About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is now good at security work. It finds and fixes vulnerabilities in real codebases, triages alerts, and reasons about how an attacker would move through a system, and it improves with every model we ship. Many security platforms build on Claude and we shipped our first security product this year (Claude Security).
You'll lead the cybersecurity product at Anthropic. That means setting the strategy, deciding what we build and where we partner, shipping products, and being the company's voice with CISOs, security vendors, and researchers. Some of this is 0→1 (our first-party products are a few months old and the next ones don't exist yet) and some of it is scaling what already works. Security touches nearly every team at the company.
Key responsibilities
Set Anthropic's cybersecurity product portfolio strategy and be accountable for the results.
Ship security products. Vulnerability discovery and remediation in Claude Code today and a broader set of capabilities in the future.
Represent Anthropic on security externally, with CISOs, vendors, researchers, governments, and press.
Partner with research. Know where the model falls short on security tasks and help build a plan to improve.
Work with safeguards and policy on model access for Cybersecurity.
Keep the cross-functional threads moving across research, engineering, sales, safeguards, policy, legal, and comms.
Minimum qualifications
You've spent meaningful time in security, whether building security products, running a security team, or doing the work yourself in application security, detection and response, vulnerability research, or offensive security.
You've built products or businesses from scratch and taken them to paying customers.
You design for where the models will be rather than where they are. You treat what the model can't do yet as a research target with a reliability bar, and you know what to ship in the meantime.
You have strong product judgment and enough technical depth to read a finding and tell whether it's real.
You're willing to do the unglamorous work.
You communicate well with CISOs, researchers, and executives alike.
Preferred qualifications
12+ years of experience building and shipping products, especially in the security space .
Fluency with AI products: evaluations, model behavior as part of the product surface
Technical background or experience working closely with infrastructure/platform teams
Strong technical judgment with ability to go deep on security and infrastructure topics
Structured thinking and ability to break down complex compliance requirements into shippable features
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$385,000
—
$460,000 USD

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for experienced backend and distributed systems engineers to join the Agentic Systems team within our Platform organization. Agentic Systems builds Claude Managed Agents: the hosted platform for building, running, and scaling production agents on Claude. Instead of every developer hand-rolling an agent loop, sandboxed execution, state management, credential handling, and error recovery — and reworking all of it with every model release — Managed Agents pairs an Anthropic-built agent harness with production infrastructure for sessions, environments, tools, memory, and permissions, exposed through a small set of composable APIs designed to stay stable as models and harnesses evolve. It powers agentic products inside Anthropic as well as those built by customers on the Claude Platform.
Managed Agents is in public beta and growing quickly, and this is still an early team with a lot of surface area left to define. You'll drive 0 → 1 efforts from ideation through GA, own systems end to end from API design through operations, and partner closely with product, research, developer experience, and go-to-market teams to figure out what "managed" should mean for the next generation of agents. You should be comfortable going deep on hard distributed systems problems, care about APIs as a product in their own right, and be motivated by turning ambiguous ideas into high-quality, shipped platform capabilities that other engineers build their products on.
What you'll do
Scale the platform.
Managed Agents runs long-lived, stateful sessions that execute autonomously for minutes or hours/days, persist through disconnections, and resume cleanly — across Anthropic-hosted sandboxes, self-hosted environments on customer infrastructure, and other clouds. You'll design and operate the systems underneath that: durable session and event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation. Reliability, latency, and cost efficiency are product features here, and you'll own them in production.
Evolve the harness — and prove it with evals.
The harness is the loop that calls Claude, routes tool calls, manages context (caching, compaction, memory), and recovers from errors. Harnesses encode assumptions about what the model can't yet do on its own, and those assumptions go stale as models improve. You'll work alongside research to revisit them with each model generation, build the eval infrastructure that measures harness quality against research baselines and real customer workloads, and hold the bar that lets us say our harness gets the most out of Claude.
Help builders get the most out of Claude.
Our customers — internal and external — are building agents both as products for their users and to transform their own operations. You'll ship the capabilities that raise the ceiling on what those agents can do: outcome-driven execution where developers specify success criteria and a budget and Claude iterates until it gets there, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and the observability and tracing that make long-running agents debuggable. The goal is the highest intelligence per dollar of any agent platform, delivered safely.
Design APIs that outlast their implementations.
Agents, environments, sessions, vaults, and event streams are interfaces thousands of developers build against and that our own products depend on. You'll shape those primitives — versioning, ergonomics across API, SDK, and CLI, sensible defaults, escape hatches — with the expectation that the implementations underneath will change many times while the contracts hold.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineer
Have built and operated stateful, long-running, or high-throughput systems in production — workflow orchestration, streaming, storage, container or job orchestration — and can reason rigorously about durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
Have strong product sense and treat API design as a craft; you care about the developer on the other side of the interface and can ideate and execute product strategy with cross-functional partners in new domains
Are excited by 0 → 1 work and comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have ideally operated in both early-stage and more mature team or company settings
Use Claude or other AI tools as a core part of how you build software, and have opinions about what makes an agent harness good
Take full ownership of your work — from design through build, deployment, and operations (including on-call), to iterating on and improving what you ship
Care about building systems that other engineers and businesses love to use, and about doing so safel
Strong candidates may also have:
Built or contributed to an agent harness, agent framework, or LLM orchestration layer — tool execution, context management, memory, or multi-agent coordination
Worked on an AI or ML platform (model serving, inference infrastructure, developer tooling) at an AI lab or an AI-native product company, or led adoption of AI-driven development inside an engineering organization
Built evaluation or benchmarking infrastructure for LLM or agent systems
Experience with durable execution or workflow engines, sandboxed code execution, or container runtimes
Shipped public developer platforms, APIs, or SDKs used by external developers at scale

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Claude Platform is growing rapidly and serves developers and enterprises at scale. Reaching the next tier of enterprise customers requires transforming how and where we deploy it, as well as the set of features we support out of the box.
The Distribution team owns that transformation: making the Claude API a cloud-native, managed product that runs wherever our customers need it, cross-cloud and on Anthropic's own infrastructure, with the enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational capabilities to support it. This work is split across to major workstreams that are covered in the next section, and we need your help across both.
What you'll do
Claude Platform on the Clouds: You will make the Claude Platform a best in class offering on the Cloud Service Provider’s platform (AWS, GCP, Azure), by bringing our API, control plane and Anthropic features through the provider’s front door. You’ll do cross-cutting work across the clouds and also have the opportunity to go deeper with CSPs on native integrations across a range of deep technical problems at unprecedented scale. You’ll get to collaborate across the company with teams such as Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, Databases, Inference and more.
Enterprise Readiness: You’ll make our platform even more suitable for Enterprise, shipping next gen enterprise enablement features that unblock our next wave of regulated customers or enable our existing ones to scale further. You’ll do so in an Enterprise SaaS context, with a specific focus on enterprise growth, security and compliance, with features ranging from key management & encryption, audit APIs, usage visibility, access control, and international data residency. You’ll also partner closely with core teams across the company, as well as collaborate with CSPs to make these available on our cloud platforms.
You might be a good fit if you:
Have a minimum of 8 years of practical experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable distributed systems, ideally operating at tech lead level or equivalent
Take a product-focused approach to platform work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to adopt by our customers
Own large-scale infrastructure systems and lead ambiguous, cross-team technical projects from design through production and can do so independently.
Have experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) at scale and/or Enterprise SaaS experience in a multi-tenant context, with background in security, compliance or data residency for regulated or sovereign cloud environments.
Take full ownership of your work—from design through deployment and operations
Are proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or similar systems language

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
The Role
As a member of the analytics team, you bring order to vast amounts of internal and external data so OnePay can make better data-driven credit decisions, faster. You’ll own credit and product analytics for our in house liquidity products driving smarter decisions, better outcomes for our customers and growth for the business. You understand that risk is about more than minimizing losses and are eager to work cross functionally with product, engineering and data science teams to drive the business forward
In this role, you will:
- Own credit strategy end-to-end across advance, overdraft and other credit products — creating policies that balance growth and risk
- Think holistically about customer behavior, not just program-level metrics — connect segmentation and behavioral signals across products to uncover new insights
- Launch new credit products from scratch balancing first principles and limited data to scale innovative experiences with a credit and product lens
- Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques to accelerate analysis, develop and validate predictive insights, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in product analytics.
- Share insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to influence the direction of the business
You bring
- 4-8 years of professional experience in credit analytics with a proven track record of leveraging quantitative analyses to drive business or product changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience with consumer underwriting strategy and/or portfolio risk analytics — cash advance, overdraft, BNPL, or short-term consumer lending experience is a strong plus.
- Advanced SQL and AI skills, with the ability to independently pull and analyze complex datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills — you can go from ambiguous questions to clear insights.
- Intellectual curiosity to look beyond the ‘what’ and answer the ‘why’.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager, Observability to join our Product team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, including Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing, and Drains, which let teams stream logs, traces, Web Analytics events, and Speed Insights metrics into the systems they already use. You will partner closely with engineering and design to help customers understand and debug what they run on Vercel, both through Vercel's native surfaces and through integrations with vendors that support OpenTelemetry. You will report to the product lead and will be located in New York, NY (hybrid).
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products, from telemetry ingestion through the surfaces developers use to debug and monitor.
Turn ambiguous signal — support escalations, customer interviews, usage data, competitive shifts — into a sequenced plan with clear tradeoffs.
Partner daily with engineering on scoping, and with design on making dense telemetry data genuinely legible.
Define the native-vs-integrate line: what Vercel builds, and where we make Datadog, Sentry, Grafana, Honeycomb, and New Relic work seamlessly.
Work with Enterprise customers and Sales/Solutions on observability needs that block adoption or expansion.
Own pricing and packaging decisions with Finance and GTM — observability is metered, and unit economics are part of the product.
Write the launch narrative: changelogs, blog posts, docs direction, in partnership with PMM
Define the metrics that tell you it's working, and hold the team to them.
What you need
5+ years in product management, with meaningful time on developer, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
You've shipped something technical enough that engineers treated you as a peer. You can read a trace waterfall and reason about cardinality, sampling, and retention costs.
Comfortable owning a domain end to end without a PM above you translating strategy into work.
You use the products you build on, and you have opinions about the ones you don't.
Fluency with data: you write your own queries and don't wait on someone else to answer a usage question.
Bonus if you
Have worked at an observability, APM, or monitoring company, or been the internal power user of one at scale.
Have shipped AI or agent-facing developer tooling.
Have owned consumption-based pricing for a technical product.
Are an active Next.js or Vercel user.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Clipboard is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build and run the systems behind our sales organization.
You'll work across Salesforce, data, automation, and internal tools to help our sales team operate more effectively. That might mean building an automation that eliminates a recurring workflow, investigating a messy data problem, redesigning part of our Salesforce setup, or building a new system from the ground up.
We are a small team with an unusual operating model. Much of our execution runs through AI agents that we direct and quality-check, allowing each analyst to operate with the leverage of a much larger team.
This is equal parts builder and operator. You'll own systems end to end, work through ambiguous requests from reps and leadership, and be accountable for making sure the things you build actually work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own live systems. Take ownership of production systems such as account distribution, deal intelligence, competitor tracking, and data sync pipelines. You'll be accountable for their accuracy and reliability.
- Solve ambiguous problems. Work through requests from sales reps, managers, and leadership, figure out what is actually needed, and execute quickly.
- Direct AI agents. Write specs and prompts, supervise AI agents, and rigorously QA their output before it touches production data.
- Build automations and tools. Create scripts, scheduled jobs, Slack bots, and lightweight web apps that turn recurring manual work into scalable systems.
- Analyze and report. Use SQL and other tools to answer important revenue questions and build reporting the organization can trust.
- Guard data quality. Handle merges, deduplication, account mapping, enrichment, and other work required to keep our systems accurate at scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Evidence of building. You've built scripts, automations, tools, systems, or other solutions to real problems.
- AI-native working style. You already use AI to multiply your output and understand where it can fail and how to verify its work.
- High judgment under ambiguity. You can take a loosely defined problem, figure out what matters, and know when to act versus when to ask.
- Strong attention to detail. You're comfortable being the last line of defense before changes affect production systems and large datasets.
- Bias to ownership. When something you own breaks, you don't just fix the immediate issue. You look for the underlying problem and improve the system.
SQL and Python experience are strong pluses, but we're more interested in your curiosity, judgment, and ability to ship than checking every technical box.
NICE TO HAVE
- Salesforce administration or development experience, including flows, SOQL, or data model design.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, analytics, or a similar environment.
- Experience building automations with tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Application Review – We'll review your experience and evidence of things you've built, automated, or owned.
2. Take-Home Assessment – A practical, ~2-hour assessment using a fictional company, mock website, and CRM. You'll have 48 hours to complete it, and AI tools are encouraged.
3. Technical Walkthrough – A 30-minute session where you'll demo what you built, explain your decisions, and make a small live change to your system.
4. Manager Interview – A 30-minute conversation focused on communication, ownership, judgment, and how you operate under ambiguity.
5. Final Steps / Offer! – Some candidates may have an executive conversation, followed by references and an offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits + 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first working environment

We are looking for Platform Technical Leader to join our team in Bucharest!
About the job:
The Platform Technical Leader (EM3 & PaaS) will define and drive the architecture and technical operating model for EveryMatrix’s next-generation Platform as a Service. The role will enable EM3 and the wider EM2030 transformation through secure, reliable, automated, and self-service platform capabilities that can operate across datacentres and cloud environments at fleet scale.
The role reports to the Platform Engineering Leader and remains within the existing Platform Engineering organization. It will initially have no separate team or direct reports. Delivery will be achieved through technical leadership and dedicated contributors allocated from the existing Platform Engineering streams and specialist teams on a project basis. The role will help shape the future technology-oriented Platform Engineering model and the development of SRE and DevSecOps capabilities without creating a parallel organization.
The successful candidate will initially lead the EM3 and PaaS technical direction without a separate team or direct reporting line. Results will be delivered through architecture ownership, technical leadership, organizational influence, and dedicated capacity allocated from existing teams. The candidate must be able to lead engineers and technical outcomes at scale while people management, capacity ownership, and operational accountability remain with the existing Platform Engineering leadership structure.
Responsibilities:
Define the EM3 and PaaS target architecture, platform principles, roadmap, and reference patterns.
Design the platform control plane, management APIs, desired-state model, and fleet-wide lifecycle-management approach.
Define automated provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, recovery, rollback, version compliance, and decommissioning across infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform services.
Design deployment patterns for single-tenant and smaller multi-tenant environments across datacentres and public cloud.
Establish platform products, self-service interfaces, service catalogue standards, golden paths, and reusable blueprints.
Define reliability standards, service ownership, production readiness, SLI/SLO practices, observability, resilience testing, and the future SRE operating model.
Embed security by default through DevSecOps practices, policy as code, secrets and identity controls, supply-chain security, compliance automation, and automated evidence.
Lead cross-team architectural decisions and align Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DBA, Networking, Security, Architecture, and Product Engineering.
Define technical acceptance criteria and decision gates for proof of concept, production readiness, lifecycle readiness, security readiness, and operational readiness.
Work with the Platform Engineering Leader on capacity planning, project allocation, skills development, targeted hiring, and the progressive transition to technology-oriented platform domains.
Mentor senior engineers and help develop future Platform Engineering, SRE, and DevSecOps leaders.
Drive outcomes that allow platform scale to grow without proportional growth in manual operational effort.
Own our private cloud infrastructure as a product, setting the technical direction and the roadmap for how it evolves;
Define and publish a service catalogue with clear ownership and clear interfaces, so that provisioning compute, storage, environments and infrastructure is a self-service call for our development teams;
Deliver secure CI/CD as a service, with pipelines, secrets management, access control and compliance controls built into the platform by default rather than added afterwards;
Set, measure and report on SLAs, capacity plans and cost transparency for every service the chapter provides;
Establish the engineering standards of the chapter, including infrastructure as code, peer review, automated testing and observability, and hold the team to them;
Embed AI-assisted engineering in how the chapter works day to day, and measure the effect it has on delivery speed and quality;
Partner with development, architecture and security so that platform capabilities match what our product teams need;
Take accountability for the reliability of the platform, including on-call arrangements, incident response, and post-incident learning.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing, building, or transforming a large-scale internal platform or Platform as a Service capability.
Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure lifecycle management across multiple clusters, locations, or tenants.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking, identity, secrets, storage, distributed data services, and observability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, declarative configuration, reconciliation, platform APIs, and policy-driven automation.
Experience delivering automated upgrades, patching, rollback, recovery, and version management.
Experience defining platform products, self-service services, service ownership, and operating models.
Strong understanding of SRE practices and the design of reliable, observable, production-ready services.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, software supply-chain security, platform security, and automated compliance controls.
Experience leading complex technical change across multiple teams without direct organizational authority.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have:
Experience establishing Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevSecOps capabilities.
Experience with hybrid, on-premises, private-cloud, and public-cloud platforms.
Experience with single-tenant and multi-tenant deployment models.
Experience with Kubernetes fleet management, progressive delivery, upgrade rings, and low-downtime change.
Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed services.
Experience in regulated, audited, or high-availability environments.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, in line with the company policy.

About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.

What the Role Is
This is a new role that owns integrated go-to-market strategy for every Wishlist moment: feature launches, seasonal pushes, and campaign activity tied to Registry/Wishlist. You’ll own user research, market sizing, and journey mapping, becoming the expert on the wishlist user. You'll direct the editorial and content work needed to bring each plan to life. You report to the Director, Customer Marketing, and hand finished plans straight to Brand & Creative, Growth channels, and Corporate Communications for execution, reporting on progress, and iterating to drive wishlist adoption and growth. This role exists because Wishlist is a core feature driving LTV growth, and needs a single owner focused on the user journey, threading strategy through to execution. This role will create a single point of partnership across product and marketing to enable faster and more cohesive go to market ways of working.
Who You Are
You have worked in an Integrated Marketing role in a Senior role, leading through influence with proven success. - this is an IC role, requiring deep cross functional partnership to succeed.
User focused: Have taken UX, analytics and custom research and built a marketing strategy for a product that appeals to this specific customer.
Consumer marketing experience at scale: you've built plans that work across email, push, SMS, paid, and site at once, not owned a single channel.
Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Location: Athens
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Planner Satellite Manufacturing - MAITE
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Director of MAITE
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The mission of this role is to be the single planning point for the whole MAITE (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test and Execution) organisation in Greece: AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and the Cleanroom & Lab. You will build and own one integrated schedule, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, that turns satellite demand into executable work across all of them.
You will work with the global planning team, which sets the master plan and component MRP, and turn it into a detailed, executable plan for the site. Unlike traditional satellite builds, LEO constellations demand industrial-scale throughput, modular design adaptability, and tight integration between production, engineering and supply chain.
Much of the value sits in the interfaces: sequencing a calibration campaign or a cleanroom intervention so it does not stop a build, holding a slot for a quality inspection, or flagging a long-lead component early enough for procurement to act.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works comfortably across departments, and improves the planning tools and workflows they inherit where off-the-shelf solutions fall short. You are the reliable source of truth for the site plan: when the plan and the floor disagree, you know first and say so.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 1000 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, maintain and optimise a single integrated schedule covering AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality and the Cleanroom & Lab, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, against technical constraints, material availability, labour and facility capacity.
- Translate the master plan and component MRP from the global planning team into a sequenced plan for each department, agreeing dates and capacity with the department owners rather than directing their work. Hold slots for cleanroom interventions, calibration campaigns, quality inspections and rework loops so that planned work lands where it costs least, and keep those slots when priorities move.
- Run the daily and weekly planning cadence. Coordinate daily schedules with the site team leads, report actual people availability into the capacity plan, publish status, and raise deviations early and factually rather than sitting on them, then drive them to a decision.
- Feed the planning cycle. Keep plan versus actuals, milestone status and people availability current and flowing to the global planning team on cadence, so the plan above the site reflects floor reality.
- Produce and maintain the artefacts the organisation runs on: master schedule, critical path analysis, capacity plans, sprints and the visual management boards used in daily meetings.
- Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes into the plan, including prototype and qualification builds, without disrupting series production. Keep the plan and work order BOMs aligned with the current approved configuration, coordinating with Configuration Management, who own the governed baseline.
- Schedule planned downtime deliberately, including preventive maintenance, instrument calibration campaigns and cleanroom interventions, so that they land where they cost least.
- Embed quality hold points, inspection windows and rework loops into the schedule rather than absorbing them as overruns, and flag long-lead and shortage risk to Procurement early enough to act.
- Keep planning data in NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet in sync with the floor: work orders released and closed on time, no phantom work in progress, no conflicting references, and material, WIP and stock status accurate enough to plan from.
- Publish and track the organisation-level planning indicators: on-time delivery, schedule adherence and cycle time. Consolidate and report the department-level measures that explain them, including material availability at kit release, inspection turnaround, equipment availability and calibration compliance. These measures remain owned by the department that produces them. Where one moves against the plan, raise it in the planning cadence with its owner and drive it to a decision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of experience in production, industrial or operations planning in a technological environment (aerospace, defense, maritime, automotive, semiconductor, medical devices, etc.).
- Proven scheduling capability across multiple departments or product lines, building and owning a master schedule fully.
- Capacity planning across labour, equipment and facilities, with the judgement to state clearly what cannot be done as well as what can.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics and systems engineering, sufficient to challenge a lead time or a routing.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation: bills of materials, routings, work instructions and engineering change notices.
- Inventory management experience: tracking materials, work in progress and stock accuracy against plan.
- Ability to hold competing departmental priorities in balance and reach a decision without formal authority over the teams involved: influence and reliability over authority, and the instinct to raise a problem early rather than sit on it.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to forecasting, problem-solving and decision-making, using Excel, Power BI or similar.
- Adaptability to respond quickly to production changes, delays, or evolving technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and scheduling tools, including responsibility for planning master data accuracy. We use NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet, which are being implemented while in use; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Experience producing visual management for daily operational meetings, and with project tooling such as Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- A satellite, aerospace, or another regulated, low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing setting.
- Foundational software development skills, such as Python or scripting, useful for automating planning tasks, integrating data sources, or building internal planning tools.
- Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement, S&OP cycles, or APICS/ASCM certification.
