effective solution
- Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent, high-quality delivery across customers and teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, build alignment, and raise engineering quality across the organization
- Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners
You may be a good fit if:
- You have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade software in Python; you write clean, testable, observable, scalable code
- You've built and deployed highly performant RAG and agentic applications, including agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks using patterns like ReAct or Plan-and-Execute
- You're deeply familiar with the LLM stack: frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build robust evaluation frameworks, moving well beyond trial and error, to measure agent accuracy, safety, and latency
- You’re experienced working directly with customers and can lead technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders, translating ambiguous business needs into concrete technical specs
- You have experience owning the full scope of a use case end-to-end
- You thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and can execute well even when priorities are shifting
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience setting architectural standards for AI and agentic systems across distributed teams
- Experience flexing into unfamiliar technical areas, such as frontend, when the problem calls for it
- Exposure to regulated or sensitive industry environments (finance, healthcare, telecoms)
- Experience with enterprise security, compliance, or auditability requirements for AI systems
We are open to candidates currently based in the Middle East or who are open to travelling or relocating.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.
