If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The 1Password Sales Engineering team is a valuable resource to our customers and fellow Go-to-Market team members. Our Sales Engineers are well known and respected as experts on the product, trusted advisors to our sales teams and customers, and a sought-after resource for various types of customer calls. The team collaborates with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to create resources, provide training opportunities, and elevate the overall understanding of 1Password. We are a kind, curious, approachable, and customer-focused team on a mission to drive the vision of 1Password forward.
As a Sales Engineer for the SMB segment, you will be a trusted technical advisor, driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and accelerating deal velocity through strategic technical guidance. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will demonstrate and position Enterprise Password Management (EPM), 1Password Privileged access, Software as a service (SaaS) Manager and device trust as an integrated solution that helps reduce risk across users, applications and devices.
You will navigate high-volume, fast-paced SMB sales cycles, uncovering opportunities to position the full product suite and applying frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, address requirements, and influence decision-makers. You will also support customers with compliance needs by responding to security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and vendor registration requirements.
You will bring credibility with both security and technical buyers, including those evaluating or transitioning from developer-centric secrets management tools. As 1Password's portfolio evolves toward Unified Access, your ability to bridge human identity (EPM), application access (SaaS Manager), and endpoint trust (Device Trust) with the emerging machine identity and secrets automation narrative will be a differentiator in every deal.
As a subject matter expert across all 1Password products, you will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create resources, enablement materials, and customer-facing content that drive adoption, improve close rates, and deliver measurable business impact.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to-market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS, preferably in the SMB segment or similar).
- Ability to communicate in French fluently
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, making complex information sound simple and relevant.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality, even in high-volume environments.
- Enthusiasm for learning, testing, and problem-solving. You are curious and dig in when a customer has a challenge.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Open to learning and able to adapt quickly, working across multiple products and shifting priorities with a flexible and proactive mindset.
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management. Prior exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating developer-centric conversations, including how teams manage secrets in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), container environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). You don't need to write the code, but you should understand the workflow and the risks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and how engineering teams embed security into their development lifecycle. Able to engage confidently with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CISOs on the risks of secrets sprawl, hardcoded credentials, and over-privileged service accounts.
- Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC, and how SaaS application access is managed across growing teams. Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike) is a bonus.
- Awareness of the growing challenge of non-human identity: service accounts, API tokens, bot credentials, and the security risks they introduce as teams scale AI and automation workflows. Ability to position this as a near-term customer pain, even in SMB accounts.
- Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is preferred. Training and enablement will be provided as part of ongoing development.
- A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity about the evolving identity and security landscape.
- Bonus: hands-on experience integrating 1Password or a secrets manager with a developer workflow, CI/CD tool, or automation platform (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
What you can expect:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Confidently position and demo all three core products, EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust, as an integrated solution, articulating how they work together to reduce risk across users, apps, and devices. Connect these to the broader Unified Access vision for forward-looking customers.
- Support fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles with concise, effective technical guidance.
- Recommend and position tailored product solutions that align with SMB customer needs, goals, and common use cases.
- Run technical discovery with a range of stakeholders, from IT admins and security leads to developers and DevOps engineers, uncovering use cases around privileged access, SaaS shadow IT, unmanaged endpoints, and secrets for automation and AI workflows.
- Handle competitive situations involving PAM vendors (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), secrets management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and SaaS security platforms. Articulate 1Password's differentiated value for SMB teams who need enterprise-grade capabilities without enterprise-grade complexity.
- Partner with SMB reps to build their confidence in discussing product capabilities and navigating technical conversations.
- Proactively identify potential technical risks in deals and collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve them.
- Uncover and qualify AI-related use cases during discovery, including how customers are managing secrets for developer tooling, automation workflows, and emerging AI agent infrastructure.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements that validate Secrets Automation use cases, including scenarios where customers are securing credentials for AI pipelines, developer environments, or cloud-native workloads.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to create and improve internal resources such as objection handling guides, demo frameworks, and playbooks.
- Deliver product education to customers focusing on accessibility for non-technical or resource-constrained teams.
- Respond to vendor/risk assessments, RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical documentation requests as needed.
- Represent the team at select industry events and company/team offsites. Some travel may be required.

The Platform Auth team’s goal is to support our ‘one customer identity’ vision by providing tools, processes, and expertise for our engineering teams to create a unified access management experience while simplifying and standardizing engineering patterns in the space. We are looking for engineers to join our growing team!
What you will be doing:
- Design and build the platform services that power authentication, authorization, and audit across ClickHouse Cloud. This includes a unified RBAC/ReBAC service, token issuance and session handling, and the SDKs that product teams embed to make authorization decision.
- Model permissions and access control primitives (resources, roles, relationships, policies) that work across ClickHouse, SQL Console, ClickPipes, and HyperDX. Ship the libraries and APIs that other engineers build against.
- Implement protocol-level support for SAML, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth2, and MFA/passwordless flows. Own the integrations that make enterprise SSO and provisioning work end to end.
- Build the audit and authorization-decision telemetry pipeline so every access decision is observable, queryable, and surfaceable to customers.
- Partner with product engineering teams to migrate bespoke per-product auth implementations onto the shared platform, and design APIs that make adoption straightforward.
- Carry the platform on-call rotation and own production reliability for systems on the critical path of every customer request.
What you bring along:
- Minimum 4+ years building production backend systems at scale. Comfort with at least one systems language (Go, Rust, C++) and one application language (TypeScript, Python).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing an authentication or authorization service. Examples include building a token issuer, an OIDC or OAuth2 provider, a policy engine, a permissions model, or an FGA/ReBAC system in the style of Zanzibar, OpenFGA, SpiceDB, or Cedar.
- Working knowledge of SAML, SCIM, OIDC, and OAuth2 at the protocol level and are able to implement them.
- Experience designing APIs and SDKs that other engineers depend on, with strong opinions on what makes them adoptable.
- Experience operating distributed systems at scale, including caching strategies, consistency tradeoffs, and multi-region concerns.
- Familiarity with identity vendors (Auth0, WorkOS, AWS/GCP/Azure IAM) as building blocks you've extended or integrated into a larger platform.
- Strong production debugging instincts and a high bar for systems that are easy to develop against.
Bonus:
- You've built or contributed to a Zanzibar-style authorization system, or run an OpenFGA or SpiceDB deployment beyond the demo.
- You've designed a multi-tenant permission model that survived real customer requirements like custom roles, hierarchies, delegation, and ABAC attributes.
- You've shipped an SDK that product teams across an org actually adopted, and have opinions about why most internal SDKs fail.

Senior Frontend Engineer
to help us build the next generation of Flo’s platform and user experiences.

Design, build, and maintain high-quality user-facing components and platform SDKs that enable survey and interactive experiences in the Flo ecosystem.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver flexible and scalable solutions.

A product mindset and strong collaboration skills — you care about how your work impacts the user.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Next.js, Contentful, or similar frameworks and CMS solutions.

WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

Workplace: Remote
Category Labs (formerly known as Monad Labs) is a team of systems engineers and researchers on a mission to design and build at the frontier of decentralized technology. We strive to deliver significant improvements over existing blockchain solutions. After raising $225M in series A funding, led by Paradigm, we are growing our team.
We’re the team behind Monad, a high-performance, EVM-compatible Layer 1 whose public mainnet is now live. We write the core software that runs it: a parallel-execution EVM https://github.com/category-labs/monad, a custom state database, and a BFT consensus client https://github.com/category-labs/monad-bft, all developed in the open.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional compiler engineer to work on challenging greenfield projects that accelerate bytecode execution. For example, you will you will work on a bytecode execution graph builder which will enable speculative pre-execution of potential control flow paths. Your work will require intensive research and engineering and will help accelerate a platform securing billions of dollars in value. Experience with crypto is not expected.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work on greenfield performance-oriented projects in a fast-moving startup environment
- Research ideas for accelerating EVM bytecode execution
- Design and implement performant production systems
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven track record in compiler design and system architecture
- Strong background in software engineering principles principles
- Experience with industry-standard compiler technologies
- Good understanding of testing and benchmarking
- Industry and/or academic experience working on compilers for parallel architectures
- Strong C++ programming skills
- Knowledge of type theory is a plus
WHY WORK WITH US
- Challenging problems: You’ll work on extremely challenging problems with massive impact. See our Blogs https://www.category.xyz/blogs and Publications & Talks https://www.category.xyz/papers-talks for a flavor of the problems we are solving in the real world.
- Huge opportunity: The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are very slow. Monad’s core innovations offer developers the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer for mass user adoption in crypto.
- The right team: You’ll be part of a small, exceptional team (engineers and researchers make up 90% of the team).
- Open by default: Our core software is public on GitHub. You’ll build in the open, and your work ships where the whole ecosystem can see it.
- Culture: We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output. As an early member of our team, you’ll help to shape our culture.
- Compensation: You’ll receive a competitive salary and equity package.
- Resources and growth: We’re well-capitalized, with backing https://x.com/monad_xyz/status/1777687376136982767 from leading venture funds like Paradigm, Electric Capital, Greenoaks, Dragonfly, and Coinbase Ventures. We keep a lean team, and this is a rare opportunity to join. You’ll learn a lot and grow as our company scales.
HOW WE USE AI
We’re an AI-native team, and we expect engineers to use coding agents and keep up as the tooling evolves. A few things we believe:
- AI is leverage, not a crutch. Review what it generates with the same scrutiny you’d give a teammate’s PR, and own every line you ship.
- Judgment is what matters, not how long you typed by hand. We won’t ask for “N years of [tool].” The stack turns over every few months, so what matters is that you pick up new tools fast and know where and when they apply.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $250,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range across US locations. It does not include benefits, token, or equity incentives.
